Old Bromsgrovian Reunion Old Bromsgrovians who were at the School before 1990 are warmly invited to a reunion. A welcoming service takes place in the Memorial Chapel, followed by a tour of the School and Heritage Centre, and lunch in the Dining Hall.

Sounds of Autumn Sounds of Autumn brings together the acclaimed Blackwell Concert Band and Stourport-on-Severn Brass Band for an unforgettable evening of music. Enjoy a thrilling programme featuring favourites from the stage, film and television, alongside exciting original works for concert and brass band. The evening will culminate in a spectacular finale as up to 70 musicians unite on stage for a breathtaking massed band performance.

A chance for Fourth Form pupils to create a short performance as they represent their Houses in the Junior House Drama Competition. Spooktacular Halloween Concert by Bournville Musical Theatre Company
Join Bournville Musical Theatre Company for an unforgettable Halloween concert where the worlds of musicals and the macabre collide. From Broadway blockbusters to cult classics, our cast will bring you an evening packed with haunting melodies, supernatural stories and devilishly entertaining performances. Prepare for a night of thrills, chills and spectacular musical theatre.

Music Scholars’ Concert A concert featuring our fabulous Upper 6th music scholars at the home of England’s, and Worcestershire’s most celebrated composer, Edward Elgar. Entrance is free to those with a National Trust membership. The house and gardens are well worth visiting in addition to attending the concert at 2.00pm.

Coffee Concert Enjoy a morning of music and treats in the beautiful setting of St John’s Church. The Prep Chapel Choir will perform a varied 50-minute programme of sacred and secular music, with solo highlights from pupils on the Scholarship pathway. Entry is free, with a retiring collection. Coffee and cake will be served - everyone welcome!

Alumni Concert A musical celebration close to Christmas will be based on an Advent to Christmas Carol Concert, featuring a brand new work commissioned especially for Choir and Orchestra by composer, Ian Assersohn. The Nutcracker and The Snowman String quintet Toscana Strings and ballerina Laura Power perform two Christmas classics: The Nutcracker and The Snowman, at Penryn Hall, through storytelling, dance and music. The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui A savage and witty parable of the rise of Hitler - recast into a small-time Chicago gangster’s takeover of the city’s grocery trade. The parody and pastiche of this amazing play does not diminish the horror of how easily fascism and extremism can take root and grow.

Beauty and the Beast Beauty and the Beast tells the story of a Prince transformed into a Beast by the evil Witch Thorn and his eventual redemption through the love of a beautiful young girl called Belle. This Beauty and the Beast panto contains many traditional pantomime characters, wonderful song and dance routines and lots of corny jokes. It also has a couple of hilarious scenes featuring Belle’s ugly stepsisters and the Beast. An enchanting family pantomime for the whole family.
