So Many Reasons to Have a Will • So that you can direct and determine who inherits your property, not the State of Texas; • So parents can direct and determine who is to raise and care for their minor children; • So parents can direct and determine who controls and manages their assets for the care and benefit of their minor children; • So you can ease the burden on your loved ones left behind. Having a will allows for the least disruption to the lives of the surviving loved ones. Often people do not make a will of their own until they have personal experience in settling the estate of a loved one and only then do they realize the importance of having one’s affairs in order; • So you can streamline the inheritance of your property so the expense of probate will be minimal. The money spent on the preparation of a Last Will and Testament, will greatly lessen the amount of time and cost spent on probating your estate. It is the same as the old adage “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”; • So you can put into place any estate planning that is necessary to reduce or eliminate estate taxes; and • So many other reasons, they are too numerous to list them all.
Promptly Probate the Will of Your Loved One
• To have the authority to carry out the wishes of your Loved One; • To resolve any title issues of your Loved One’s Real Property during YOUR life time; • To limit the expense of the probate, since usually the longer you wait the more costly it becomes; • To prevent passing the need to probate your Loved One’s Will on to someone else; • To avoid the 4 year statute of limitations; • To avoid the Will from being lost or misplaced before it can be probated; and • Too many other reasons to Promptly Probate Your Loved One’s Will to list them all.

Discover Gymnastics propels youth through gymnastics F
amily owned and operated since 1999, Discover Gymnastics is one of the longest standing youth sports programs in the inner loop of Houston. With over twenty different programs offered, over sixty friendly and experienced staff members, and more than fifteen-hundred families from our community participating weekly, we pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled educational experience in the sport of gymnastics. More than just gymnastics training, we emphasize integrity, safety, a nurturing environment, enjoyment, and above all an enrichment opportunity for our students. From babies to teens, beginners to collegebound champions, we educate a wide variety of ages and levels in the sport of gymnastics. We work with
each child to reach their highest level of ability and cultivate their unique drive for life through gymnastics training. Regardless of the level your child enters our program, if they want to go further we can provide the path forward. Our convenient home, in the heart of The Heights, was carefully selected in 2003 to be the most accessible location to serve the majority of our families coming from all over the city and surrounding Houston areas. Our fully air conditioned, 22,000 square-foot facility incorporates the most state-of-the art equipment. Over the years, Discover has always practiced reinvestment in the facility, equipment and our programs with yearly purchases of new and
upgraded equipment to train on the best! And, our gym is designed specifically to accommodate a wide variety of activities and programs for children of all ages and levels.
and Olympic champions. We even have a current elite level competitor helping to develop our boys program to rival our outstanding women’s competitive program.
Additionally, Discover Gymnastics has a highly trained and qualified staff at every level in every program. We not only look for our employment talent locally, but also from all over the world including coaches from Bulgaria, Colombia, Romania, Russia, Iraq and Mexico. We hire the best! It was the goal of Discover Gymnastics owner Carly Markesich to create a quality instructional program that was both fun and challenging to its students. Twenty years later, this approach has resulted in a very successful program that is now complete serving children from 6 months of age through the elite levels of competition and everything in between. Please stop by and visit our facility, get a tour or just find out more about how gymnastics can help prepare your child for a very bright future.

Are you ready for the next HURRICANE? QUESTION: Other than rising water,
what is the most important concern that people have before, during and after a hurricane?
ANSWER: LOSING POWER!
Let’s face it, there is a lot to do, to prepare for hurricanes. The good news is: you have time to prepare. The sad news is: most people don’t prepare.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO PREPARE? Install a Whole-House Generator:
• Generators can be expensive, but a good whole-house generator can assure that you have power in your house during and after the storm. Electricity can be off in your neighborhood for days and weeks. Don’t be left in the dark!
Install a Circuit-Specific Generator:
• Generators can be installed for specific circuits, such as: for a refrigerator, a stove, or minimal lighting. Smaller generator costs less and use less fuel. A Circuit-Specific Generator can keep your food supply safe and give your family some comfort during and after the storm.
Install a Whole-House Surge Protector:
• More electrical damage is caused after a storm, when the power comes back on. Electrical surges can damage electronics, appliances, and receptacles. Plus, with a Whole-House Surge Protector, you no longer need those ugly and difficult-to-hide stripplugs. A Whole-House Surge Protector is good to have year-round. They are installed at your breaker panel. And the best part is: they are affordable. DEUCE ELECTRICAL has the knowledge and experience to help you with preparing for hurricanes. Remember, power outages happen for many reasons: blown transformers, tree limbs falling on electrical lines, and lightning. Think about how much less stress you will have by knowing your electricity is not on your list of worries.
We’re Here All Year Long! For the rest of the year, DEUCE ELECTRICAL is available for all your other electric needs. Whether you need a plug fixed, have problems with indoor or outdoor lighting, breakers keep tripping, or upgrading to LED fixtures, DEUCE ELECTRICAL can resolve all your electrical needs.
