IMPORTANTE EPERGNE ARGENTO STERLING FUSO, SBALZATO, TRAFORATO E CESELLATO. LONDRA 1766 ARGENTIERE EMICK ROMER gr 4170 Cm 70x70x34 Importante centrotavola poggiante su alti piedi sagomati che sostengono un fusto a tromba da cui dipartono otto bracci a volute che sorreggono altrettanti cestini culminante con un contenitore a canestro ovale. Ricca ed elaborata lavorazione a traforo impreziosita da decori a volute, fogliacei e festoni floreali. Opera dell’argentiere Emick Romer (1724-1799) originario di Oslo e trasferitosi in Inghilterra nel 1750 circa dove il suo marchio è documentato nel 1758 a Londra al 123 di High Holborn. Specializzato nella realizzazioni di importanti suppellettili divenne conosciuto e stimato tanto da collaborare con i celebri argentieri Parker e Waklin fornitori della Casa Reali e della nobiltà inglese. Le sue opere sono presenti in importanti collezioni private e pubbliche come il Metropolitan Museum of Art di New York. gr 1450 Cm 33 La singolare opera, dal corpo interamente percorso da una affollata e minuziosa scena guerresca ed il coperchio a foggia di torrione merlato, reca nella parte interna del cavetto il ritratto di un gentiluomo in abiti seicenteschi con incisa l’iscrizione “ JOHANN JACOB TEZEL A ” . La costruzione architettonica e il soggetto raffigurato di gusto seicentesco potrebbero rimandare a quel revival storicistico-celebrativo che caratterizzò larga parte dell’arte e della cultura europea nel secondo ottocento.

IMPORTANTE CROCE ASTILE ARGENTO FUSO, SBALZATO E CESELLATO. OREFICERIA VENEZIANA DEGLI INIZI DEL XVIII SECOLO. ASSAGGIATORI ZUANNE PREMUDA (DOCUMENTATO TRA IL 1712 E IL 1749) E F.R. CON IL LEONE IN MOLECA (DOCUMENTATO TRA IL 1731 E IL 1735) gr 2000 Cm 39x72 La grande croce processionale, stilisticamente sincretica nell’apparato figurativo di modelli tardo manieristi e barocchi, presenta al centro del recto la figura del Christus Patiens circondata sui terminali lobati dalle figure del Padre Eterno e dei Dolenti. Sul verso campeggia la figura della Vergine con ai lati le immagini dei quattro Evangelisti. Eleganti racemi percorrono i bracci della croce arricchita sui lati da decori a volute fuse e cesellate. La parte inferiore è caratterizzata da un nodo globulare stilizzato a tonde baccellature incise con motivi fitomorfi caratteristici dell’argenteria veneziana tra XVII e XVIII secolo.

E CORONA A TRE PUNTE gr 400 Cm 20x8x30 La rara acquasantiera barocca mostra evidenti affinità stilistiche ed esecutive con un’opera analoga eseguita nel 1693 dal Maestro argentiere napoletano Giuseppe Simioli, ora conservata ad Andria in collezione privata (Fig. 1) e documentata nella pubblicazione Argenti napoletani dal XVI al XIX secolo di Elio e Corrado Catello pagg. 232-233 tav. XVIII. Si tratta, come spiega la scheda della pubblicazione, di un modello diffuso a Napoli tra il XVII e il principio del XVIII secolo di cui si conoscono alcuni esemplari in collezioni private italiane. Caratteristica della nostra opera è questa singolare, anche se parziale, bollatura che potrebbe ragionevolmente ipotizzare una realizzazione da parte di maestranze partenopee per una committenza esterna ai confini del regno di Napoli come l’isola di Malta per secoli referente ai modelli artistici e culturali provenienti da Napoli e dalla Sicilia.

STATO PONTIFICIO, CITTÀ DI PERUGIA 1801-1809 ARGENTIERE BERNARDINO BIANCHI (1788-1819) gr lordi 1070 Cm 36 L’importante caffettiera caratterizzata da raffinati motivi a festoni, mascheroni, teste zoomorfe e decori a perlinatura, rastremature e foglie lanceolate, creata nella bottega di Bernardino Bianchi uno dei più valenti argentieri perugini a cavallo tra ‘700 e ‘800 che ricoprì, nominato dal Collegio degli Orefici, anche la carica di saggiatore tra il 1805 e il 1809, rappresenta una felice ed armonica sintesi dei modelli stilistici dell’argenteria romana neoclassica.

Per ogni singolo lotto sono da aggiungere al prezzo di aggiudicazione i diritti di asta pari al 30% per la parte di prezzo fino a € 2.000 del 25% per la parte di prezzo eccedente € 2.000 e fino al raggiungimento di € 200.000 e del 20% per la parte di prezzo eccedente questa cifra, comprensivo dell’IVA prevista dalla normativa vigente.

Al momento della consegna dei lotti alla casa d’aste verrà rilasciata una ricevuta di deposito con le descrizioni dei lotti e le riserve pattuite, successivamente verrà richiesta la firma del mandato di vendita ove vengono riportate le condizioni contrattuali, i prezzi di riserva, i numeri di lotto ed eventuali spese aggiuntive a carico del cliente.

