IPAD was established to promote Idoma culture, unity, mutual support, and the welfare of the Idoma community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. After many years of service, the association has been inactive and non-functional for more than five years, with no regular meetings, elections, cultural activities, community programs, or other organizational activities. Following careful consideration and consultation among the stakeholders, it was determined that maintaining an inactive organization no longer serves a meaningful purpose. The decision to dissolve IPAD is therefore being made in accordance with the organization’s Constitution and applicable laws of the State of Texas.
