Lonsun’s production facilities are run by 215 workers and 45 technicians, adding a total of 32,000 ton yearly production capacity. More than 33% of Lonsun’s yearly output is exported globally.

Maintaining capacity at such levels requires top-notch technology for every process. The rolling plant is host to different sets for medium frequency and intermediate frequency induction

furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and CNC finishing machines. Every process in the company’s manufacturing facility is subject to quality-assurance inspections under ISO-9001 standards, as well as every product leaving Lonsun’s facilities.

CUTTING-EDGE MACHINERY IN EVERY PROCESS

Lonsun counts with the machinery and facilities for hot and cold rolling, while qualified technicians operate

and oversee rolling passes into the roughing, intermediate and finishing rolling cages. Steel billets are previously set to the proper temperature in a furnace and undergo the necessary roll passes according to the desired product requirements.

From first bends to tandem finishing mills, every process is supervised to obtain required sizes, thickness and temperature for steel in each step. Every piece of equipment receives proper, timely maintenance to operate