Chi fosse interessato all’acquisto di uno o più lotti potrà partecipare all’asta in sala servendosi di un numero personale (valido per tutte le tornate di quest’asta) che gli verrà fornito dietro compilazione di una scheda di partecipazione con i dati personali e le eventuali referenze bancarie.

Prima dell’asta il mandante riceverà una copia del catalogo in cui sono inclusi gli oggetti di sua proprietà.

Chi fosse impossibilitato a partecipare in sala, registrandosi nell’Area My Cambi sul nostro portale www.cambiaste.com, potrà usufruire del nostro servizio di Asta Live, partecipando in diretta tramite web oppure di usufruire del nostro servizio di offerte scritte, compilando l’apposito modulo. La cifra che si indica è l’offerta massima, ciò significa che il lotto potrà essere aggiudicato all’offerente anche al di sotto di tale somma, ma che di fronte ad un’offerta superiore verrà aggiudicato ad altro concorrente. Le offerte, scritte e telefoniche, per lotti con stima inferiore a 300 euro, sono accettate solamente in presenza di un’offerta scritta pari alla stima minima riportata a catalogo. La riserva è la cifra minima concordata con il mandante e può essere inferiore, uguale o superiore alla stima riportata nel catalogo.

secolo ...: datazione con valore puramente orientativo, che può prevedere margini di approssimazione;

Prima dell’asta verrà concordato un prezzo di riserva che è la cifra minima sotto la quale il lotto non potrà essere venduto. Questa cifra è strettamente confidenziale, potrà essere inferiore, uguale o superiore alla stima riportata sul catalogo e sarà protetta dal battitore mediante appositi rilanci. Qualora il prezzo di riserva non fosse raggiunto il lotto risulterà invenduto. Sul prezzo di aggiudicazione la casa d’aste tratterrà una commissione del 15% (variabile a seconda del tipo di affidamento, con un minimo di € 30) oltre all’1% come rimborso assicurativo.

Il prezzo base d’asta è la cifra di partenza della gara ed è normalmente più basso della stima minima.

restauri: i beni venduti in asta, in quanto antichi o comunque usati, sono nella quasi totalità dei casi soggetti a restauri e integrazioni e/o sostituzioni. La dicitura verrà riportata solo nei casi in cui gli interventi vengono considerati dagli esperti della casa d’aste molto al di sopra della media e tali da compromettere almeno parzialmente l’integrità del lotto;

Dopo l’asta ogni mandante riceverà un rendiconto in cui saranno elencati tutti i lotti di sua proprietà con le relative aggiudicazioni. Per i lotti invenduti potrà essere concordata una riduzione del prezzo di riserva concedendo il tempo necessario all’effetuazione di ulteriori tentativi di vendita da espletarsi anche a mezzo di trattativa privata. In caso contrario dovranno essere ritirati a cura e spese del mandante entro trenta giorni dalla data della vendita. Dopo tale termine verranno applicate le spese di trasporto e custodia. In nessun caso la Cambi sarà responsabile per la perdita o il danneggiamento dei lotti lasciati a giacere dai mandanti presso il magazzino della casa d’aste, qualora questi siano causati o derivanti da cambiamenti di umidità o temperatura, da normale usura o graduale deterioramento dipendenti da interventi di qualsiasi genere compiuti sul bene da terzi su incarico degli

stessi mandanti, oppure da difetti occulti (inclusi i tarli del legno)

PAGAMENTI Dopo trenta giorni lavorativi dalla data dell’asta, la Cambi liquiderà la cifra dovuta per la vendita per mezzo di assegno bancario da ritirare presso i nostri uffici o bonifico su c/c intestato al proprietario dei lotti, a condizione che l’acquirente abbia onorato l’obbligazione assunta al momento dell’aggiudicazione, e che non vi siano stati reclami o contestazioni inerenti i beni aggiudicati. Al momento del pagamento verrà rilasciata una fattura in cui saranno indicate in dettaglio le aggiudicazioni, le commissioni e le altre eventuali spese. In ogni caso il saldo al mandante verrà effettuato dalla Cambi solo dopo aver ricevuto per intero il pagamento dall’acquirente. modalità di pagamento Il pagamento dei lotti aggiudicati deve essere effettuato entro dieci giorni dalla vendita tramite: - contanti fino a 1999 euro - assegno circolare intestato a: Cambi Casa d’Aste S.r.l. - bonifico bancario presso: Intesa Sanpaolo, via Fieschi 4, Genova. RITIRO Il ritiro dei lotti acquistati deve essere effettuato entro le due settimane successive alla vendita. Trascorso tale termine la merce potrà essere trasferita a cura e rischio dell’acquirente presso il magazzino Cambi a Genova. In questo caso verranno addebitati costi di trasporto e magazzinaggio e la Cambi sarà esonerata da ogni responsabilità nei confronti dell’aggiudicatario in relazione alla custodia, all’eventuale deterioramento o deperimento degli oggetti. Al momento del ritiro del lotto, l’acquirente dovrà fornire un documento d’identità. Qualora fosse incaricata del ritiro dei lotti già pagati una terza persona, occorre che quest’ultima sia munita di delega scritta rilasciata dall’acquirente e di una fotocopia del documento di identità di questo. Il personale della Cambi potrà organizzare l’imballaggio ed il trasporto dei lotti a spese e rischio dell’aggiudicatario e su espressa richiesta di quest’ultimo, il quale dovrà manlevare la Cambi da ogni responsabilità in merito.

