THE LADIES of the ROYAL SALE 2026

W W

Hereford Breeders and Guests, elcome to this year’s rendition of The Ladies of the Royal. We are beyond excited to offer an exceptional set of young females and frozen genetics from some of the most respected and progressive operations across the country. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to each of our consignors for their thoughtful selections and commitment to making this year’s offering one to remember. There is no better place to host The Ladies of the Royal than the new, state-of-the-art facility and new home of the American Royal. This year’s offering provides incredible opportunities to acquire females that are show-ring ready, as well as future donor prospects in the making. These females represent the kind of quality, style and genetic value that can make an immediate impact while offering tremendous potential for the future. Likewise, the frozen genetics featured in this sale provide an exciting opportunity to secure a piece of the elite genetics behind some of the breed’s leading operations. These genetics represent years of thoughtful breeding and selection and are poised to further benefit the programs fortunate enough to add them to their herd. We cordially invite you to join us Friday, October 23rd, beginning one hour prior to sale time for an opportunity to view the entire sale offering. We will also host a cocktail hour featuring hors d’oeuvres, providing the perfect opportunity to visit with fellow breeders, consignors and friends before the sale. We look forward to welcoming you to the new home of the American Royal and to another exciting rendition of The Ladies of the Royal. Regards,

Jack A. Ward

Executive Vice-President, American Hereford Association

THE LADIES of the ROYAL SALE 2026 A heartfelt thank-you goes to Churchill Cattle Co. and Dale and Nancy Venhuizen for their purchase of the iconic street sign during the 2025 Ladies of the Royal Sale. What began as the purchase of a memorable piece of Hereford history has become part of an even greater story. Dale and Nancy stepped forward to purchase the street sign, which is proudly displayed year-round at the American Hereford Association (AHA) headquarters. Since then, it has traveled to the Hereford Masters in Madison and will once again be on display this summer during Hereford Kingdom and the first Junior National

Hereford Expo held at the new American Royal home in Kansas City, Kan. Most importantly, that purchase helped inspire the debut of an exciting new program designed to equip the next generation with the foundation genetics needed to begin or grow their Hereford herds. The Hereford Herd Builder program was born from the vision of Churchill Cattle Co., and the AHA and National Junior Hereford Association are honored to be part of this meaningful initiative. Together, we are investing in the future of the Hereford breed by providing the next generation with access to quality genetics and opportunities to build their own legacy in the cattle industry. Join us in Kansas City during the HYFA Awards Luncheon as we recognize the first recipients of this industry-leading initiative and celebrate the next generation of Hereford breeders.

Homozygous Polled 536’s maternal lineage traces to a stacked deck of females who have offered tremendous positive momentum to our trajectory in the beef business. In fact, the bottom side of her pedigree carries the Innisfail prefix back to 1980. These cattle have become an invasive species in Madison, Georgia, simply due to their ability to get pregnant fast, stick around longer, and raise calves with more value for our customers than their contemporaries. We are beyond excited to continue to propagate their germplasm. 536 is able to place genomic balance in the right package better than anything we have put a halter on and brought to an event like this. Her structure is phenomenal, her body shape is the kind that works in a highmoisture forage environment, and her natural presence is captivating. These are the kind of cattle that are extremely challenging to watch slip through our fingers, but the lack of a cow sale at Innisfail Farm has made us more comfortable bringing our very best to the public. WILDCAT PRISTINE 2605 ET — Maternal Sister to Lot 2

WILDCAT Pistol 6070 ET is exactly what we envisioned when we combined the total performance and EPD profile of STELLPFLUG Gunsmoke 222 ET with the proven show ring look of Wildcat OC Patience 21Z ET. Pistol is long-necked, beautifully balanced and striking from the side, with the kind of structure and build we expect from this mating. Patience put Wildcat on the map, producing 15 different national division winners while consistently stamping her progeny with mass, power and look. She can no longer be flushed, making daughters like Pistol an increasingly rare opportunity to carry that influence forward. Video available at wildcatcattle.com.

/S LADY SENSATION 9037G ET — Dam of Lot 3

We have made a habit of offering something exciting each year in Ladies of the Royal Sale and 6007 is no exception. This female checks all the boxes. Incredible in her build, elite cow power, and a solid set of EPDs to complete this package. 6007 is a female with a lot of substance yet has the added look to be a competitive show heifer. Her rib shape, bone, and sound structure sets her apart. The Gunsmoke daughters have been speaking for themselves, and as they are even better in production. 9037G is a 2296 daughter that has generated some of the best daughters we have sold in recent years. This female ranks in the top 3% for WW and YW, Top 2% for REA, and Top 5% for CHB. There is no guess work here… bid with confidence on a powerful show heifer prospect that will result in a front pasture donor cow when you are done showing her. Brumley Farms is retaining a ⅓ embryo interest in this female.

T/R ELSIE E118 ET — Dam of Lot 4

Here’s an elite female out of our keeper pen that we are going to offer to the public, and there’s no better option than the Royal Sale! She’s extremely deep, incredible in terms of her build, and holds herself together very nicely on the move. Her mother was a past Reserve Grand Champion at the NWSS and has since done a tremendous job for us in the donor pen. Past daughters by Georgie and maternal sisters to this heifer have highlighted our sales, including a High Roller that was very successful for the Kolterman family and a Marksman for the Thompson family. This female has the brood cow look that will be popular in the show ring, but she’ll make your money back fast in the pasture. Great attitude and ready to roll!

