ADULT TENNIS CAMP ACROSS FIVE DAYS THE RAFA NADAL ACADEMY BY MOVISTAR WILL COACH YOU WITH THEIR ‘BUILDING A CHAMPION’ SYSTEM. Two-hour sessions begin at 4.30 pm or 6.30 pm. Players will learn: • Technical skills to play fast, fluid and beautiful tennis • How to take the initiative of the game • How to generate power in forced positions and turn a losing position into a win • Patience and endurance to outplay your opponents at the baseline • Tactics to turn defence into offence • Development plan • The camp will wrap up with a Champions celebration This regenerative stay includes unlimited access to our 10,000 sqm Alpine Spa, two 60-minute spa treatments and two cryotherapy sessions, ideal for rapid physical recovery.