PERIZIE Gli esperti della Cambi sono disponibili ad eseguire perizie scritte per assicurazioni, divisioni ereditarie, vendite private o altri scopi, dietro pagamento di corrispettivo adeguato alla natura ed alla quantità di lavoro necessario. disciple of/in the ways of...: we believe it to be the creation of an author who worked in the style of the mentioned artist;

in ... style: in our opinion, the work is in the mentioned style, despite having been created in a later time;

artist name: in our opinion, the item is likely the work of the stated artist;

in the style of/manner of...: in our opinion, a work in the style of the mentioned artist, created in a later time;

attributed to...: it is our belief that the the item may be the source of the mentioned artist, in whole or in part;

based on...: it looks like a copy of a known work by the mentioned artist, but the date is unspecified;

restorations: auctioned items, that are antique or previously owned, are almost always subject to restorations and integrations and/or replacements. BUYING Each auction is preceded by an exhibition during which the buyer may view the lots, ascertain their authenticity and verify their overall conditions. Our staff and our experts will be at your disposal for any clarifications. If you are unable to attend the viewing directly may request digital photographs of the lots you are interested in, alongside a file that indicates their conditions in detail. All such information is exclusively an opinion and no Cambi employee or collaborator may be held liable for any mistakes or omissions contained therein. This service is available for lots with an estimate higher than € 1,000. The descriptions in the auction catalogue state the period, the provenance and the characteristics of the single items and reflect our experts’ opinions. The estimates stated beneath each item’s file represent the valuation that our experts assign to each lot. The starting bid is the initial price set for the auction and is usually lower than the minimum estimate. The reserve price is the minimum price agreed upon with the consignor and it may be lower, equal or higher than the estimate given in the catalogue. Bid increments are set at 10% steps, however they may vary at the auctioneer’s discretion. The buyer must pay to Cambi a buyer’s premium for each single lot, that is 30% for the part of the price up to € 2.000, 25% of the part of the price exceeding € 2.000 and up to of € 200.000 and 20% of the part of the price exceeding this amount, including the VAT value according to the current legislation. Whoever is interested in purchasing one or more lots may participate in the auction using a personal number (valid for all sessions of the specific auction), that will be provided after filling in a participation form with personal information and credit references where applicable. If you are unable to attend the auction, by registering on the My Cambi area in our portal www.cambiaste.com, you may access our Live Auction service, participating online in real time, or choose our written bid service by filling in the form. The amount you state is your highest bid, this means that the lot may be sold to you at a lower or equal price, but if there are higher bids it will be sold to another bidder. Written or telephone bids for lots with estimates below 300 euros are only accepted if the bid is equal to or higher than the minimum estimate stated in the catalogue. One of our telephone operators will contact you, in a foreign language if necessary, to allow you to participate in the auction for the lot you are interested in in real time; calls may be recorded. We recommend that you also indicate your highest

inscribed signature and/or date: the information seems to have been added by a different hand or in a different period;

defects: the lot has visible and obvious flaws, breakages, or signs of wear ancient elements: the items have been assembled using elements or materials from previous ages.

bid when requesting telephone contact in case it were not possible to reachyou at the time of the auction. The services that allow customers to place bids in writing, via telephone or online are complimentary services offered by Cambi; they do not imply any liability for bids inadvertently not being placed or for any mistakes connected to placing the bids. The bids will only be deemed valid if received 5 hours before the auction at the latest.

SELLING Cambi Auction House is available to perform complimentary estimates of items that may be sold in upcoming auctions. A provisional estimate may be given based on photographs presented with all information regarding the item (measurements, signatures, overall conditions) and any relevant documentation owned by the consignors. It is also possible to book an appointment for an estimate in person. Before the auction, a reserve price will be agreed upon; it is the lowest amount below which the lot may not be sold. This sum is strictly confidential; it may be lower, equal to or higher than the estimate given in the catalogue and shall be protected by the auctioneer through incrementing bids. If the reserve price is not met, the lot will be unsold. The Auction House shall withhold a 15% commission (varying depending on the intems’ nature, with a minimum fee of € 30) and 1% as insurance coverage. Upon consignment of the lots to the Auction House, a receipt will be issued containing the descriptions of the lots and the agreed reserve prices, then the consignor shall sign the sales mandate that states the contract terms, the reserve prices, the lot numbers and any additional costs that shall be borne by the client. Before the auction, consignors shall receive a copy of the catalogue that includes their items. After the auction, consignors shall receive a report listing all their items and their hammer prices. A reduction of the reserve price may be agreed upon for unsold lots, allowing time for any and all follow-up sales attempts that shall also be made through private negotiation. Otherwise, unsold lots must be taken back at the consignor’s own duty and expense within thirty days from the auction date. After said term, transportation and storage expenses shall apply. Cambi shall in no case be held liable for the loss or damage of unsold lots left by consignors in the Auction House’s storage facilities, if said damage is caused by or derive from variations in humidity or temperature, from normal wear and tear or a gradual deterioration due to any operations carried out on the items by third parties appointed by the consignors, or to hidden defects (including woodworms).

