What made you choose a career in real estate?

“I always wanted to get into real estate after college because I liked the rush of the business and have always loved crunching numbers and negotiating. Our fellow C21 agent Wendy France was my agent when I moved to town, and shortly after closing she reached out and asked if I had interest in the business! She thought I could be really good and her guidance early on!”

Do you or are you planning to specialize in a particular market or type of real estate?

“I do not have any plans to specialize in a certain market or type of real estate. I have worked with almost ever y type of client, and to me, that is the fun part of the business. Constantly keeping you on your toes and going where your clients need you. I think casting a wide net allows you to be more well rounded as an agent.”

Are there any success stories or role models in the real envision your own journey?

“Early on, I would say Greg Brown was there for me a lot. He was my team leader at the time, in an industr y that was moving ver y fast in 2020. During that fast paced time, I was an agent that didn’t know which way was up and he

that I look up to in this industr y His knowledge and abili-

least, is Brad Knoll. Brad has always helped me whenever I reach out and has truly taught me relationships matter!”

What is your main way to expand your client base?

“As I’ve progressed throughout my career, in year 5 now, my business has now turned into repeat clients and referrals. Early on it was random internet leads with grinding

other real estate needs they may have ”

How do you stand out from other Realtors?

“I’m 6’5.... No, in all seriousness, I tr y not to compare myself to other agents. I think it’s important to run your own race, and focus on the ser vice you and your business provides to your clients. In the end, that’s all that matters ”

Is there anyone that you regard highly or see as a mentor?

“Kelly Byrd is someone I met a few years ago, and is a high level executive coach that lives locally but works with clients all around the world. Meeting him 3 years ago completely changed my life and how I view certain situations and the mental aspect of moving for ward. He speaks a lot on commitment, being blessed, and tackling anything that you set out to do ”

How do you prioritize a work-life balance in a demanding profession?

and breathe the market daily ”

Do you have any goals for the next 5 years?

“My goal for the next 5 years is to continue to grow my business in an organic way, and create relationships with my clients throughout that process.”

“My goal for the next 5 years is to continue to grow my business in an organic way, and create relationships with my clients throughout that process ”

What strategies do you use or plan to use to keep updated on the market trends and changes?

“I think as a valuable agent, you should always have a pulse on the market to properly inform your clients what the current trend is. In order to have a good pulse on the market, you have to be in the business ever y day. Constantly see what is hitting the market, what sold, how many days

Is there any advice you would give to someone interested in making real estate a career?

“I would make sure they know that this is the type of business where you get out what you put in. Most people that get into the business think it will be easy and they will make a lot of money. If you are not making deposits daily into this business, you won ’ t be as successful as maybe you thought you

and the top 200 agents do almost 90% of the business. -

mitted, you will be on the outside looking in.”
