Gold-Filled: Most of our chains are 18k gold-filled. This process involves bonding gold to a base metal using heat and pressure, creating a molecular bond that significantly reduces tarnishing The thickness of our gold-filled pieces typically ranges from 2 to 3 microns.
Stones: Our Cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones are AAA quality, one of the highest grades available, ensuring that our customers receive timeless and stunning pieces.

Brenda Grands offers a 6-month warranty for products designated as Demi-fine (water-resistant) with proof of purchase
Warranty for Water-Proof Products:
Brenda Grands offers a 12-month warranty for products designated as water-proof with proof of purchase
For stores:

After Purchase From a Boutique:
Brenda Grands requires that retailers and customers of retailers provide receipt of purchase ensuring the product is under the 6-month warranty for Demi-Fine (Water-Resistant) products and the 12-month warranty for Waterproof products
Please heed care instructions found on the back of the tags to ensure longevity of the jewelry piece Brenda Grands is not responsible for damage to the item caused by neglect or misuse of the jewelry for for lost or stolen items
We do not issue refunds for items that customers order that they later find they do not like for their store However, in certain instances we do issue store credit