PAYMENTS After thirty business days from the auction date, Cambi shall

pay out the owed amount for the sale via bank cheque that shall be picked up at our offices or via bank transfer on the lot owner’s current account, provided that the purchaser has fulfilled the obligation taken on at the moment of the sale, and that there haven’t been any complaints or objections regarding the sold items. At the time of payment, an invoice will be issued, stating the hammer prices, commissions and any other expenses in detail. In any case, Cambi shall settle the payment with the consignor only after receiving full payment by the purchaser. The payment of purchased lots must be settled within ten days from the auction via: - cash, up to € 1,999 - cashier’s cheque made out to: Cambi Casa d’Aste S.r.l. - bank transfer to: Intesa Sanpaolo, via Fieschi 4, Genova. COLLECTION All purchased lots must be collected within the two weeks following the auction. After said term, the goods may be transferred at the purchaser’s own risk and expenses to Cambi’s storage facility in Genova. In this case, transportation and storage costs will apply and Cambi shall not be held liable for any responsibilities towards the purchaser regarding the storage of the lots or any deterioration or damage suffered. At the time of collection, the purchaser shall provide valid proof of identity. If a third party is appointed with the collection of lots that have already been paid, such person must provide the purchaser’s written proxy and a copy of the purchaser’s identity document. Cambi’s staff may arrange for the lots to be packaged and transported at the purchaser’s own risk and expense and upon the purchaser’s express request, indemnifying Cambi from all liabilities therein.

APPRAISALS Cambi’s experts are available to provide written appraisals for insurance purposes, divisions of inheritance, private sales or other purposes, on payment of a fee that is proportionate to the nature and the amount of work required. CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA La Cambi Casa d’Aste S.r.l. sarà di seguito denominata “Cambi”.

1 Le vendite si effettuano al maggior offerente e si intendono per “contanti”. La Cambi agisce in qualità di mandataria con rappresentanza in nome proprio e per conto di ciascun venditore, ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 1704 cod. civ.. La vendita deve considerarsi avvenuta tra il venditore e l’acquirente; ne consegue che la Cambi non assume nei confronti degli acquirenti o di terzi in genere altre responsabilità all’infuori di quelle derivanti dalla propria qualità di mandataria. Ogni responsabilità ex artt. 1476 ss. cod. civ. continua a gravare in capo ai venditori delle opere. Il colpo di martello del Direttore della vendita - banditore - determina la conclusione del contratto di vendita tra il venditore e l’acquirente. 2 I lotti posti in vendita sono da considerarsi come beni usati forniti come pezzi d’antiquariato e come tali non qualificabili come “prodotto” secondo la definizione di cui all’art. 3 lett. e) del Codice del consumo (D.Lgs. 6.09.2005 n. 206). 3 Precederà l’asta un’esposizione delle opere, durante la quale il Direttore della vendita o i suoi incaricati saranno a disposizione per ogni chiarimento; l’esposizione ha lo scopo di far esaminare l’autenticità, l’attribuzione, lo stato di conservazione, la provenienza, il tipo e la qualità degli oggetti e chiarire eventuali errori o inesattezze in cui si fosse incorsi nella compilazione del catalogo. Nell’impossibilità di prendere visione diretta degli oggetti è possibile richiedere condition report (tale servizio è garantito esclusivamente per i lotti con stima superiore a € 1.000). L’interessato all’acquisto di un lotto si impegna, quindi, prima di partecipare all’asta, ad esaminarlo approfonditamente, eventualmente anche con la consulenza di un esperto o di un restauratore di sua fiducia, per accertarne tutte le suddette caratteristiche. Dopo l’aggiudicazione non sono ammesse contestazioni al riguardo e ne’ la Cambi ne’ il venditore potranno essere ritenuti responsabili per i vizi relativi alle informazioni concernenti gli oggetti in asta. 4 I lotti posti in asta sono venduti nello stato in cui si trovano al momento dell’esposizione, con ogni relativo difetto ed imperfezione quali rotture, restauri, mancanze o sostituzioni. Tali caratteristiche, anche se non espressamente indicate sul catalogo, non possono essere considerate determinanti per contestazioni sulla vendita. I beni di antiquariato per loro stessa natura possono essere stati oggetto di restauri o sottoposti a modifiche di vario genere, quale ad esempio la sovra-pitturazione: interventi di tale tipo non possono mai essere considerati vizi occulti o contraffazione di un lotto. Per quanto riguarda i beni di natura elettrica o meccanica, questi non sono verificati prima della vendita e sono acquistati dall’acquirete a suo rischio e pericolo. I movimenti degli orologi sono da considerarsi non revisionati. 5 Le descrizioni o illustrazioni dei lotti contenute nei cataloghi, in brochures ed in qualsiasi altro materiale illustrativo, hanno carattere meramente indicativo e riflettono opinioni, pertanto possono essere oggetto di revisione prima che il lotto sia posto in vendita. La Cambi non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile di errori ed omissioni relative a tali descrizioni, ne’ in ipotesi di contraffazione, in quanto non viene fornita alcuna garanzia implicita o esplicita relativamente ai lotti in asta. Inoltre, le illustrazioni degli oggetti presentati sui cataloghi o altro materiale illustrativo hanno esclusivamente la finalità di identificare il lotto e non possono essere considerate rappresentazioni precise dello stato di conservazione dell’oggetto. 6 Per i dipinti antichi e del XIX secolo si certifica soltanto l’epoca in cui l’autore attribuito è vissuto e la scuola cui esso è appartenuto. Le opere dei secoli XX e XXI (arte moderna e contemporanea) sono, solitamente, accompagnati da certificati di autenticità e altra documentazione espressamente citata nelle relative schede. Nessun diverso certificato, perizia od opinione, richiesti o presentati a vendita avvenuta, potrà essere fatto valere quale motivo di contestazione dell’autenticità di tali opere. 7 Tutte le informazioni sui punzoni dei metalli, sulla caratura ed il peso dell’oro, dei diamanti e delle pietre di colore sono da considerarsi puramente indicative e approssimative e la Cambi non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per eventuali errori contenuti nelle suddette informazioni e per le falsificazioni ad arte degli oggetti preziosi. La Cambi non garantisce i certificati eventualmente acclusi ai preziosi eseguiti da laboratori gemmologici indipendenti, anche se riferimenti ai risultati di tali esami potranno essere citati a titolo informativo per gli acquirenti. 8 Per quanto riguarda i libri, non si accettano contestazioni relative a danni alla legatura, macchie, fori di tarlo, carte o tavole rifilate e ogni altro difetto che non leda la completezza del testo e-o dell’apparato illustrativo; ne’ per mancanza di indici di tavole, fogli bianchi, inserzioni, supplementi e appendici successivi alla pubblicazione dell’opera.

