Hosted by Brookwood teachers Monika Carbochova and Laura Lilley in partnership with Test Innovators, we will offer drop-in SSAT preparation assessments and classes to all eighth grade students on Fridays 3:00-4:30 p m throughout the fall; cost per session to be determined

The Sullivan Method is based upon a personalized, adaptive, and encouraging approach, which aims to instill and build each student’s confidence Owner and founder Scott Sullivan tutors most of the in-person math and is joined by a coterie of terrific tutors Materials include SullivanCards and SullivanWorkbooks, which comprises Sullivan’s complete SSAT learning system Students are typically given one practice homework test each week, along with vocabulary words to learn All sessions are 90 minutes.

One-on-One, Online Tutoring:
$225/hour or $337.50 per 90-minute test preparation session via Zoom. In person sessions are $250/hr or $375.00/ 90 minute session. We have tutors on the North Shore and in person sessions are typically conducted in the student's home
All programs have a one-time non-refundable registration fee (in lieu of contract) This is the only fee due ahead of time Sessions are pay-as-you -go and billed after each session occurs
SSAT and ISEE prep, as well as academic subject tutoring individually tailored programs, flexible scheduling, in-home or online On average, we find most students benefit from twelve, 90 minute sessions, but no particular number of sessions is required. Programs are fully customized based on individual needs, budgets, and time allotments necessary; proprietary course material and all practice tests are included.
A great first step is to take an SSAT practice test through Summit. One practice test is free and no obligation We use the resulting detailed score report to recommend a testing and preparation plan
Proctored exams for SSAT and ISEE are offered online every Saturday and Sunday in Newton We also have remote options for practice tests including pre recorded proctor videos
In-person practice tests are available (and encouraged!) with limited capacity
