Brendon Falconer is a senior financial executive with over two decades of experience in banking, analytics, treasury, and corporate finance. He is known for applying a disciplined, data-driven approach to leadership and for working closely with teams to turn financial insight into practical action. His work reflects a steady focus on accountability, clarity, and measurable results. Brendon earned an accounting degree from Kent State University and later completed an MBA at Indiana State University. His academic background in finance, management, and strategy prepared him for leadership roles in complex banking environments. Over time, he developed strong expertise in financial reporting, asset and liability management, management reporting, and data analytics. His technical experience includes econometric modeling, ACL development, stress testing frameworks, credit analysis, and investment portfolio oversight. In February 2014, Brendon became senior vice president at Old National Bank, where he led management reporting and data analytics. In September 2016, he advanced to treasurer, overseeing liquidity, capital planning, market risk sensitivity, and treasury operations. Since May 2019, Brendon Falconer has served as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer. In this role, he leads financial accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, procurement, and finance teams. During his leadership tenure, Old National Bank grew to more than $46 billion in combined assets, including the acquisition of a $20 billion Chicago bank. Outside of his professional work, Brendon competed in the NCAA Division I decathlon and participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials. He also supports community and nonprofit initiatives through advisory roles.
