Marie Gerber has been serving as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne since the end of 2024. With over a decade of experience in high-end gastronomy and numerous international awards, she has already made a name for herself in the industry. Her career has taken her through some of the world’s most prestigious hotels. Most recently, she worked as Operations Manager at Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne, where she managed the Lakeview Lounge, the bars, and room service. Before that, she played a key role in shaping the bar culture as Bar Manager at Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne and as Manager of Bar & Lounges at The Chedi Andermatt. Under her leadership, innovative cocktail concepts were developed, exclusive spirit selections were expanded, and service standards were elevated to a new level. Marie Gerber’s exceptional achievements have been recognized with multiple awards. Among her most notable honors are the titles: "Best Hotel Bar Swiss Bar Awards" (2024, 2021), "Bar Manager of the Year" (2022, Bilanz Magazine), "Falstaff Bar Guide – Host of the Year" (2020).
