L Bryce Welborn (Emcee/U/S Fräulein Schneider)
L Bryce is a private acting coach and performer from Dallas, Texas. They have been active in the professional theatre scene for over twelve years, previously directing and choreographing 10+ full-scale productions. They are also the Co-founder and Artistic Director of Melpo Theatre Co. Some of their favorite notable roles are Mark Cohen (Rent), Peter (Bare: A Pop Opera), Spongebob (The Spongebob Musical), William Barfée (The 25th…Spelling Bee), Moritz (Spring Awakening), Tony (West Side Story), Younger Brother (Ragtime), and Davey (Newsies). “I would like to thank my partner, Ivie, for being the sunlight of my life.”
Maya Hernandez-Pearson (Sally Bowles)
Maya has worked across Texas in Sweeney Todd (Lovett US/Ens), The Producers (Asst. Samantha Toberman (Fräulein Schneider)
Samantha is SO happy to return to BBT for her 2nd summer musical! You may remember her as Miss Shingle/Ensemble in Gentleman’s Guide last summer. Favorite past musical roles include Frau Blucher in Young Frankenstein, Miss Andrew in Mary Poppins, Dolly in 2 (!) productions of The Grass Harp, Signora Naccarelli in The Light in the Piazza, and Sally in Follies (all in Cincinnati). She also has been in plays here at BBT (Almost, Maine) and in Cincinnati (Lend Me A Tenor – Julia). Samantha is ever-grateful to her supportive husband Chuck.

Michael Sullivan (Herr Schultz)
Michael is excited to return to the stage with Breckenridge Backstage Theatre. Michael’s prior acting credits include Fiddler on the Roof (Tevye), Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Price Christopher), The Wizard of Oz (Tin Man), Damn Yankees (Company), Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap (Christopher Wren), and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (Male Swing). Michael is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and has studied with William Kenner and MaryAnn Foxlee. When not at the theater, Michael is a husband, father and a member of Breckenridge’s Mountain Safety team.
Ana Dragovich (Fräulein Kost/Fritzie)
Ana is happy to be back at Breckenridge Backstage Theatre! She is an LA-based singer and actor with experience in theatre, film/TV, and opera. Credits include Mrs. Van Buren Understudy in Intimate Apparel (Arizona Theatre Company), Cannibal Queen in Airness (Breckenridge Backstage Theatre); Sibella Understudy/Lady Eugenia/Ensemble in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (Breckenridge Backstage Theatre); and Taylor in Haunt Season (First Fright LLC). Ana is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago (B.A. Theatre) and Roosevelt University Chicago College of Performing Arts (M.M. Voice). Matthew Combs (Ernst Ludwig)
Matthew is delighted to be returning to BBT as Ernst Ludwig in Cabaret after previously appearing as Monty Navarro in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder! Hailing from Rochester, NY, Matt currently calls Denver home. Most recently, Matt was seen as Casey/Georgia in The Legend of Georgia McBride at the Vintage Theatre. Other past favorite credits include Jesus in Godspell, Wade Walker in Cry-Baby (Roxy Regional Theatre), Andrew Jackson in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (JCC Centerstage). Up next, Matt will be appearing as KRS-24 in SciFF’s production of Dana Cain’s The Android’s New Soul in Denver. Check it out!!
Ben Ashcraft (Herman/Max/U/S Cliff)
Ben is very excited to be in his first production with Breckenridge Backstage Theatre. He was last seen in UT Arlington’s production of Head Over Heels , and Firehouse Theaters production of Footloose . He would like to thank his mom and brother for their continued support, and dedicates this performance to his late father Wes Ashcraft.

Rowan has performed, choreographed, designed, dramaturged, and assistant directed for theatres all over Dallas and Fort Worth including Casa Manana and Dallas Theater Center; they can also be regularly found recording voice overs. Kiana Holmes (Lulu)
Kiana is a Colorado and NYC based theatre maker. She’s thrilled to return to the BBT stage in one of her favorite shows after playing The Nina in Airness and understudying Roxanne in The Understudy. Other BBT credits include directing The Addams Family Youth Edition and stage managing A Gentleman’s Guide To Love And Murder. Mimi is thrilled to be back playing Helga this summer at the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre for Cabaret. She is currently studying acting at the Oxford School of Drama in the UK. Her credits include Hero (Much Ado About Nothing), Juliet (Romeo and Juliet), Willie (This Property is Condemned), Liesl (The Sound of Music). Will Shafer (Bobby/Customs Officer)
Will is a NYC-based actor and is delighted to be making his BBT debut in Cabaret! Other credits include Lyric Stage, RWS Entertainment, The Firehouse Theatre, RTOP Theatre, Theatre Arlington, Garland Summer Musicals, NTPA Rep, Zilker Hillside Theatre, and more. Madalyn is delighted to be making her regional debut with BBT after performing with various community theaters in many shows. Originally from Kansas, she is now a ‘27 BFA MT student at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. Selah Kreeger (U/S for Kit Kat Girls)
Selah Kreeger is an NYC & DC based theater artist and filmmaker. Her recent work has taken place under the auspices of the STC Academy, most notably the class of 2023’s Pericles & Twelfth Night repertory performances. Their favorite work includes portraying Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Amy in Little Women, and- AND- a napkin in Beauty & the Beast. Tanner Essex (U/S for Kit Kat Boys)
Tanner is from Vail Colorado and is currently a Junior BFA Musical Theatre major at Millikin University in Illinois. His recent credits include The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson), Into The Woods (Swing/ Jack U/S), The Spell of Red River: a New Musical (Ensemble), Solstice: a Concert of Dance (2022), Elf: The Musical (Ensemble), Fun Home (Bobby Jeremy), and Wanda’s Monster (Bobby). Tanner is also an executive member and choreographer for Millikin’s student-led hip-hop crew, Physical Graffiti. Madison is excited to be joining the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre production team for the first time. CeCe Smith (Sound Designer)
CeCe is a sound designer based in Denver, CO. Her recent Sound Design Projects include Taming of the Shrew (Theatreworks,) BI-PASSING (Insight Theatre Collab,) Company (CU Boulder,) and The Rocky Horror Show (Phamaly Theatre Company). CeCe received her first Henry Award for The Royale (BETC) in 2023 and has worked across the nation. When she isn’t working on theatre (which she always is) she is reading comics or watching movies like the introvert she is.