In assenza della sigla O.C. si intende che l’opera non è stata collazionata e non ne è pertanto garantita la completezza.

9 Ogni contestazione, da decidere innanzitutto in sede scientifica fra un consulente della Cambi ed un esperto di pari qualifica designato dal cliente, dovrà essere fatta valere in forma scritta a mezzo di raccomandata a/r entro quindici giorni dall’aggiudicazione. Decorso tale termine cessa ogni responsabilità della Società. Un reclamo riconosciuto valido porta al semplice rimborso della somma effettivamente pagata, a fronte della restituzione dell’opera, esclusa ogni altra pretesa. In caso di contestazioni fondate ed accettate dalla Cambi relativamente ad oggetti falsificati ad arte, purché l’acquirente sia in grado di riconsegnare il lotto libero da rivendicazioni o da ogni pretesa da parte di terzi ed il lotto sia nelle stesse condizioni in cui si trovava alla data della vendita, la Cambi potrà, a sua discrezione, annullare la vendita e rivelare all’aggiudicatario che lo richieda il nome del venditore, dandone preventiva comunicazione a quest’ultimo. In parziale deroga di quanto sopra, la Cambi non effettuerà il rimborso all’acquirente qualora la descrizione del lotto nel catalogo fosse conforme all’opinione generalmente accettata da studiosi ed esperti alla data della vendita o indicasse come controversa l’autenticità o l’attribuzione del lotto, nonchè se alla data della pubblicazione del lotto la contraffazione potesse essere accertata soltanto svolgendo analisi difficilmente praticabili, o il cui costo fosse irragionevole, o che avrebbero potuto danneggiare e comunque comportare una diminuzione di valore del lotto. 10 Il Direttore della vendita può accettare commissioni di acquisto delle opere a prezzi determinati, su preciso mandato, nonchè formulare offerte per conto terzi. Durante l’asta è possibile che vengano fatte offerte per telefono le quali sono accettate a insindacabile giudizio della Cambi e trasmesse al Direttore della vendita a rischio dell’offerente. Tali collegamenti telefonici potranno essere registrati. 11 Gli oggetti sono aggiudicati dal Direttore della vendita; in caso di contestazione su di un’aggiudicazione, l’oggetto disputato viene rimesso all’incanto nella seduta stessa, sulla base dell’ultima offerta raccolta. Lo stesso può inoltre, a sua assoluta discrezione ed in qualsiasi momento dell’asta: ritirare un lotto, fare offerte consecutive o in risposta ad altre offerte nell’interesse del venditore fino al raggiungimento del prezzo di riserva, nonchè adottare qualsiasi provvedimento che ritenga adatto alle circostanze, come abbinare o separare i lotti o eventualmente variare l’ordine della vendita. 12 Prima dell’ingresso in sala i clienti che intendono concorrere all’aggiudicazione di qualsivoglia lotto, dovranno richiedere l’apposito “numero personale” che verrà consegnato dal personale della Cambi previa comunicazione da parte dell’interessato delle proprie generalità ed indirizzo, con esibizione e copia del documento di identità; potranno inoltre essere richieste allo stesso referenze bancarie od equivalenti garanzie per il pagamento del prezzo di aggiudicazione e dei diritti d’asta. Al momento dell’aggiudicazione, chi non avesse già provveduto, dovrà comunque comunicare alla Cambi le proprie generalità ed indirizzo. La Cambi si riserva il diritto di negare a chiunque, a propria discrezione, l’ingresso nei propri locali e la partecipazione all’asta, nonchè di rifiutare le offerte di acquirenti non conosciuti o non graditi, a meno che venga lasciato un deposito ad intera copertura del prezzo dei lotti desiderati o fornita altra adeguata garanzia. In seguito a mancato o ritardato pagamento da parte di un acquirente, la Cambi potrà rifiutare qualsiasi offerta fatta dallo stesso o da suo rappresentante nel corso di successive aste. 13 Per ogni singolo lotto sono da aggiungere al prezzo di aggiudicazione i diritti di asta pari al 30% per la parte di prezzo fino a € 2.000 del 25% per la parte di prezzo eccedente € 2.000 e fino al raggiungimento di € 200.000 e del 20% per la parte di prezzo eccedente questa cifra comprensivo dell’IVA prevista dalla normativa vigente. 14 L’acquirente dovrà versare un acconto all’atto dell’aggiudicazione e completare il pagamento, prima di ritirare la merce, non oltre dieci giorni dalla fine della vendita. In caso di mancato pagamento, in tutto o in parte, dell’ammontare totale dovuto dall’aggiudicatario entro tale termine, la Cambi avrà diritto, a propria discrezione, di: a) restituire il bene al mandante, esigendo a titolo di penale da parte del mancato acquirente il pagamento delle commissioni perdute; b) agire in via giudiziale per ottenere l’esecuzione coattiva dell’obbligo d’acquisto; c) vendere il lotto tramite trattativa privata o in aste successive per conto ed a spese dell’aggiudicatario, ai sensi dell’art. 1515 cod. civ., salvo in ogni caso il diritto al risarcimento dei danni. Decorso il termine di cui sopra, la Cambi sarà comunque esonerata

