If winter has got you down, maybe it’s time to act like a kid again! It’s hard not to feel the energy and excitement of these young people as they “reach for the sky” on a cold and dreary January day. Less sunlight and overcast weather can often lead to the so-called winter blues. One of the cures, according to experts, is being outside in the winter. While you might not duplicate the climb up a 15-foot pile of snow, as shown, regular physical activity in the winter could be one of the tickets for you to get over the hump of short January and February days and long winter nights.
