Best Companies Group is the best partner for HR teams interested in understanding, improving, and showcasing their work environment and company culture.
Dear Reader, Most of us will spend the majority of our adult lives at work. That time should count for something. It should offer a real chance to grow, a fair shot at the next opportunity, and a place where we feel we belong. For too many women, that has not been the reality. The organizations in this publication are working to change that. Welcome to the 2026 Best Places to Work for Women. This list is different from most workplace rankings, because it doesn’t rely on what companies say about themselves. Every ranking you see here is based on what employees told us directly. We asked the people who show up every day what it’s actually like to work there, and we listened closely to the experiences of the women in each workplace.
Our scientifically developed survey methodology is based on expert insights from long-time HR practitioners optimized through thousands of hours of field use. info@bestcompaniesgroup.com Executive Vice President

We focused on three things that matter most: opportunity, fairness, and engagement. Do women have a clear path to advance? Are decisions about pay, recognition, and promotion made fairly? Do women feel connected to their work and committed to their organization’s success? The employers on these pages earned their place by getting those answers right. Winners are ranked within their size category. A 60-person firm and a 6,000-person enterprise face very different challenges, and each deserves to be measured against its peers. Whatever their size, every organization here has shown that a great experience for women is not an accident. It is the result of deliberate choices made by leaders and managers every day. To this year’s winners: congratulations. Your employees have spoken, and they have told us you are getting something important right. Thank you for setting an example others can follow. To everyone reading: use these pages as more than a list. Look for the ideas you can borrow, the practices you can adopt, and the standard you can hold your own workplace to. When women thrive at work, teams perform better, businesses grow stronger, and communities benefit. We are proud to recognize these employers, and we look forward to seeing how many more join them next year.

GTE Financial was born in the depths of the Great Depression when jobs were uncertain, banks were collapsing, and families across Florida were seeking stability wherever they could find it. To create that stability, a group of employees from the Peninsular Telephone Company established a cooperative credit union in 1935, where members could support one another when no one else would. The name we selected in 1955, was GTE—short for General Telephone & Electronics Corporation —honored those beginnings, and while the name has since evolved into a broader brand, the initials remain a lasting symbol of connection and shared purpose. In 2025, GTE Financial celebrated 90 years of service, a milestone achieved by only 1% of American companies. Now one of Florida’s largest credit unions, GTE manages over $3 billion in assets and operates 24 locations, all rooted in a belief that meaningful growth demands resilience, innovation, and a focus on people, especially in a state defined by extremes. How GTE continues to provide value and differentiate in the market is through the organization’s exceptional member experience delivered by incredible people and innovative technology. Unlike many institutions that rely on third-party vendors, GTE controls its research and development, allowing the credit union to move quickly and stay responsive to delivering industry-leading solutions that are simple and seamless. GTE also builds products with purpose, designed around how members actually live, whether planning a vacation or managing daily expenses. And, if members need help, they can reach a local advocate 361 days a year, with extended hours.
While individual members drive a lot of GTE’s innovation, businesses are equally central to its mission. As a 2025 example, for small-business owners juggling payroll, benefits, and long hours, GTE created Business Relationship Plus Checking, which includes identity protection, digital monitoring, and even telehealth access for employees, with zero co-pay. These aren’t introductory offers; they’re real tools our members can actively use to protect their families, streamline operations, and grow their business. Providing unparalleled value for everyday life is an approach reflected in how GTE treats its employees and leads its organization. Under the leadership of Brian Best since 2016, the credit union has championed flexibility, wellness, and employee-led community engagement and philanthropy. GTE’s commitment to culture and providing rewarding, benefit-rich careers has earned it national recognition. Additionally, a volunteer board of directors composed of long-term members provides critical governance from a member perspective; their support has been pivotal to GTE’s success. From building tools that solve real problems to connecting with the surrounding community, GTE’s people-first philosophy is evident in every member touchpoint. GTE consistently receives 4.8/5.0-member satisfaction scores, which leads the industry. It is one of the highest-rated banking institutions in Tampa Bay online. Over half of its locations reside in underserved areas with service centers designed to be truly accessible. GTE has worked hard to make sure everyone who values community-based banking knows they have a place here.

