Community Awards Luncheon set for March 20

The Community Awards Luncheon is the opportunity to recognize businesses and individuals who are doing extraordinary things for the Lander community and economy. To make your nomination, visit the Chamber website: https://landerchamber.org/.

Legislative Preview Luncheon big success

The Lander Chamber hosted Legislative Session Preview Luncheon was held on Friday, January 23, at the Lander Community Center. Representatives Lloyd Larsen, Ivan Posey, Pepper Ottman, and Senator Cale Case attended and after giving their updates and visions for 2026, took questions from the audience of approximately 160.

The Stage Stop Race aims to promote healthy and active lifestyles for people and their pets. Teams race on public lands of the Bridger-Teton and Shoshone National Forests, competing for $200,000 in prize money and the elusive title of “Stage Stop Champion.” 9 a.m. both days at the Louis Lake Road parking lot, Hwy. 28 on South Pass, Lander.

Feb. 23 PFLAG Lander Support Group. Feb. 26 Wind River Program’s Wild and Scenic Film Festival. See the festival on tour at the Grand Theatre. This national festival celebrates living, working and playing in wild landscapes through film. It features

Feb. 27 Lander Lunch & Learn - Active Shooter and Emergency Preparedness. The Lander Police Department is leading a focus on Active Shooter Training and comprehensive Emergency Preparedness.
