Alcohol Abuse, Smoking and Vaping Laws In Singapore:
Purchase and consumption of alcohol is prohibited for people below 18 years of age. Smoking and use of tobacco products are prohibited for people below 18 years of age. It is an offence for a person to smoke in non-smoking areas and indoor premises listed under the Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Act. (refer to the Section on “Smoking Prohibition”). Possession, purchase, sale and distribution of Contraband cigarettes is an offence in Singapore. Vaping is illegal in Singapore (refer to the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act (TVCA))
