One of the iconic events hosted by BSAK is our BSAK 7s series. This weekend sees football as the final event of the series. Why do I consider it iconic? Simply because it offers a superb competitive arena where multiple schools can showcase their best players, it offers an opportunity for the best to play the best and it is an event where many memories are made that last well beyond a students school years.

Having had my own children all play in the BSAK 7s, when I mentioned to them it was this weekend, they just recited lovely stories. I am confident this weekend will give opportunity for similar memories to be formed.
BSAK 7’s would not be as successful if it were not for the hours all the teams put into their preparation, the dedication of the coaches and the generous voluntary commitment from the BSAK community to support this series. Please do take a moment to acknowledge and thank the groups mentioned above.
Finally from me, please make sure you show respect to the officials and opponents. Good luck to everyone involved today playing football. I know you will enjoy this great event.
Mark Leppard MBE Headmaster, BSAK

Jack Cropper Director of Sport

BSAK 7s Series is a friendly Schools tournament and a celebration of sport and sportsmanship.
Competing teams should look after each other and avoid causing injury to one another. No one likes getting hurt while playing sports.
Parents, guardians and friends are thanked for their support and reminded that any encouragement on the side-lines should always be calm, controlled and positive.
The rules are not just our rules – they are from National Governing Bodies of sport. If you are not sure of them, please read them.
Win, lose or draw all players and coaches are expected to respect the opposition, the officials, tournament organisers and the rules.
Timing is the key to running this event, together we can make the day run on time. Being late for matches is not good team etiquette.
At the BSAK 7s, we celebrate the spirit of school sports, focusing on teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship. However, we recognise that behavior on the sidelines can greatly influence the atmosphere of the tournament. We kindly remind spectators, coaches, and teachers that this is not a professional sports event, and we expect everyone to model positive conduct. Any instances of poor behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the individual being asked to leave the premises.

Referees will be asked to nominate a standout player after each game for the Player of the Tournament Award.
BSAK has no control over spectators taking photographs or videos or where they are shared on any social media.
