The Camrose Kinsmen Club is making a splash for Father’s Day with a free swim day at the Mayer Aquatic Centre! On Sunday, June 21, from 1 to 6 p.m., dads from all walks of life can dive in with their loved ones for some good old-fashioned fun in the water. With Father’s Day often getting lost in the summer shuffle, the Kinsmen decided to make waves by honouring local dads by creating an opportunity to celebrate fathers in the community. It’s time to shine a light on their often-overlooked sacrifices and struggles! Last year's event was a cannonball-sized success, and this year they’re ready to see the pool overflowing with happy faces and joyful splashes.
