Brookwood School’s transcript reflects term grades for 6th, 7th and fall term of 8th grade. We are a school of 289 total students, 38 eighth grade students. The school year runs from September through June. We use a letter grading system, on which a passing mark is D- , an Honors average is a minimum of a B, and High Honors requires an average of A-. We do not rank our students, and we do not have a block scheduling system. Students are sectioned by ability only in math, which is reflected on our transcript. The enclosed narrative outlines our knowledge of this individual as a student and as a person, including comments on strengths, character, citizenship, attendance or disciplinary status if of concern, and contributions to our community.
