PersonCenteredPlanning(PCP)isaprocessin whichapersonwillbeaskedabouttheirlifeplans andgoalsandwillbehelpedtodevelopoutcomes theywanttoachieve ThePCPempowersthe individualtomaketheirowndecisionswhichaligns withtraumainformedcare Thefocusisbuildingon anindividual’sdreams,gifts,talentsand resources ThePCPprocessfocusesonRealLife QualityStandardswhichareuniversaldesiresthat allpeoplewantsuchas:feelingsafe,secureand lovedbyfamily,friends,havingmeaningful employment,financialsecurityandgoodhealth, justtonameafew.ResearchhasshownPCPisan effectivemodelforpersonalachievement.