da ogni responsabilità nei confronti dell’aggiudicatario in relazione all’eventuale deterioramento o deperimento degli oggetti ed avrà diritto di farsi pagare per ogni singolo lotto i diritti di custodia oltre a eventuali rimborsi di spese per trasporto al magazzino, come da tariffario a disposizione dei richiedenti. Qualunque rischio per perdita o danni al bene aggiudicato si trasferirà all’acquirente dal momento dell’aggiudicazione. L’acquirente potrà ottenere la consegna dei beni acquistati solamente previa corresponsione alla Cambi del prezzo e di ogni altra commissione, costo o rimborso inerente.

15 Per gli oggetti sottoposti alla notifica da parte dello Stato ai sensi del D.Lgs. 22.01.2004 n. 42 (c.d. Codice dei Beni Culturali) e ss.mm., gli acquirenti sono tenuti all’osservanza di tutte le disposizioni legislative vigenti in materia. L’aggiudicatario, in caso di esercizio del diritto di prelazione da parte dello Stato, non potrà pretendere dalla Cambi o dal venditore alcun rimborso di eventuali interessi sul prezzo e sulle commissioni d’asta già corrisposte. L’esportazione di oggetti da parte degli acquirenti residenti o non residenti in Italia è regolata della suddetta normativa, nonché dalle leggi doganali, valutarie e tributarie in vigore. Pertanto, l’esportazione di oggetti la cui datazione risale ad oltre settant’anni è sempre subordinata alla licenza di libera circolazione rilasciata dalla competente Autorità. La Cambi non assume alcuna responsabilità nei confronti dell’acquirente in ordine ad eventuali restrizioni all’esportazione dei lotti aggiudicati, ne’ in ordine ad eventuali licenze o attestati che lo stesso debba ottenere in base alla legislazione italiana. 16 I clienti si impegnano a fornire copia del proprio documento di’identità e tutte le informazioni necessarie ed aggiornate per consentire alla Cambi di adempiere agli obblighi di adeguata verifica della clientela, ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 22 D. Lgs n. 231/2007 (Decreto Antiriciclaggio). Il perfezionamento delle operazioni sarà subordinato al rilascio da parte dei clienti delle informazioni richieste per l’adempimento dei suddetti obblighi. Come previsto dall’art. 42 D. Lgs n. 231/07, pertanto, la Cambi si riserva la facoltà di astenersi e non concludere l’operazione nel caso di impossibilità oggettiva di effettuare l’adeguata verifica della clientela. 17 Per ogni lotto contenente materiali appartenenti a specie protette come, ad esempio, corallo, avorio, tartaruga, coccodrillo, ossi di balena, corni di rinoceronte, etc., è necessaria una licenza di esportazione CITES rilasciata dal Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio. Si invitano i potenziali acquirenti ad informarsi presso il Paese di destinazione sulle leggi che regolano tali importazioni. 18 Il diritto di seguito verrà posto a carico del venditore ai sensi dell’art. 152 della L. 22.04.1941 n. 633, come sostituito dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs. 13.02.2006 n. 118. 19 I valori di stima indicati nel catalogo sono espressi in euro e costituiscono una mera indicazione. Tali valori possono essere uguali, superiori o inferiori ai prezzi di riserva dei lotti concordati con i mandanti. 20 Le presenti Condizioni di Vendita, regolate dalla legge italiana, sono accettate tacitamente da tutti i soggetti partecipanti alla procedura di vendita all’asta e restano a disposizione di chiunque ne faccia richiesta. Per qualsiasi controversia relativa all’attività di vendita all’asta presso la Cambi è stabilita la competenza esclusiva del foro di Genova. 21 Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del regolamento UE 679/2016 (GDPR), la Cambi, nella sua qualità di titolare del trattamento, informa che i dati forniti verranno utilizzati, con mezzi cartacei ed elettronici, per poter dare piena ed integrale esecuzione ai contratti di compravendita stipulati dalla stessa società, nonchè per il perseguimento di ogni altro servizio inerente l’oggetto sociale della Cambi Srl. CONDITIONS OF SALE Cambi Casa d’Aste S.r.l. will be, hereinafter, referred to as “Cambi”.

