Terms and Conditions

All motorised carts used during Corporate Golf Days are to be provided by The Brisbane Golf Club. One or two persons are permitted to ride in each motorised cart. Two carts per group is preferred.

Conditions of Hire

 The hirer agrees to be bound by and comply with the Rules of The Brisbane Golf Club Inc. (Which may be made available to the hirer upon the hirer's request)

 The hirer hereby acknowledges and warrants to The Brisbane Golf Club Inc. that the hirer is familiar with all aspects of the operation of the motorised cart and agrees that the hirer shall not allow any other person to operate or attempt to operate the motorised cart for the duration of the hiring; and accepts full responsibility for the repairs to the motorised cart or damage to or loss of property of The Brisbane Golf Club Inc. or any of its invites or licensees sustained as a result of any damage or misuse.

 Subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act and in consideration of the hiring, the hirer named hereon accepts full responsibility for all risks howsoever arising for the duration of the hiring of same AND waives all and any claim right or causes of action which the hirer, his/her receptive heirs, executors and administrators might otherwise have for arising out of loss of life or injury, damage or loss of any description whatsoever and howsoever caused (including negligence of any person, corporation or body involved in the running and administration of The Brisbane Golf Club Inc) Suffered or sustain in the course of, consequent upon or incidental to the hiring of the said cart, and the hirer shall indemnify and keep indemnified and save harmless The Brisbane Golf Club Inc. as a result whether directly or indirectly of the hiring of the said motorised cart.

 The hirer hereby acknowledges that they are 18 years or older. Any Hirer under the age of 18 must hold at least a Provisional Driver’s License. Exception BGC members aged 15 years or older.

 The hirer acknowledges that they have read and understand the above conditions upon signature of the terms and conditions.
