POOL AND WELLNESS AREA
Safety first. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Do not run, dive, jump or engage in risky behaviour for you or for others.
Part of our wellness area is a nude zone. Towels are provided, please make sure you use them, particularly when sitting on the wooden benches. For hygiene reasons, burqas are not permitted in the pool.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS Those with heart and/or circulation problems, as well as pregnant women, should consult the doctor before using any spa facilities. Injuries or accidents should be reported immediately to the spa team.
AGE Children under the age of 16 may only be in the pool area when accompanied by an adult and only during the designated times.

The use of recording devices, including cameras and mobile phones, is only allowed inside the spa pools during the specific times provided.
To keep your valuables safe, please use lockers provided. The Bürgenstock Alpine Spa accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables.

No brought-in food and drinks are allowed anywhere in the Bürgenstock Alpine Spa.
Please respect the peaceful atmosphere in the wellness area, avoiding any loud behaviours.
Smoking & Vaping are forbidden in all areas of the spa.
To ensure comfort for all guests, reserving loungers is not permitted.
