While the opening months of 2026 began with a quieter cadence—largely due to disruptive February blizzards and global macroeconomic shifts that contributed to higher interest rates—the underlying pulse of our market remains remarkably strong. The persistent trend of low inventory and fewer new listings appears to be temporary as we transition into the busier months of April and May. With buyer demand strong and median prices continuing to rise, the fundamental indicators point toward a robust return to seasonal norms this spring. Though interest rates have settled back into the mid-6% range following a brief dip in early March, our local market continues to demonstrate impressive resilience.