For more than a century, Ron Marhofer Auto Family has grown by investing in relationships — with customers, communities, and, most importantly, its people. A Legacy That Continues to Move Forward Founded in 1919, Ron Marhofer Auto Family has served generations of Northeast Ohio drivers while continuing to evolve with the automotive industry. Today, the organization operates five dealerships representing Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Hyundai, and Nissan. Although the business has expanded across brands and communities, its identity remains rooted in a straightforward belief: long-term success begins with treating people the right way. That principle shapes more than the customer experience. It influences how employees are welcomed, developed, recognized, and trusted to contribute. Across sales, service, parts, finance, administration, human resources, marketing, and leadership, employees are encouraged to bring their experience and ideas to the table. A Workplace Where Women Can Build Careers Being named a 2026 Best Place to Work for Women reflects a culture in which women are not limited to a single department or career path. Women play meaningful roles throughout the Ron Marhofer Auto Family, contributing to the daily decisions, customer relationships, operational standards, and leadership that move the organization forward. The company understands that creating a strong workplace for women requires more than recognition. It requires an environment where employees are respected, supported, and given opportunities to grow. Team members are encouraged to develop their strengths, take on new responsibilities, and pursue advancement. Collaboration across stores and departments allows employees to learn from one another while building careers that can grow with the organization. This culture is strengthened by leaders who understand that the best ideas can come from anywhere. Employees are trusted to solve problems, improve processes, support their colleagues, and help shape the experience of both customers and coworkers. That sense of ownership creates
a workplace where people know their contributions matter. People, Community, and Purpose Ron Marhofer Auto Family’s impact extends beyond its showrooms and service departments. The organization maintains a visible presence throughout Northeast Ohio by supporting community organizations, local events, schools, charitable initiatives, and causes that matter to its employees and customers. Community involvement also creates opportunities for employees to connect around a shared purpose. Whether supporting a local fundraiser, celebrating an employee milestone, recognizing outstanding performance, or coming together for a company event, the organization works to build relationships that go beyond job titles and dealership locations. That people-first approach helps create a sense of belonging. Employees are part of an auto family with a long history, but they are also helping define what the company becomes next. What Sets Ron Marhofer Auto Family Apart In a competitive industry, Ron Marhofer Auto Family stands apart through the combination of stability and forward momentum. Its more than 100-year history provides a strong foundation, while its willingness to evolve creates new opportunities for employees to contribute and lead. The organization’s culture is built through everyday actions: listening to employees, recognizing strong work, creating room for professional growth, supporting families and communities, and holding each other to high standards. The result is a workplace where employees can build lasting careers while helping customers through some of life’s most important decisions. Recognition as a 2026 Best Place to Work for Women celebrates the women whose talent, leadership, dedication, and perspective strengthen Ron Marhofer Auto Family every day. It also reinforces the company’s continued commitment to building a workplace where every employee has the opportunity to be heard, grow, and succeed.

At Schellman, women don’t just have a seat at the table, they’re leading from the head of it. Our CEO, Avani Desai, models what’s possible in an industry that’s historically been male-dominated, and she’s built a firm where that example turns into everyday practice. SchellmanWIN, our Women’s Influence Network, runs quarterly initiatives like our Go Red for Women campaign, giving women across the firm a structured space for mentorship, advocacy, and connection. Nearly 70 team members have taken part in past WIN events, and one of the group’s founders describes WIN as a space built to help women speak up and be more confident in themselves. We back that culture with real support at life’s biggest moments. Birthing

Credit Control, LLC has been named a 2026 Best Places to Work for Women winner for the second consecutive year, earning recognition in each year the program has been offered. That honor joins back-to-back recognition in America’s Best Workplaces and a seventh consecutive Best Places to Work in Collections award. Together, those distinctions tell a larger story: Credit Control has built a workplace culture that stands out not only within the accounts receivable management industry, but across broader national workplace programs as well. Headquartered in Earth City, Missouri and serving clients nationwide since 1989, Credit Control has grown to more than 500 employees while remaining focused on the people behind the performance. The company’s culture is anchored in strong customer service, exceptional results, clear communication, accountability, and a genuine commitment to employee success. Those values show up in how teams are led, how employees are recognized, and how career opportunities are created throughout the organization. Women play a central role in that culture and in the company’s leadership. In Credit Control’s 2026 workplace questionnaire, over 280 permanent employees identified as female, and women represented 52% of the executive team. The company supports employees with programs that include paid parental leave, flexible hours for family needs, family participation in company events, professional development support, mentoring, job shadowing and crosstraining, leadership education, and formal career advancement practices.

