THIS CREDIT UNION WAS DESIGNED AS A PROTOTYPE MODEL IN WHICH ARCHITECTURE SERVES AS THE PRIMARY EXPRESSION OF BRAND. A CANTILEVERED ROOF, CONCENTRATED OVER THE PUBLIC AREAS, CREATES A DOUBLE-HEIGHT VOLUME THAT ANCHORS MEMBER EXPERIENCE ACROSS BRANCHES. BY INTEGRATING BRANDING, FORM, AND FUNCTION INTO A COHESIVE WHOLE, THE BRANCH MAINTAINS FLEXIBILITY TO ADAPT TO EVOLVING USER NEEDS, VARIED SITE CONDITIONS, AND DESIGN CRITERIA.
THREE PROTOTYPE BRANCH MODELS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED. LAYOUT #1 SERVES AS THE TYPICAL BRANCH MODEL, EFFICIENT IN SIZE AND OPERATION. LAYOUT #2 INCLUDES ADDITIONAL MEMBER SERVICE AND BANKING EQUIPMENT SPACES. LAYOUT #3 RESPONDS TO ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REQUIREMENTS OF A SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, WHILE MAINTAINING ORGANIZATIONAL CONSISTENCY. ALL THREE MODELS FEATURE CONSISTENT MILLWORK AND INTERIOR BRANDING ELEMENTS TO REINFORCE THE CONCEPT OF A PROTOTYPCIAL EXPERIENCE.

DESCRIPTION:
THIS HOME OFFICE RENOVATION INVOLVED A COMPLETE INTERIOR DEMOLITION AND RECONFIGURATION, TRANSFORMING AN EXISTING BRANCH AND OUTDATED WORKSPACE INTO A CONTEMPORARY AND EFFICIENT OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. THE DESIGN EMPHASIZES OPENNESS AND TRANSPARENCY THROUGH THE USE OF GLAZED ELEMENTS. ALL OFFICES AND CONFERENCE ROOMS UTILIZE GLASS PARTITIONS AND AT THE EXISTING STAIR, A GLASS HANDRAIL SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED MAINTAIN A CLEAR LINE OF SIGHT TO THE PRIMARY BRANDING FEATURE WALL.
THE INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS ARE COMPLEMENTED BY THE ADDITION OF AN OUTDOOR, PRIVATE PATIO. LOCATED UNDER THE EXISTING DRIVE-UP CANOPY, THE SPACE FURTHER ENHANCES EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE AND ARCHITECTURAL PRESENCE AT THE CREDIT UNION'S HEADQUARTERS.

DESCRIPTION:
THIS PROJECT IS A PHASED CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT, CONSISTING OF VETERINARY AND ADOPTION SERVICES, AND LONG-TERM COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. PHASE ONE ESTABLISHES THE PRIMARY ANIMAL CARE FACILITY, SUPPORTED BY OUTDOOR DOG PLAY YARDS AND WALKING PATHS DESIGNED FOR ANIMAL ENRICHMENT. PHASE TWO EXPANDS TO THE CAMPUS WITH A DEDICATED COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT BUILDING, PROVIDING SPACE FOR VOLUNTEER TRAINING, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, AND SEASONAL YOUTH CAMPS.
THE ANIMAL CARE FACILITY IS ORGANIZED TO CREATE A COORDINATED AND EFFICIENT SYSTEM, ALIGNING PUBLIC, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND ANIMAL HOUSING ZONES TO SUPPOT A SEAMLESS OPERATION OF ANIMAL CARE AND ADOPTION SERVICES.
THE OVERALL ARCHITECTURAL IDENTIY OF THE CAMPUS IS DEFINED BY A DURABLE EXTERIOR MATERIAL PALETTE OF MASONRY AND COMPOSITE METAL PANELS. THESE MATERIALS PROVIDE A COHESIVE VISUAL LANGUAGE ACROSS BOTH PHASES, POSITIONING THE PROJECT AS A RECOGNIZABLE AND ENDURING COMMUNITY RESOURCE.
