IT ALL BEGINS WITH SAFETY

SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING If you notice a hazard or unsafe act, address it if possible or report it immediately. If you See Something, Say Something. Do not ignore potential risks or incidents. All employees are expected to report unsafe acts and suspicious activities. Prompt reporting helps prevent security breaches, hazards, and injuries. Examples include unauthorized individuals in restricted areas, coworkers disregarding safety protocols, or distracted behaviour that could lead to accidents. Employees should take action if they encounter a hazard that can be easily and safely addressed. Simple solutions can include: Clearing a trip hazard out of the way Cleaning up a minor spill Ensuring walkways are free from clutter Keeping areas free of trash or debris Securing all loose cables or cords Speaking up if someone appears distracted Removing tools or objects that could fall and cause injury Closing drawers or cabinet doors that are left open The smallest action can have a significant impact on your safety and the safety of others.