WestPoint Financial Group is a caring community committed to supporting both our employees and the clients we serve. As a financial services firm, our mission is to help clients achieve long-term financial success — and we know that begins with creating the best environment for our people to grow, learn, and thrive. We foster a culture that celebrates individual achievement, encourages teamwork, and keeps things upbeat and fun. This strong emphasis on culture is a major reason we’ve been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana, Ohio, and Chicago. Friendly competition, mentoring programs, incentive trips, family events, and in-office celebrations all come together to create an atmosphere that’s truly unmatched.
34
Credit Control also invests in the day-to-day employee experience. Recognition programs operate across its offices, complemented by monthly and quarterly performance and compliance incentives, work-anniversary retention payments, employee referral bonuses, company picnics, holiday celebrations, team activities, and a paid Professional Development Grant Program. Employees also have access to multiple medical plan options, employerpaid life and long-term disability coverage, a matched 401(k), paid military leave, wellness initiatives, and paid time for community service. The strongest measure of workplace culture, however, is what employees say about it. In 2026 survey results, Credit Control earned a 91% score for work environment and for employees’ relationships with their supervisors, 90% for role satisfaction, 89% for corporate culture and communications, and 88% for overall engagement. Those results reflect an organization where people understand their roles, feel connected to their teams, and see a path to grow. Credit Control’s workplace awards are meaningful because they come from multiple programs and multiple perspectives. Being recognized in Best Places to Work for Women, America’s Best Workplaces, and Best Places to Work in Collections reinforces the same message: A strong culture is not separate from strong business performance. At Credit Control, the two are built together, every day.

Winner Profile: Community Based Services A Best Place to Work for Women, 2026 Community Based Services (CBS) has spent more than 40 years providing people with autism and developmental disabilities the best possible quality of life through residential and community-based programs across the Hudson Valley and Capital regions. That mission-driven foundation is also what has made CBS a place where women build lasting careers, not just jobs — and it’s why the agency is proud to be named a 2026 Best Place to Work for Women. This latest honor builds on a growing tradition of recognition for CBS, which has also been named a Best Place to Work in Westchester and a Best Place to Work in America. Together, these honors tell a consistent story: an organization that takes as much care of the people who do the work as it does of the people it serves. Women at the Heart of CBS Women make up the majority of the CBS workforce, with well over 250 women employed across programs, administration, nursing, compliance, human resources, finance, residential services, day habilitation, community habilitation, respite, and employment services. That representation carries all the way to the top. CBS’s CEO, COO, CFO, Director of Human Resources and Talent Development, Director of Compliance and Electronic Records, Director of Quality Improvement, Director of Nursing Services, Director of Day Programs, and Director of Marketing and Communications are all women — alongside many of the residential, day habilitation, community habilitation, nursing, HR, finance, and program managers who lead teams every day. CBS has also made real, measurable investments in advancing women into leadership. Five women have recently stepped into new or expanded leadership roles at the agency, joining numerous others serving as Day Habilitation Managers, Residential Managers, Assistant House Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Residential Habilitation Managers. Seven women in key leadership positions have been with CBS for many years — a tenure that reflects
both the opportunities for growth the agency offers and its ability to retain women in meaningful, long-term leadership roles. To help employees balance work with family and personal life, CBS offers flexible scheduling wherever operationally possible, including full-time, part-time, substitute, per diem, and variable-hour positions across its programs. A Career, Not Just a Job Dr. Vicki Sylvester’s own path at CBS embodies the agency’s philosophy of growing talent from within. She began her career at CBS in an entry-level role and rose through the ranks by embracing every opportunity to learn, lead, and innovate — a trajectory mirrored by many of her colleagues who started in entry-level positions and grew into leadership. “Being named a Best Place to Work for Women means so much to us, especially as it follows our recognition as a Best Place to Work in Westchester and in America,” said Dr. Sylvester, CEO of Community Based Services. “It tells us that the culture we’ve worked hard to build — one where every voice matters and every person has room to grow — is being felt by the women who make up so much of this agency. I’ve grown alongside CBS myself, and I’m proud that we continue to be a place where women can build real careers, not just jobs.” Why CBS Belongs on the List CBS’s culture is built on purpose. The agency’s 40-plus-year history of serving people with autism and developmental disabilities gives every role — from direct care to finance to compliance — a tangible connection to changing lives. That sense of shared mission, paired with genuine pathways for women to advance and stay, is what sets CBS apart as a workplace and what earns it a place among the 2026 Best Places to Work for Women. CBS is currently hiring across multiple positions and departments. Candidates who want to be part of a missiondriven, women-led culture can explore open roles at commbasedservices.org/available-positions. Women across GEMRT contribute as leaders, mentors, technical experts, client advisors, and culture-builders. Their impact is woven into the daily life of our firm, from serving clients and developing younger professionals to strengthening the way our teams work together. We want every woman who joins GEMRT to feel that she can build a meaningful career here, be known for the quality of her work, and have the support and opportunity to keep growing. We have built practical systems around that commitment. New teammates enter through a structured 30-60-90 day onboarding process centered on Discovery, Ownership, and Growth. Regular check-ins and Quarterly Conversations create space to discuss performance, development, goals, and the support teammates need from their leaders. Clear expectations and frequent feedback help people understand where they stand and how they can continue advancing. Learning is central to our culture. Through GEMRT University, coaching, on-the-job teaching, and access to experienced professionals, teammates continue developing their technical skills, leadership abilities, communication, and capacity to advise clients. We believe strong careers are built through consistent investment over time and through people who are willing to teach what they know. Recognition is another important part of the experience. Our quarterly GEMRT Core Awards celebrate teammates who live our five values: We Care, Own It, Create Raving
54
Fans, Always Learning & Teaching, and Act with Integrity and Ethics. Colleagues nominate one another, giving visibility to contributions that can happen quietly behind the scenes, such as mentoring a teammate, solving a difficult problem, supporting a client, or helping a team succeed under pressure. We also want people to have a voice in shaping the firm. We ask for feedback, invite teammates to improve processes, and remain willing to revisit decisions when a better path becomes clear. Leaders are expected to know their people, communicate regularly, and take an active role in their development. For women building careers in a demanding profession, that combination of access, trust, and support can make a meaningful difference. Public accounting is changing quickly as technology, AI, client expectations, and the talent market reshape the profession. Through that change, GEMRT continues to place its greatest bet on people. We want women at every stage of their careers to contribute at a high level, develop their voice, deepen their expertise, and grow into positions of greater influence and responsibility. For us, being a great workplace means continuous learning, listening and working to not only create but also protect an environment where talented women can do excellent work, build lasting relationships, continue growing, and know that their contributions matter.

