He serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Rhodium Enterprises, a digital asset technology company that uses proprietary systems to self-mine Bitcoin. His leadership focuses on operational excellence, team development, and the successful implementation of advanced technology systems. He is also a Managing Partner at Imperium Investments, a private equity fund that monetizes energy through Bitcoin mining. The firm operates one of North America's most significant mining operations, converting energy into cash while maintaining low production costs. He works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities, encourage innovation, and drive sustainable growth that aligns with the company’s long-term goals. His construction and project management expertise has played an essential role in achieving these objectives. Before holding his current roles, he and his brother co-founded Immersion Systems after leaving their family’s company, BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring. As CEO, he led the development of immersion cooling systems for industrial cryptocurrency mining. The concept was created during their mining operations in Texas, born from a need to improve cooling efficiency. As the solution gained recognition among peers and competitors, it led to the establishment of Immersion Systems. The company emphasized quality, affordability, and customer support, providing customized cooling kits and on-site assistance during installation to ensure smooth system deployment.