Danielle Wooden (Production Stage Manager)
Danielle is a Stage Manager and Theatre Technician based in Dallas, TX who recently graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University. This is her first production with BBT and first time to visit Breckenridge! Megan Nations (Scenic Painter)
Megan is a proud born and raised local who was dragged into theatre with her family and has never looked back. She primarily loves to paint and work on the set but has dabbled in stage managing and board operating. Credits include: 70s Flashback (scenic painter), The Play that Goes Wrong (scenic painter/board operator), A Christmas Story (scenic painter), A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (scenic painter/stage manager fill), Airness (scenic painter/stage manager fill), Gift of the Magi (set painter/sound board operator), The Addams Family, Young @ Part (set Designers/set painter), and Inventing Van Gogh (Scenic Painter and performance stage manager). Megan is also a pediatric dental assistant, photographer, and avid crocheter.
Keith J. Warren (Director and Choreographer)
Keith returns to BBT after appearing on the BBT stage in notable performances as Sweeney Todd in Sweeney Todd, Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher, and The D’Ysquith Family in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. Previous direction/choreography credits: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Little Shop of Horrors. Keith is based in DFW, TX as an actor, director, designer, teaching artist, and photographer. He is also a workshop presenter for notable organizations such as the Texas Thespian Festival and an adjudicator for several scholarship programs, including The Betty Lynn Buckley Awards at Casa Mañana.
Rose Ivie (Music Director)
Rose is a Music Director, private vocal coach, and performer from Dallas, Texas. They have been active in the professional theatre scene for over 15 years, previously Directing and Music Directing 12 full-scale productions. They are also the Co-owner and Business Manager of Melpo Theatre Co. Onstage, some of their favorite notable roles have been Jack (Newsies), Jason (Bare: A Pop Opera), Barry Mann (Beautiful), Will (Big Fish), Prince Topher (Cinderella), Tony (West Side Story), Cowardly Lion (Wizard of Oz), and Aunt March (Little Women). They are so proud of all of the hard work that this cast has put in, and they hope you enjoy the show!
Clove Love (Intimacy Director)
Clove is a nonbinary Director and Intimacy Director living with an invisible disability. They are based in Denver, CO and work as a Multidisciplinary Theatre Artist all over the Denver Metro Area. Clove enjoys establishing safety and consent protocols in the rehearsal room that allow actors to feel confident in the work they are doing as well as the intimate scenes they build that tell such powerful stories. Branden Smith (Creative Producer & Set Construction)
Branden Smith serves as the full-time Creative Producer for the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre. Branden most recently directed Inventing Van Gogh, The Understudy and The Importance of Being Earnest at BBT. You may have seen him acting on-stage in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged), Taming of the Shrew, Sweeney Todd, and The Beauty Queen of Leenane. Originally from Cape Cod, MA, Branden moved to Summit County in 2017 to work in the marketing department at Keystone Resort. After performing in shows at BBT pre-pandemic, he was thrilled to create theater in Summit County year-round once the theater reopened. Branden holds a B.A in Theatre from Emerson College in Boston.
Jacqueline Stone (Producing Artistic Director)
Jacqueline Stone is the Producing Artistic Director of Breckenridge Backstage Theatre, where she most recently directed The Gift of the Magi, A Lady’s Guide to Mountains (Denver Fringe Festival), and A Christmas Story. Prior to BBT, she spent the last ten years serving as Artistic Director at the acclaimed TUTA Theatre in Chicago, delivering bold international productions and professional actor training programs. Highlights at TUTA include directing the world premiere of Hedda Gabler (as well as adapting), Off-Broadway (59E59 Theaters) and Chicago premieres of Adam Rapp’s The Edge of Our Bodies, world premiere of The Anyway Cabaret, and U.S. premiere of The Silent Language. She’s performed in over twelve highly regarded productions including smash hit Uncle Vanya, The Wedding, Baal, and Alice. From 2016-2020 Stone served as the Artistic Director of Emerald City Theatre Company, Chicago’s largest professional theatre for young audiences. Highlights include Chicago premieres of Fantastic Mr. Fox, ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, and The Snowy Day, world premieres of Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, Peter Rabbit, Mother Goose’s Garden, Junie B. Jones, and Ramona Quimby. Other select directing credits include The Second City, Broadway in Chicago, Piven Theatre, Strawdog Theatre, Chicago Immersive, Chicago Dramatists, Mudlark Theater, and Akvavit Theatre. Stone is the co-founder of Sirens, the longest running all-female improv ensemble in the country. She has created and performed in over two hundred original shows with them around the country. Jacqueline has taught acting and improvisation at The Second City – Chicago for ten years and Columbia College Chicago for five years. She served as Education Director of Emerald City Theatre for twelve years, building and fostering new acting programs for thousands of young people across Chicago. Other select teaching credits include The Faculty of Dramatic Arts (Belgrade, Serbia), University of Chicago, Duke University, UCLA, Miami Improv Festival, and Chicago Improv Festival. She is a proud member of SDC, Stage Directors and Choreographers union.
