The Employment Training Academy Program boasts impressive success rates because it’s a comprehensive solution to helping our students achieve success. Upon successful completion of the program, students will gain a better understanding of their strengths and goals so they will have a clear path to building a career. Success comes in many different forms and society tends to rate success by obtaining a college or university degree. Sometimes, you just need to work and get started, and taking out loans and failing to decide on a solid career path is not the answer. Understanding how business works and the path you need to take to get the life you want is always a better option. Our courses are geared towards helping students secure entry level positions. Students learn what it takes to be a good employee and how to get the most out of their jobs. The best career paths start at the bottom, and engaging students to understand a path that can take them to new heights is key. Once a student is enrolled, a psychotherapist will sit with them to understand the issues they are facing and determine the best course of action for their situation. This program is targeted towards those who are seeking entry-level positions. Students will attend in-class training three days a week. We provide an innovative training initiative that provides students with an opportunity to work and train in a potential employer’s organization. Our workplace Essential Skills training program is designed to prepare students for the workplace in a quick and cost-effective manner.
