CLFA2027.CA | SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION PROSPECTUS

How the Two Experiences Work Together Lymphedema LEAD Day opens the doors. The Open Space Forum opens the conversation.

The Lymphedema Learning & Resource Hub will be open to the public from 12:00–6:00 pm in McInnes Room in the Dalhousie Student Union Building. This focused six-hour Hub experience is the dedicated exhibition and resourcedisplay window for CLFA2027, designed to create a concentrated period of activity, visibility, conversation, demonstration, and public engagement.

Sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to help invite local and regional audiences, professional networks, patient communities, and organizational contacts to take part in this unique, FREE public education opportunity.

After Lymphedema LEAD Day, the public Hub and exhibition component concludes. The Hub space will then be reset for the two-day Open Space Forum, where a professional facilitation team will guide registered participants to create the agenda together around a shared national question: What will it take to advance lymphedema care in Canada — and what are we ready to do together? Industry participation is intentionally included. Improving lymphedema care in Canada means bringing together the people, perspectives, and systems that shape care — including those who develop, supply, fit, prescribe, fund, study, advocate for, and rely on lymphedema products, services, education, and care.

This is not only a sponsorship opportunity. It is an invitation to help build understanding, strengthen relationships, explore the potential for coalition, and contribute to practical national conversations about access, awareness, funding, education, innovation, and improved care.

5

Why Participation Matters Improving lymphedema care in Canada starts by connecting the people, perspectives, and systems that shape care. Research gaps We need more data to guide better decisions and innovation

Regional differences Care pathways and resources differ across the country

Workforce capacity More clinicians, fitters, and educators are needed to meet demand

Uneven access to diagnosis & treatment Access varies widely across regions and communities Trusted resources are needed People living with lymphedema and health professionals need reliable, up-to-date information

Stronger together for better lymphedema care in Canada

Lived experience is diverse Different ages, regions, diagnoses, and life circumstances.

Gaps in awareness & education Low public awareness and inconsistent clinical education

Affordability & funding barriers Cost and reimbursement challenges limit access to needed care

Industry partners bring practical knowledge to the conversation. Companies that develop, supply, fit, prescribe, distribute, educate around, and support lymphedema products and services bring practical knowledge that is essential to meaningful conversation. They see patterns in product access, reimbursement barriers, patient education needs, clinician awareness, fitter capacity, supply-chain pressures, affordability challenges, and the day-to-day realities of helping people obtain the products, services, and care they need. CLFA2027 creates space not only for cross-sector dialogue, but also for companies working in the lymphedema space to better understand shared challenges, identify common ground, and explore where collective action may be possible.

Extend Your Reach Beyond Your Display Additional ways to educate, engage, and remain visible after the Hub closes. The Lymphedema Learning & Resource Hub is the centre of Lymphedema LEAD Day activity, but your visibility does not need to begin and end with your display space. Learning Studio sessions and the LEAD Day Directory & Resource Guide can help you extend your reach and deepen your educational presence.

Learning Studio Sponsored Session

Lymphedema LEAD Day Directory & Resource Guide

A focused 45-minute opportunity to share practical learning, demonstrate expertise, and engage participants in a seated setting.

A practical event directory and takehome lymphedema resource.

Limited session slots will be scheduled one at a time during public Hub hours on Thursday, May 13. Sessions will take place in a room adjacent to the Hub, with theatre-style seating for approximately 100 people. Sessions should offer practical learning connected to real-world lymphedema products, services, or care needs. Final topics, descriptions, speakers, and formats are subject to CLF review and approval.

CLFA2027.CA | SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION PROSPECTUS

Expected to include the Hub floor plan, sponsor and exhibitor listings, Learning Studio schedule, Community Learning & Resource Hub Display listings, CLF educational content, and general lymphedema information. Distributed to registered participants and public Hub visitors. Designed to help visitors navigate the Hub, discover participating organizations, and continue connecting with resources after the event.

Directory, Resource Bags & Hub Engagement Encouraging participants to learn, explore, ask, and discover as they move through the Hub and connect directly with participating organizations. Rather than pre-stuffing Resource Bags with sponsor and exhibitor materials, CLFA2027 will encourage participants to collect information, samples, giveaways, and resources directly from displays throughout the Hub. This approach helps drive traffic through the Hub, supports meaningful conversations, and creates more direct connections between visitors and participating organizations. Interested in sponsoring the Lymphedema LEAD Day Resource Bags or extending your visibility in other ways? See pages 14-16 for additional sponsorship, visibility, and engagement opportunities, including pricing.

Sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to make their display spaces interactive, dynamic, and engaging: Product demonstrations and samples Service information and educational handouts

Giveaways and product literature Prize draws, contests, creative forms of engagement, and structured activities

QR codes and digital resources

Additional Sponsorship & Visibility Opportunities Build on your Hub presence with targeted opportunities for education, hospitality, resource sharing, participant engagement, and full-Assembly visibility. Some opportunities are focused on the six-hour public Hub experience, while others – such as lanyards, badges, Wi-Fi, selected hospitality, and post-Assembly reporting and knowledge sharing – may extend into the two-day Open Space Forum. Planning estimates: we are anticipating approximately 250 registered Assembly participants for the two-day Open Space Forum and up to 500 total Lymphedema LEAD Day participants, including registered Assembly participants and public participants attending the LEAD Day Lymphedema Learning & Resource Hub. Final quantities, specifications, and production needs will be confirmed before related materials are produced or commitment invoicing is finalized.

Planning Your Hub Display & Activities A few things to know as you begin planning your Hub presence. A detailed Sponsor & Exhibitor Handbook is currently in development and will be shared with confirmed partners by January 15, 2027. It will include final specifications, shipping and receiving information, setup details, venue requirements, accessibility information, production deadlines, and other practical guidance. If you have a specific planning question that cannot wait until then, please feel free to contact us.

Pipe and Drape All sponsor and exhibitor display spaces in the Lymphedema Learning & Resource Hub will be defined by pipe and drape.

Planning within your display space Displays, furniture, materials, signage, demonstrations, activities, giveaways, and equipment must remain fully within the assigned display space and must not encroach into aisles, neighbouring display spaces, refreshment areas, Community Learning & Resource Display areas, or other shared spaces.

Interactive, dynamic, and engaging Sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to create activities that invite conversation, participation, and discovery. Please discuss prize draws, contests, structured activities, creative engagement ideas, or participant sign-ups with the CLF in advance so we can help ensure alignment with the Hub experience and clear consent where applicable.

Planning something different? Alternate display formats, equipment needs, power requirements, demonstration space, food/beverage service, or activities that may affect traffic flow, accessibility, safety, or neighbouring displays must be discussed with the CLF in advance.

Sound Amplified sound will not be permitted within display spaces. Demonstrations, video displays, and engagement activities should not interfere with neighbouring displays, traffic flow, accessibility, or participant experience.

Food and beverages Continuous refreshments are planned within the Hub. Food and beverage offerings at individual display spaces are not prohibited in concept; however, outside food and beverages may not be served. Sponsors or exhibitors considering a food or beverage feature should contact the CLF in advance to explore options through DSU catering. CLFA2027.CA | SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION PROSPECTUS

Let’s Find the Right Fit There are different ways to be part of CLFA2027. CLFA2027 is designed to welcome participation from across the many communities, professions, organizations, and systems connected to lymphedema care in Canada. While the sponsorship and exhibition packages in this prospectus are designed primarily for companies and organizations seeking visibility in the Lymphedema Learning & Resource Hub, we also welcome conversations with public-sector partners, academic institutions, health care organizations, community clinics, nonprofit groups, patient support organizations, researchers, educators, and organizations working in related areas. Some organizations will fit naturally into the standard Beacon, Anchor, Bridge, or Discovery opportunities. Others may be better suited to a Community Learning & Resource Display, educational collaboration, public-interest support opportunity, custom sponsorship, or another form of participation aligned with the purpose of CLFA2027. We may also be able to accommodate a limited number of community-access opportunities where participation would clearly strengthen the public education purpose of LEAD Day and the organization is not a natural fit for a commercial sponsorship or exhibition package. Custom participation opportunities will be considered based on alignment with CLFA2027 goals, available space, operational feasibility, and fit with the overall Hub experience.

Have an idea that is not listed here? We welcome early conversations about creative, mission-aligned participation opportunities that support public education, access, learning, connection, and improved lymphedema care. Bonnie Baker, Executive Director | partnership@canadalymph.ca | 647-693-1083
