Up to four hundred and fifty Camrose County children who live in or near Bawlf, Bittern Lake, Ferintosh, Hay Lakes, Kingman or New Norway have the opportunity to attend the always popular
The Rural Community initiative, totally free to all participants, is operated by the Rural Community Program, CDSS and is supported by the Battle River Community Foundation. Children five years of age or older will learn a variety of skills in the one day “camps”. Emphasized in a casual and lively learning environment will be the concept of having fun with peers in a safe, fun, tolerant and respectful way.
