Alumna, Koko Antis immersed herself in the experiences that nurtured and challenged her at BA. Learn more about how Koko’s BA experience prepared her for The United States Naval Academy and beyond, including recently being part of the naval crew for NASA’s Artemis II recovery team.
Academics Committed to delivering an exceptional academic experience in a Christ-centered environment, Brentwood Academy faculty further the mission to nurture and challenge each whole person by providing instruction and building relationships with students in smaller classroom settings. With 60% of faculty members holding advanced degrees, students are learning from teachers who are both experts in their field and committed to their faith. As a college-preparatory school, BA offers 62 honors and AP class options across multiple disciplines. Our curriculum and daily schedule are designed much like a college format, allowing for a deeper exploration of topics and mastery of skills during class time.
College Counseling Beginning in middle school, Brentwood Academy’s team of experienced college counselors meet with students to help prepare them for their journey beyond BA, resulting in a 100% college acceptance rate. The college counseling office is committed to cultivating a highly individualized process, empowering students to confidently lead, serving a wide range of student aspirations, and fostering a culture that celebrates everyone’s success and God-given talents.
Academic Support Dedicated academic support staff empower students to take ownership of their academic and learning journey, promoting a philosophy of individual responsibility and self-advocacy. The academic support team provides curated learning environments and tutoring services for BA students, as well as multiple avenues of support and classroom accommodations for those who qualify, so students can develop the skills needed to reach their own individual academic goals.
Christian Life Christian life at Brentwood Academy offers a multitude of experiences to develop students’ faith, equipping them with a biblical foundation as they engage with the gospel. Our Bible department provides classes for every grade level, and Brentwood Academy faculty strive for biblical integration across all subjects. During their time at BA, students progress in a deeper understanding of the overall narrative of scripture and the impact of the kingdom of God in the world today and in their own lives. Outside the classroom, our students participate in daily devotions, attend weekly chapel, and have the opportunity to gather for student-led worship and Bible studies throughout the year. With every faculty member a committed follower of Christ, aligned with the BA Statement of Faith, students are surrounded and supported by mentors and biblical truth throughout their tenure at Brentwood Academy.

Fine Arts Brentwood Academy’s fine arts department develops each student’s talents, offering opportunities for creative expression while recognizing God as the ultimate Creator. Our students have the unique and valuable privilege to learn from faculty with real-world and professional performance experience in each of their respective disciplines.
Brentwood Academy provides more than 30 performance and visual arts opportunities for students in both middle and upper school, ranging from 2D and 3D art classes to choral and instrumental ensembles to theater both performance and production. In addition to pursuing fine arts as a course of study, there are many extra-curricular offerings for students to get involved in the arts outside of the classroom.

Athletics Brentwood Academy’s athletic program builds character by teaching the value of committing to a goal, practicing personal discipline, and prioritizing team contribution over individual success.
Participation in athletics (59+ offerings) is required for each student as we live out the commitment to our mission to nurture and challenge each whole person – body, mind, and spirit – to the glory of God.
With a legacy of excellence in athletics, our graduates often continue these endeavors beyond BA. Currently, BA has nearly 100 alumni playing collegiately and 12 professional athletes competing in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and CFL.
