PHILOSOPHY & MISSION

DELIVERING SERVICE THAT IS “DIFFERENT” AND SECOND TO NONE.

“No matter your need, whether big or small, members should continue to expect the “Bridge Difference” consistently - every member, every interaction, every time.”

MISSION STATEMENT

Bridge was founded on the principle of People Helping People. We are driven to understand our members’ needs, goals, and dreams while exceeding expectations with every interaction. Our focus is to deliver the Bridge Difference to our members and the communities we serve.

BRAND PRINCIPLE

“Experience the Bridge Difference”

PRESIDENT/CEO MESSAGE

As we reflect on the past year at Bridge Credit Union, I’m incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished together. Our progress is the result of a clear and consistent focus: embracing our values, engaging our members, and empowering our team. These principles guided our work throughout 2025 and continue to shape our path forward.

Over the past year, we made meaningful improvements across the organization by focusing on the values that define the Bridge difference: Quality, Transparency, Teamwork, Motivation, Accountability, and Connection. We strengthened internal processes, improved change management, and standardized many of our systems to create greater consistency and efficiency. At the same time, we invested in our technology infrastructure and enhanced network and member security to better protect and serve our members.

While these operational improvements are important, our success is ultimately measured by the relationships we build with our members. In 2025, we challenged ourselves to engage members in every interaction, and our team delivered exceptional results! Loan production reached an all-time high for Bridge Credit Union. Mortgage lending experienced particularly strong momentum, with nearly $17 million in first mortgage originations compared to just over $3 million the previous year. Home equity lending also surged, with 195 HELOCs closed during the year. On the deposit side, our members demonstrated tremendous trust in Bridge. Our branches generated $30 million in new share deposits, significantly exceeding our goal and nearly tripling the amount generated in the prior year.

As a result of this growth and performance, Bridge Credit Union has reached an important milestone. Our assets have now surpassed $250 million, loans have grown to $161 million, and shares have reached $221 million. This growth places Bridge in the top quartile for growth among Ohio credit unions. While these numbers are impressive, they represent something even more meaningful, the trust our members place in us and the dedication of our team. Looking ahead, we are entering the next phase of our long-term strategy: Bridge 2030. In the coming years, we will focus on expanding our reach, strengthening our member relationships, and deepening our impact in the communities we serve. We will also continue refining our marketing and business development strategies to ensure our message clearly communicates the value of membership at Bridge Credit Union.

As I reflect on everything our team accomplished this past year from operational improvements to record financial performance, I’m reminded that none of this happens without the dedication, professionalism, and passion of our employees.

To our team: Thank you for the work you do every day to serve our members and represent the Bridge difference.

To our members: Thank you for your continued trust in Bridge Credit Union. The future is bright, and together we will continue building something truly special.
