AUTUMN ADVENTURES IN STANTHORPE
Autumn is one of the best times to visit Stanthorpe. With its cooler climate, vibrant autumn leaves, and delicious food and wine, family adventures await at this charming Queensland town. Whether you’re passing through, staying overnight, or planning an extended stay, there is plenty to fill your Stanthorpe itinerary this Autumn.

THE ROAD TO STANTHORPE
Make the journey part of your holiday, stopping off to explore hidden gems along the way. Visit the quirky camels at Summer Land Camels near Ipswich, explore the quaint township of Warwick, or check out the animals at the magnificent Darling Downs Zoo
As you approach Stanthorpe, be sure to pull over and snap a pic of the iconic Big Apple, which is perfectly positioned on the side of the highway in Thulimbah.
When you do arrive in town, make a beeline for Quart Pot Creek, where you will not only find a meandering creek flowing over stunning granite boulders, but also scenic walks, the bustling visitor information centre, and another big thing – the big thermometer.
