Her interest in hearing loss began as a very young child who had two cousins who were deaf. After obtaining degrees at West Virginia University, Ohio State University and the University of Florida, she opened Coweta and Fayette Hearing Clinics in 2006 with one goal in mind...To help everyone who needed help hearing, no matter what their needs or budget were. She and her staff have helped thousands of locals hear and communicate better. Sometimes this has been with hearing aids, sometimes with amplifiers, and sometimes with simple communication strategies and counseling. Recently, Dr. Nikki has brainstormed on how to help even more people which has allowed her to add affordable hearing aid leasing, transparent pricing, and therapy sessions for people with continued difficulty hearing despite the use of hearing aids or without a clinical hearing loss. She and her staff have also made the education of patients, family members, and the public a major priority. She enjoys educating people about hearing loss, tinnitus (being a member of the American Tinnitus Association), dizziness, and co-morbidities of hearing loss. She routinely gives local talks and seminars about health conditions that can cause hearing loss, health conditions caused or made worse by untreated hearing loss, and even health conditions that will sometimes first appear during a diagnostic hearing evaluation which will then prompt a referral to the appropriate specialist, such as a cardiologist. She also proudly serves veterans through the Community Care Network.
