June 2018 should have been one of the happiest times of my life. Instead, it was one of the darkest. My sweet daughter Lily turned one year old and almost immediately after, postpartum depression came crashing down on me. There were days I couldn't get out of bed and days I wished it were my last.
With the support of a dear friend, I wrote my way from greatest breakdown to my greatest breakthrough.
