AUDIOVISUAL CONFERENCE PACKAGE
Reduce your technical cost significantly by using Skyhall’s professional audiovisual infrastructure for events up to 700 attendees.

FLEXIBLE SETUP
This mobile installation can be positioned anywhere in the Skyhall, on either the upper or lower floor. The modular design allows for quick adaptation to different room layouts and event formats.
LED WALL CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
To best support your content and event goals, the LED wall can be configured in three core formats:
1. Standard 16:9 Presentation Wall – approx. 7m x 4m for direct, simple presentations (ideal 16:9 ratio).
2. Split Screen Wall – 5m x 4m, optimized for broader setups with separate content zones.
3. Full Dynamic Wall – 10m x 4m, for high-impact, customized content including video inserts, Picture-in-Picture (PiP), and live switching.
Each setup can be tailored to your visual strategy and technical needs.

SETUP EXAMPLES
CEILING HOIST SYSTEM
Skyhall offers an advanced ceiling hoist system as an optional service to streamline event setup. Integrated into the roof structure, this system features 18 motorized hoists (D8+), strategically positioned to cover the main hall on level +2. Each hoist has a static load capacity of 1,000 kg, including the hoist’s weight.

RESPONSIBILITIES & GUIDELINES
• Additional materials: must be supplied by the technical partner.
• Installation & inspection: clients are responsible for assembly, installation, and mandatory legal inspections.
• Client responsibility: clients must ensure correct use and compliance with safety regulations. Brussels Airport Company (BAC) is not liable for third-party installations.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Installations must meet legal safety requirements.
• Misuse may lead to operational delays or damages, for which the client is liable.
• The ceiling hoist system and anchor points cannot be used simultaneously.