This one is tough to let go of, but the good ones are supposed to be that way! This attractively built female is long and level in her design, big square hipped and plenty flexible off both ends of her skeleton. While doing all that, where we think this heifer really shines is on paper. Good spread from birth to yearling, combined with her top 5% TEAT, top 6% Marbling and top 3% CHB. The mating possibilities are wide open on this one and we think she can be an easy profit generator for both females and bulls

KLD RW MARKSMAN D87 ET — Sire of Lot 7

Two years ago, we were fortunate enough to be the winning bidder on one of the embryo packs offered in Jensen’s The Chosen Sale, and three out of four embryos resulted in live calves. Given that success, we decided to share the wealth and bring the best of the group to this year’s Ladies of the Royal. This mating has proven itself time and again, with full sibs commanding as much as $75,000 and $50,000 in the 2025 Chosen Sale, along with numerous national titles. First time showman safe and senior year good! You really have to admire the structure, maternal build, and overall demeanor Cricket possesses. Barnes Herefords is retaining a ⅓ embryo interest in this female.

A full sister to the heifer we had the opportunity to consign to the Ladies of the Royal Sale last year. Only this time, she’s horned! Jaded is long bodied, balanced, and built on the kind of foot and structural integrity we like to see. Her maternal backing is just as impressive, with her dam being named Champion Cow Calf Pair at the 2023 JNHE, KILE and The Big E. Jaded combines the show ring presence with the future potential to produce in pasture.

Straight out of the keeper pen, this Big Jake daughter checks a lot of boxes both on paper on and in the flesh. Stout at the ground yet flexible in her joints and while in motion. This red necked female has enough presence about her to make anyone take notice while still plenty of muscle, opened and wide pinned when you step behind her. This outcross pedigreed female is one that more than deserves a look on sale day and one that has great potential earning power in a lot of different programs. She is probably the best female that our family has ever produced. Her mother is just a 3-year-old and she stems from the best cow family at K7!

BACC D715 MONICA 075 ET – Maternal Grandam of Lot 10

6010 Is an extremely dynamic show heifer/ donor prospect. Putting together the complete epd profile today’s seedstock industry demands. Possessing the phenotype and presence the ever evolving show ring requires, but still providing the look of a young productive female. You love her crimson color while being red to the ground and red necked. Expect her to follow in her cow family’s footsteps. Her 2-year-old dam did a phenomenal job this year raising her. 6010’s grandam BACC D715 MONICA 075 ET has hit the ground running transitioning a successful show career to staple donor in our program. Whether it’s been chasing purple banners, sale highlight sons, or most importantly putting good productive daughters back into the herd. 6010 has not been in the barn for long but has an excellent disposition, she would make an awesome pairing for any beginner showman.

864L is one of the rare cows to come along in the breed for quite some time. She is a .94 marbling, 212 CHB Index, covered in red with a near perfect udder. She had a marbling ratio of 171 from a herd that has put significant pressure on carcass figures. She is RARE!! The 4200 bull was selected by NJW in our 2025 Bull Sale. He is a true power bull that’s packed full of meat and muscle, wide based, big testicled, and has a mother that is a lead cow for our program. NJW has acquired 1/2 interest in the dam of 4200 as well!

What a unique opportunity to grab ahold of some of the freshest genetics in the offering. J51 doesn’t miss plain and simple, she is a calf-raising machine. As a two-year-old, J51 raised a herd bull that now runs the pastures at Cardinal Creek Cattle Co. in Minnesota. Her second natural calf was a highlight of our 4th Annual Production Sale, selling to White Hawk Ranch in Georgia. This year’s crop may be her most exciting yet and will highlight the upcoming Dry Creek Farms Annual Production Sale, featuring the March heifer calf pictured below. A full brother to this March donor prospect is an absolute hoss and has just entered the show barn to be campaigned this winter. J51 has proven she can generate value beyond her natural calves as well. Embryos out of J51 were a hot commodity in our Spring Frozen Genetics Sale, where 33 embryos averaged an impressive $1,945 per embryo. High fertility, CONSIGNOR: DRY CREEK FARMS consistency and predictability. J51 has proven she can flat get it done. When you Carter St. John . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 205-705-4041 combine that kind of proven production with the freshness and potential of this Locke St. John . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 615-427-8979 mating to Touchdown, we believe the opportunity here is big-time good. drycreekfarm01@gmail.com www.drycreekfarms.org Guarantee of one pregnancy if transferred by a certified embryologist. Progeny will be Homozygous Polled by pedigree. Embryos are stored at TransOva, Lawrenceville, GA

Mating is Homozygous Polled by pedigree. Donor dam is a maternal sister to the Lot 1 heifer. 412 has set a high standard for the two-year-old females at Innisfail Farm. Her moderate stature, tremendous basic build, monster rib shape, and tidy udder attachment fi t the mold of the kind of mother cow we are trying to replicate. Her sire, 2235, could have been the most impactful bull we have ever raised if it were not for his DB status. Thankfully, he left us with an incredible, small group of clean daughters, which 412 highlights. The crew in Haviland, Kansas tells us that the Liberty daughters are at the forefront of their replacement females. He brings an EPD profi le to the table that our commercial clientele desires, coupled with the eye appeal that makes us excited to go to work each day.
