BOOKINGS
While the hotel does not place holds on dates or rooms, once a contract has been issued, a tentative booking will be held for seven days to allow time for the security deposit, signed contract, and credit card guarantee to be submitted If another enquiry is received for the same date during this period, you will be asked to confirm your decision within two business days.
CONFIRMATION
To secure your wedding date and venue, a deposit, signed contract, and credit card guarantee are required within seven days of your booking request If these items are not received, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and reallocate the space
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be submitted in writing Please note that all deposits paid are non‐refundable
LIQUOR LICENSE
Brisbane Marriott Hotel complies with Queensland Liquor Licensing laws and practices responsible service of alcohol. Events cannot be held past midnight.

A 1.95% merchant fee applies to all credit card payments. Weddings held on public holidays and Sundays incur a 15% labour surcharge A cleaning fee of $500 applies for any décor or embellishments used without prior approval

SECURITY
Security officers or crowd controllers may be required in accordance with Queensland legislation, including the Liquor Act 1992 and Security Providers Act 1993.