1 Sales will be awarded to the highest bidder and it is understood to be in “cash”. Cambi acts as an agent on an exclusive basis in its name but on behalf of each seller, according to article 1704 of the Italian Civil Code. Sales shall be deemed concluded directly between the seller and the buyer; it follows that Cambi does not take any responsibility towards the buyer or other people, except for those concerning its agent activity. All responsibilities pursuant to the former articles 1476 and following of the Italian Civil Code continue to rest on the owners of each item. The Auctioneer’s hammer stroke defines the conclusion of the sales contract between the seller and the buyer. 2 The goods on sale are considered as second-hand goods, put up for sale as antiques. As a consequence, the definition given to the goods under clause 3 letter “e” of Italian Consumer’s Code (D. Lgs. 6.09.2005, n. 206) does not apply to them. 3 Before the beginning of the auction, an exposition of the items will take place, during which the Auctioneer and his representatives will be available for any clarifications. The purpose of this exposition is to allow a thorough evaluation of authenticity, attribution, condition, provenance, origin, date, age, type and quality of the lots to be auctioned and to clarify any possible typographical error or inaccuracy in the catalogue. If unable to take direct vision of the objects is possible to request condition reports (this service is only guaranteed for lots with an estimate more than € 1.000). The person interested in buying something, commits himself, before taking part in the action, to analyze it in depth, even with the help of his own expert or restorer, to be sure of all the above mentioned characteristics. No claim will be accepted by Cambi after the sale, nor Cambi nor the seller will be held responsible for any defect concerning the information of the objects for sale. 4 The objects of the auction are sold in the conditions in which they are during the exposition, with all the possible defects and imperfections such as any cracks, restorations, omissions or substitutions. These characteristics, even if not expressly stated in the catalog, can not be considered determinants for disputes on the sale. Antiques, for their own nature, can have been restored or modified (for example over-painting): these interventions cannot be considered in any case hidden defects or fakes. As for mechanical or electrical goods, these are not verified before the selling and the purchaser buys them at his own risk. The movements of the clocks are to be considered as non verified. 5 The descriptions or illustrations of the goods included in the catalogues, leaflets and any other illustrative material, have a mere indicative character and reflect opinions, so they can be revised before the object is sold. Cambi cannot be held responsible for mistakes or omissions concerning these descriptions nor in the case of hypothetical fakes as there is no implicit or explicit guarantee concerning the objects for sale. Moreover, the illustrations of the objects in the catalogues or other illustrative material have the sole aim of identifying the object and cannot be considered as precise representations of the state of preservation of the object. 6 For ancient and 19th century paintings, Cambi guarantees only the period and the school in which the attributed artist lived and worked. Modern and Contemporary Art works are usually accompanied by certificates of authenticity and other documents indicated in the appropriate catalogue entries. No other certificate, appraisal or opinion requested or presented after the sale will be considered as valid grounds for objections regarding the authenticity of any works. 7 All information regarding hall-marks of metals, carats and weight of gold, diamonds and precious colored gems have to be considered purely indicative and approximate and Cambi cannot be held responsible for possible mistakes in those information nor for the falsification of precious items. Cambi does not guarantee certificates possibly annexed to precious items carried out by independent gemological laboratories, even if references to the results of these tests may be cited as information for possible buyers.