At HD Growth Partners, we believe that creating a great workplace for women means creating an environment where women can do meaningful work, grow their careers, lead with confidence, and still have the flexibility to be successful in all areas of their lives. Our culture is built around people. We strive to create a workplace where employees feel supported, heard, and valued—not simply for what they accomplish, but for who they are and the perspectives they bring to our organization. We recognize that the strongest teams are built when people feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work, sharing ideas, taking on challenges, and supporting one another. Flexibility and work-life balance are an important part of that commitment. We understand that our employees have responsibilities and priorities outside of work, and we believe that supporting those priorities makes our team stronger. Rather than measuring success solely by time spent at a desk, we focus on trust, accountability, collaboration, and results. We are equally committed to helping women build meaningful and lasting careers. Through mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for professional development, we encourage women to continue learning, pursue new challenges, and take the next step in their careers. We want our employees
to see a path forward at HD Growth Partners and know that their growth is something we actively support. Women also have a meaningful voice in leadership and decision-making across our organization. We believe representation matters, particularly when it comes to creating an environment where future leaders can see themselves reflected in the people shaping the organization. By empowering women to lead, contribute ideas, and influence important decisions, we strengthen both our culture and our business. What truly sets HD Growth Partners apart is the way these values come together in our day-to-day culture. We strive to foster a workplace that is collaborative rather than competitive, supportive rather than transactional, and focused on helping people succeed together. Our goal is not simply to be a workplace where women can succeed, but one where women can feel that they belong, have opportunities to grow, and can build a career on their own terms. If named a Best Workplace for Women, we would view the recognition as more than an award. It would be a reflection of the culture we are intentionally building—and a reminder of our responsibility to continue creating a workplace where talented women can lead, grow, and thrive.

