Program Overview The Butler University online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL) is our first Adult Degree Completion program. We designed the online BSOL as a bridge for individuals with either associate’s degrees or 60 college credits ready to take the next step in their academic careers and earn a bachelor’s in as few as two years. Developed in collaboration with employers, our program is focused on the critical skills you need to advance your career and prepare for leadership positions: human skills, business enablers, and digital building blocks.
