Heart to Heart: When we gather, we give
Fundraising for Palestine, Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, and Kurdistan
Ramadan is an honourable and blessed month, and the rewards for generosity are multiplied in it. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stated the best charity is that given in Ramadan - Imam ibn Isa al-Tirmidhi
Ramadan reminds us that charity (sadaqah) sits at the heart of fasting Giving through food, time, care, or donations binds us together. Fasting is not only an act of devotion but a daily reminder of those who go without and a call to give, together
This year, as we gather, we are reminded that many of our colleagues carry lived experiences of war and displacement, which deepens our collective resolve to stand in solidarity with those facing similar struggles today
