Developing Life Skills: Through structured support, Andrew learned to shop, prepare meals, and manage his daily routine independently, with prompts gradually reducing as his confidence grew.
Travel and Local Confidence: Andrew was supported to use public transport and explore his new neighbourhood, gaining the confidence to access local amenities independently
A Planned, Person-Led Move: In preparation for his move to supported living, support was carefully reduced. Andrew learned to recognise his own needs, take initiative, and manage everyday tasks with increasing independence.
