“Too often as an Educational professional, we do “business” with companies that do not entirely understand what we as educators face day to day. That is NOT the case with CADY. Not only are many of their employees’ former educators, but the company as a whole operates with educational professionals in mind with all decisions. Our personal reps also go out of their way to contact us with upcoming events and do “check-ins” with us as we are approaching key timeframes at school. One of our favorite “perks” of our partnership with CADY has been our school culture projects. We have currently installed two of these wraps on our campus and they have completely changed the center of our campus. Customer service is beyond what we have experienced with other yearbook companies as CADY reps each take a personal role in their assigned schools and school reps. Port Charlotte High School has been THRILLED with our decision to partner with CADY and we can NOT express our support enough for them to ANY interested school. Our Process

CADY Premier Projects are fully customized environmental design solutions tailored to your campus. From site surveys and concept development to production and installation through our approved vendor network, Our creative team transforms spaces utilizing surveys, concept development, and installation through our approved vendor network. Custom-branded artwork celebrates school spirit, enhances the campus experience, and leaves a lasting impression on students, families, and the broader community.

Step 1: Site Survey

Step 1: Quote Signed

Step 1: Proofs Approved

An approved vendor will visit your campus to gather measurements, photos, and better understand your space. Step 2: Presentation Created Our creative team develops custom concepts tailored to your campus and brand. Step 3: Quote Created

The school digitally signs the quote and submits a method of payment, if required. Step 2: Printer Proofs Delivered The school receives printer proofs to review and approve before production begins. Our goal is to deliver proofs within 9 business days of receiving the school’s signed approval.

The school digitally signs and approves the final printer proofs for production. Step 2: Production & Installation Scheduled The project moves into production, and installation is coordinated and scheduled. Our goal is to have the project installed within 21 business days.

A project quote is prepared based on the proposed designs, materials, and installation needs. Step 4: Rep Communicates with the School Your CADY representative reviews the presentation, answers questions, and gathers feedback. Our goal is to complete this phase within 21 business days.

IMPORTANT: Schools receive up to 3 rounds of revisions, with updated designs typically returned within 5 business days. Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds will incur added design-hour charges. If a project is terminated, the school remains responsible for any applicable site survey fees and all design time completed up to that point. 31
