The Festival of Fools is back in 2021! Burlington City Arts is thrilled to announce the return with the 14th annual celebration of street performance, presented by Community Bank, N.A. Once again, downtown Burlington will safely come alive with free, all ages street performances from July 30 through August 1, 2021. We will follow all common sense and state COVID rules and make this event happen as we all need a laugh.
