CANCELLATION POLICY
The Bvlgari Spa recommends that all modification or cancellation requests be done 24 hours prior to the booking in order to avoid a 100% penalty charge. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the treatment, full payment will be processed. A credit card will be required to secure all bookings.
MINIMUM AGE
An adult must accompany children under the age of 18 during the spa treatment.
