Tentative Booking
Corporate golf days can be tentatively booked and held for 2 weeks. If confirmation is not received at the close of business on the 14th day, we will assume that you no longer require us to hold this date, resulting in the date being available to others.
Confirmation of Booking
Confirmation of your corporate golf day must be received in writing with a signed copy of these terms and conditions along with the required $1000 booking fee (ex GST).
Seven Days Prior Confirmation
The confirmed number of guests attending the golf day is required 7 days prior to the booked date. This number will be regarded as the minimum number for catering and you will be charged at the full quoted price.
Should your number of guests drop below your confirmed number on the day of the event, no less than 95% of your confirmed number will be used to charge green fees.
Minimum Player Numbers
The Brisbane Golf Club conducts Corporate Golf Days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Each day requires an agreed minimum number (confirmed at least 7 days prior to the date of event) of players as agreed by the client and Corporate Operations Manager. If your player numbers do not meet the agreed minimum you will be charged for this amount.
Client Cancellation of a Corporate Golf Day
A cancellation dated outside of 16 weeks will result in a full refund of deposit.
A cancellation dated between 16 weeks and 12 weeks prior to your event will result in a charge of 25% of total cost of green fees, as agreed upon application and forfeiture of your deposit.
A cancellation dated between 12 weeks and 4 weeks prior to your event will result in a charge of 50% of total cost of green fees, as agreed upon application and forfeiture of your deposit.
A cancellation dated between 4 weeks and 7 days prior to your event will result in a charge of 50% of total cost of golf fees, as agreed upon application and 50% of the total estimated charge for catering.
A cancellation of 7 days or less notice will result in 100% charge of total cost of golf fees, catering and cart hire based on final numbers.
Deposit
Full refunds are available if cancellations are received in writing more than 16 weeks prior to the scheduled golf day.
BGC Cancellation of a Corporate Golf Day
Cancellation due to unsuitable course conditions will not be given if the course is deemed to be unsuitable by the Course Superintendent.
The Brisbane Golf Club reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking up to 8 weeks prior to an event. In this instance, the FULL deposit paid will be refunded.
If the course is deemed suitable and the client decides not to proceed with the Corporate Golf Day, the client is liable for all green fees, catering and cart hire. The Club undertakes specific course maintenance programs throughout the year. Every effort is made to minimize the impact of this to your golf day.
Where possible this maintenance schedule will be communicated by the Club to the organiser.

Strict dress regulations must be adhered to at all times.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE ORGANISERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE ALL GUESTS OF THE DRESS REGULATIONS. ON THE DAY IF GUESTS ARRIVE INCORRECTLY DRESSED THEY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE COURSE AND IT WILL BE THE ORGANISERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE THEM.
