Commitment deadlines, terms, and conditions To ensure complete fulfillment of all benefits described, prepayment in full is required to secure and commence delivery of benefits. Exclusive and/or limited benefits are offered on a first-come, firstserved basis. 1
Eligibility for Partnership and Advertising Eligibility to purchase sponsorship, partnership packages and/or advertising with the CLF will be limited to companies or other entities offering materials, products, or services of specific interest to our audience, as determined by the CLF.
2
Availability of Limited Benefits Partnership benefits that are exclusive and/or are limited in number are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Some à la carte benefits are offered based on availability, with first right of refusal offered according to partnership commitment level. Inclusion of any benefit in this prospectus does not guarantee its availability unless contracted.
3
Payment, Cancellations and Refunds Contracts cannot be cancelled once payment is received. No refunds or credits will be issued. Delivery of benefits will commence only upon payment in full.
4
Indemnity and Technical Limitations Every effort will be made by the CLF to ensure that contracted benefits are delivered smoothly and as described. However, due to the unpredictable nature of technology, the CLF assumes no responsibility or liability for technical interruptions or issues beyond our control. The Partner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the CLF and its representatives from claims, damages, costs and expenses related to the contract and delivery of benefits.
5
Disclaimer of Endorsement The Partner understands that materials presented by the CLF on their behalf are promotional in nature and do not constitute endorsement or imply recommendation by the CLF. Nothing in this agreement may be construed as permission to assert or imply such endorsement.
6
Partner Promotion Materials The Partner is responsible for providing documents, images, logos, links, advertising copy and other materials required for delivery of print and digital benefits within specified timelines. Missed deadlines do not relieve the Partner of the obligation of payment in full for contracted benefits.
7
Regulatory Compliance When applicable, medical products and services being promoted must comply with Government, Health Canada and/or industry regulations.
