THE REMEDY REPORT Nourishment for the Body and Soul

We know that when you all leave camp, you leave with goals in different areas of your life. You each have personal goals to support you making changes when you return home, some of you also have professional goals as you look to take the next steps in your career. As a culinary team, we want to do our part to be able to support you as you make efforts to reach your goals. As far as having health goals, they aren't always the easiest goal to try to attain. But something I've learned is that preparation and support go a long way. So if you have personal goals that have to do with making some changes to your daily diet and are overwhelmed with where or how to start. Or maybe you just love being creative in the kitchen and you are looking for some new and fresh ideas. Or maybe you are somewhere in between.. either way we have something for everyone in this issue!