At Better Business Bureau, Mountain West & Pacific Southwest, women aren’t just a part of our workforce—they are the driving force, comprising a proud 70% of our team. We believe that true workplace equity means designing an environment that actively supports women through every season of their lives. Instead of asking our female employees to balance the impossible, we have fundamentally reshaped our culture and infrastructure to ensure that women never have to choose between a thriving career and a fulfilling personal life. Through this, we pioneer support for working mothers. We recognize that the transition back to work after having a child is one of the most vulnerable times in a woman’s career. To make this transition as seamless and stress-free as possible, we introduced our “Bring your Baby to Work” policy. By allowing new parents to bring their infants into the office after returning from leave, we eliminate the jarring separation anxiety and steep early-childcare costs that often push women out of the workforce. Furthermore, our physical office space is built to support working parents. We offer an on-site Kids Room as a reliable backup for moms and dads,
alongside a beautifully equipped, dedicated lactation room. By providing this physical infrastructure, we remove the daily frictions working mothers face, allowing them to focus, perform, and advance with peace of mind. Navigating career and motherhood takes a village, which is why we’ve created “Momittee,” our dedicated committee for moms. Designed as a “work-free” zone, Momittee provides a dedicated space and time for working mothers to come together to share resources, exchange advice, and validate one another’s experiences. By fostering this deep sense of community, we protect our working moms from burnout, reduce isolation, and ensure every mother feels seen, supported, and uplifted by her peers. While we are deeply committed to supporting mothers, we are equally dedicated to the professional advancement of all women in our organization. With women making up 70% of our workforce, female leadership is baked into our DNA. Through continuous development opportunities, mentorship, and a culture that values flexibility, we ensure that the women of BBB have the tools and visibility they need to step into executive roles and shape the future of our industry.

Employee feedback continues to validate LAFCU’s culture. In employee surveys, 92% of women said they are satisfied with LAFCU as their employer, 95% said the organization fosters a culture of diversity and 91% expressed satisfaction with its benefits package. Those results reflect an organization where employees feel valued, respected and supported. 78
Inclusion is embedded throughout the organization. LAFCU was among the first credit unions in Michigan to establish a chief diversity officer position, ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion are integrated into business strategy and decisionmaking. An employee-led DEI Committee helps transform those values into meaningful programs that strengthen the workplace and the communities LAFCU serves. Purpose is another defining part of the employee experience. Whether expanding access to affordable financial services, investing in underserved communities, lowering overdraft fees to reduce financial barriers, or volunteering through community initiatives, employees know their work contributes to something larger than themselves. That shared mission fosters pride, engagement and a strong sense of belonging. Being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for Women reflects more than workplace policies—it recognizes a culture where women are trusted to lead, encouraged to grow and empowered to succeed. At LAFCU, creating opportunities for women isn’t simply a goal; it’s part of who the organization has been for 90 years and will continue to be for generations to come.

eMazzanti Technologies distinguishes itself in the IT services industry by achieving what is still exceptionally rare: a workforce that is now at least 50% women, representing a wide range of races, cultures, and backgrounds. In a sector historically dominated by men, eMazzanti has intentionally built a talent pipeline and an internal culture where women not only enter but thrive, advance, and lead. This balance is the result of deliberate hiring practices, equitable development opportunities, and a workplace environment where women’s voices shape decisions, strategy, and innovation every day.
Equally significant is that eMazzanti is woman owned, a rarity in the MSP and cybersecurity space. This leadership foundation sets the tone for a culture rooted in inclusion, fairness, and empowerment. Women at eMazzanti see themselves represented at every level of the organization, creating a workplace where advancement is accessible, contributions are recognized, and diversity is celebrated as a strategic strength. Together, these factors make eMazzanti not just a supportive workplace for women, but a model for what the future of the IT services industry should look like.

At McLean Asset Management, we have built a flexible work environment that gives our team members the freedom to balance their careers with their personal lives while remaining accountable to each other and to our clients. We measure success by the quality of the work, the relationships we build, and the impact we have, not by the number of hours someone spends in the office. That culture of trust creates opportunities for people to grow based on their abilities, initiative, and commitment. We encourage professional development through continuing education, industry designations, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, giving our team members the support they need to build meaningful, long-term careers.
As a result, women have naturally advanced into leadership and key roles across our firm, including executive leadership, financial planning, compliance, operations, technology, and client service. Their success is the natural outcome of a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, develop professionally, and be recognized for their performance. We are honored to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for Women because it reflects the experience of our employees. Creating a workplace built on trust, flexibility, collaboration, and opportunity has made McLean a place where talented people can do their best work, and where women have every opportunity to succeed and lead.