8 As for books auctions, the buyer is not be entitled to dispute any damage to bindings, foxing, wormholes, trimmed pages or plates or any other defect not affecting the integrity of the text and/or the illustrations, nor can he dispute missing indices of plates, blank pages, insertions, supplements and additions subsequent to the date of publication of the work. The abbreviation O.N.C. indicates that the work has not been collated and, therefore, its completeness is not guaranteed. 9 Any dispute regarding the hammered objects will be decided upon between experts of Cambi and a qualified expert appointed by the party involved and must be submitted by registered return mail within fifteen days of the stroke and Cambi will decline any responsibility after this period. A complaint that is deemed legitimate will lead simply to a refund of the amount paid, only upon the return of the item, excluding any other pretence and or expectation. If, within three months from the discovery of the defect but no later than five years from the date of the sale, the buyer has notified Cambi in writing that he has grounds for believing that the lot concerned is a fake, and only if the buyer is able to return such item free from third party rights and provided that it is in the same conditions as it was at the time of the sale, Cambi shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to cancel the sale and disclose to the buyer the name of the seller, giving prior notice to him. Making an exception to the conditions above mentioned, Cambi will not refund the buyer if the description of the object in the catalogue was in accordance with the opinion generally accepted by scholars and experts at the time of the sale or indicated as controversial the authenticity or the attribution of the lot, and if, at the time of the lot publication, the forgery could have been recognized only with too complicated or too expensive exams, or with analysis that could have damaged the object or reduced its value. 10 The Auctioneer may accept commission bids for objects at a determined price on a mandate from clients who are not present and may formulate bids for third parties. Telephone bids may or may not be accepted according to irrevocable judgment of Cambi and transmitted to the Auctioneer at the bidder’s risk. These phone bids could be registered. 11 The objects are knocked down by the Auctioneer to the highest bidder and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the disputed object may immediately put up for sale again starting from the last registered bid. During the auction, the Auctioneer at his own discretion is entitled to: withdraw any lot, make bids to reach the reserve price, as agreed between Cambi and the seller, and take any action he deems suitable to the circumstances, such as joining or separating lots or changing the order of sale. 12 Clients who intend to offer bids during the auction must request a “personal number” from the staff of Cambi and this number will be given to the client upon presentation of IDs, current address and, possibly, bank references or equivalent guarantees for the payment of the hammered price plus commission and/or expenses. Buyers who might not have provided ID and current address earlier must do so immediately after a knock down. Cambi reserves the right to deny anyone, at its own discretion, the entrance in its own building and the participation to the auction, and to reject offers from unknown or unwelcome bidders, unless a deposit covering the entire value of the desired lot is raised or in any case an adequate guarantee is supplied. After the late or nonpayment from a purchaser, Cambi will have the right to refuse any other offer from this person or his representative during the following auctions. 13 The buyer must pay to Cambi a buyer’s premium for each single lot, that is 30% for the part of the price up to € 2,.000, 25% of the part of the price exceeding € 2.000 and up to of € 200.000 and 20% of the part of the price exceeding this amount, including the VAT value according to the current legislation. 14 The buyer must make a down payment after the sale and settle the residual balance before collecting the goods at his or her risk and expense not later than ten days after the knock down. In case of total or partial nonpayment of the due amount within this deadline, Cambi can: a) return the good to the seller and demand from the buyer the payment of the lost commission; b) act in order to obtain enforcement of compulsory payment; c) sell the object privately or during the following auction in the name and at the expenses of the highest bidder according to article 1515 of the Italian Civil Code, with the right of the compensation for damages. After the above mentioned period, Cambi will not be held

responsible towards the buyer for any deterioration and/or damage of the object(s) in question and it will have the right to apply, to each object, storage and transportation fees to and from the warehouse according to tariffs available on request. All and any risks to the goods for damage and/or loss are transferred to the buyer upon knock down and the buyer may have the goods only upon payment, to Cambi, of the Knock down commissions and any other taxes including fees concerning the packing, handling, transport and/or storage of the objects involved.

15 For objects subjected to notification from the State, in accordance with the D.Lgs. 22.01.2004 n. 42 (c.d. Codice dei Beni Culturali) and following changes, buyers are beholden by law to observe all existing legislative dispositions on the matter and, in case the State exercises its pre-emptive right, cannot expect from Cambi or the vendor any re-imbursement or eventual interest on commission on the knock down price already paid. The export of lots by the buyers, both resident and not resident in Italy, is regulated by the above mentioned law and the other custom, financial and tax rules in force. Export of objects more than 70 years old is subject to the release of an export license from the competent Authority. Cambi does not take any responsibility towards the purchaser as for any possible export restriction of the objects knocked down, nor concerning any possible license or certificate to be obtained according to the Italian law. 16 Customers undertake to provide a copy of their Identity Document and all necessary and up-to-date information to enable Cambi to fulfill its obligations of customer due diligence, pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 22 of Legislative Decree No. 231/2007 (Anti-Money Laundering Decree). The completion of the transactions will be subject to the release by the customers of the information required for the fulfillment of these obligations. Therefore, as provided for by Art. 42 of Legislative Decree No. 231/2007, Cambi reserves the right to refrain from concluding the transaction if it is objectively impossible to carry out the proper verification of customers.

17 For all object including materials belonging to protected species as, for example, coral, ivory, turtle, crocodile, whale bones, rhinoceros horns and so on, it is necessary to obtain a CITES export license released by the Ministry for the Environment and the Safeguard of the Territory. Possible buyers are asked to get all the necessary information concerning the laws on these exports in the Countries of destination. 18 The “Droit de Suite” will be paid by the seller (Italian State Law n. 663, clause 152, April 22, 1941, replaced by Decree n. 118, clause 10, February13, 2006). 19 All the valuations indicated in the catalogue are expressed in Euros and represent a mere indication. These values can be equal, superior or inferior to the reserve price of the lots agreed with the sellers. 20 These Sales Conditions, regulated by the Italian law, are silently accepted by all people taking part in the auction and are at everyone’s disposal. All controversies concerning the sales activity at Cambi are regulated by the Court of Genoa. 21 According to article 13 of regulation UE 679/2016 (GDPR), Cambi, acting as data controller, informs that the data received will be used, with printed and electronic devices, to carry out the sales contracts and all other services concerning the social object of Cambi S.r.l. To execute contracts, the provision of data is mandatory while for other purposes it is optional and will be requested with appropriate methods.