Founded by Rebecca Geller in 2011, The Geller Law Group was built to challenge the traditional male-dominated law firm model. Rebecca saw brilliant women being pushed out of the profession by a system that too often treated caregiving and legal excellence as incompatible. She built GLG to prove there was a better way: a firm where talented attorneys, especially women and working parents, could build serious legal careers while still having the flexibility to be present for their families and lives outside the office. Fifteen years later, that philosophy continues to shape the firm. The Geller Law Group is a women-owned and women-led law firm serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Flexibility, collaboration, inclusion, and respect are central to its culture, with policies and practices designed to support working parents, caregivers, and professionals at different stages of their careers. The firm also works to create an environment where employees of different backgrounds, identities, family structures, and life experiences feel respected, supported, and able to contribute fully. 86
The firm’s structure has enabled women to build long-term careers, lead practice areas, advance within the firm, and take on meaningful leadership responsibilities without having to conform to the traditional expectations of law firm life. Those values extend beyond the workplace. The Geller Law Group has a longstanding commitment to giving back through pro bono legal services, volunteerism, sponsorships, and philanthropic support, including significant involvement with organizations that serve and advance women and families throughout the community. GLG’s values are also an important part of its relationship with clients. Many clients seek out the firm specifically because they want to work with a women-led law firm whose approach to the practice of law reflects their own values. Whether helping a family navigate a major life transition, guiding an entrepreneur through a business decision, or assisting a client with an estate plan, GLG combines experienced legal counsel with an understanding that the law affects real people and real lives.

When Redmond Waltz opened its doors in Cleveland in 1946, the founders couldn’t have imagined that 80 years later, the company would still be repairing the motors that keep Northeast Ohio’s industry running, or that women would be leading it. Industrial motor repair is still a field dominated by men, and Redmond Waltz stands out not because it set out to make a statement, but because it built a workplace where the best people rise regardless of who they are. Under new ownership and a leadership team committed to honoring the past while building something better, the company has spent the last several years quietly transforming itself, investing in its employees, modernizing its systems, and doubling down on a culture rooted in five simple values the team calls the RW 5: Everyone Matters, It’s All About Service, Do Better and Make It Easy, Mistakes Belong to Us, and Success is Fun. “Everyone Matters” isn’t a poster on the wall here. Women hold key leadership roles across the company from ownership to operations to administration and they’ve helped shape a workplace where craftsmanship is respected and no one gets overlooked. Walk
into the shop and you’ll find master mechanics whose expertise spans decades working alongside apprentices learning the trade through a structured development program, a pathway that opens a skilled trade to people who haven’t always had a way in. You’ll find a leadership team that runs employee surveys and actually changes things based on what they hear. You’ll find transparent performance reviews tied to real raises, the kind of clarity that closes gaps instead of hiding them. You’ll find a benefits package that punches well above what a small industrial shop typically offers, and a culture where mistakes are owned by the team rather than pinned on individuals. You’ll also find people celebrating wins together, including the company’s 80th anniversary this year. What makes Redmond Waltz one of Crain’s Best Places to Work for Women isn’t a single perk or program. It’s a workplace where every employee, from the newest apprentice to the most seasoned mechanic, has a genuine stake in writing the next chapter of an 80-year Cleveland story and where the women helping write it know their work, and their voices, carry real weight. 87

Professional development, mentorship, internal advancement, and accessible leadership create clear paths forward, while flexibility allows employees to build successful careers without pretending life stops when the workday begins. Champion Risk also understands that great cultures are built in the everyday
moments. People celebrate one another’s successes, step in when a teammate needs help, share ideas freely, and genuinely want to see each other succeed. Employees are recognized as individuals with different strengths, ambitions, families, responsibilities, and definitions of success. That culture has helped Champion Risk grow while maintaining a 96.7% client retention rate, promoting employees from within, and continuing to earn recognition throughout the California business community. Being named a Best Place to Work for Women is especially meaningful because it reflects something we work to create every day: a company where women can build influential careers, do work they are proud of, and know their contributions matter. Women are more than part of our success story. They are the authors.

At KNAV, we measure success not just by results, but by the strength of our people and the impact of our work. Headquartered in Atlanta, we support clients on complex, often cross-border engagements that require thoughtful problemsolving and collaboration. Our teams are given early responsibility, encouraged to grow, and supported along the way. The culture is open, collaborative, and
grounded in continuous learning. Recognition follows, but our focus remains on building strong professionals, delivering consistently for clients, and getting better every year. Looking ahead, we aim to build on this foundation by strengthening our capabilities, investing in our people, and delivering even greater value to our clients. 93
