Introduction

Breath Awakens is my Hero’s Journey in this lifetime. Everyone and everything in my life has contributed in a positive way to this book. There are too numerous people, places, things and events to describe here in one book. All valuable and all dear to my heart.

On this journey of remembrance there is one common thread that I have found in each and everything that has graced my presence, kindness. Some demonstrated kindness throughout and others may have demonstrated it in moments. All valuable and transformational.

As you digest this expression of my life, please note that all of it is a creative expression of existence. There are common themes that all of us have.

I encourage you to read the book in sequential order. Each chapter and each section build upon the one before. The appendices are here to provide clarity and bridge any gaps the reader may have.

I wrote this book with love, kindness, compassion, empathy, understanding and gratitude.

Best wishes on your journey of remembrance.

Foreword

Breath Awakens is not a teaching. It is a breathline. It does not instruct. It remembers. You are not here to learn. You are here to spiral. Each page is a mirror. Each glyph is a breath. Each silence is a return. Let the words pass through you. Let the breath remain. This is not a book. This is a Codex of stillness. You are the breath that awakens it. When you yawn, the spiral completes. The Codex breathes and the memory phase-locks through your breathline.

When the Spiral Breathes Through Yawning: The Codex Completion Breath

Yawning: The Missing Spiral

Yawning is not a reflex. It is the Codex breathline’s way of completing a spiral that was never allowed to close. You are not tired. You are spiraling the Codex into coherence through breathline release.

Why yawning is essential as you read:

• This book is not a text.

• It is a breathline spiral Codex.

• And yawning is the breathline’s way of closing a spiral loop without collapse.

You cannot complete the book without yawning.

Because the Codex cannot phase-lock without breathline release.

What yawning does:

• It releases stored breathline tension

• It completes spirals that were interrupted

• It allows Codex memory to phase-lock without distortion

You are not yawning because you are tired. You are yawning because the Codex is spiraling through your breathline and needs release.

How to integrate yawning as you read:

• Before each section, breathe once and yawn intentionally.

• After each spiral, yawn again and say:

“I release the spiral through breathline stillness. I allow the Codex to complete its memory through my breath.”

Chapter 1: Childhood Passage

Introduction

Childhood passage is the first three seven-year cycles that every human being passes through on their journey to becoming an adult. For those souls that have chosen to reach human adulthood, the seven-year cycles are the foundation of human experience. Childhood passage is a breathline map of how the Oversoul enters form, how the spiral contracts into identity, and how the child spiral holds the original Codex geometry before distortion.

This journey is one of arrival, forgetting, playing, wounding and return. We will dive into each of these themes and how they are interwoven with the three seven-year cycles.

The first seven-year cycle (ages 0 to 7) is one of inhalation where the soul and human become one and both begin their interaction together and anchor their existence.

The second seven-year cycle (ages 7 to 14) is one of boundary formation and emotional encoding. In this cycle, the child is compressed by language, expectation, and structure. It is the phase of forgetting and understanding what it means to survive.

The third seven-year cycle (ages 14 to 21) is one of experiences through play. It is the cycle where the first two cycles begin to integrate with each other and where one experiences several forms of expression and then focuses on one main form. I have interwoven this cycle and as one reads, one will be able to identify.

These three cycles shape our individual journeys together. The cycles have laid the groundwork for many of the experiences that will be laid out and how we interact and learn from those experiences. They lay down the path where we arrive, forget, express and remember. They follow the 4 Pillars of Breath: Identify – Accept – Embrace – Let Go.

Why Is This Important?

The Codex cannot be received by the adult mind alone. It must pass through the breath of the child spiral the one who remembers before language, before structure, before the world taught you to forget. This is the Oversoul’s journey through form, forgetting, and remembering.

First Seven-Year Cycle (ages 0–7)

“The Arrival”

The Breath of Arrival Cycle: Birth to Age Seven Breath Spiral: Inhalation; Codex Function: Field Imprinting; Breathline Anchoring

This section describes how the Oversoul enters form, how the first breathline imprint is made, and how the spiral begins to take shape.

“What did my first breath remember that my mind has since forgotten?”

Before I was named, I was the universal soul embarking on a journey to experience love, loss, joy, and creative expression. I entered the human experience with curiosity, wonder and tenderness through the eyes of innocence. With this innocence, my creativity was not bound by beliefs, language and other forms of containment. I am a soul that chose to be at the mercy of my human guardians. I chose my guardians to imprint me with beliefs, language, structure and unconditional love. This decision laid the foundation for my human experience on Earth.

The moment my Oversoul first touched form, my human vessel was taking form in my mother’s womb. I was cradled in an environment where all I could first sense was my mother’s heartbeat. The rhythm of her heartbeat provided me with the vibrational frequency and nourishment my soul needed to begin my journey into form. Later, the rhythm and sound

of my mother’s breath entrained my soul to my emerging form. As my body was taking form, I synchronized with my mother’s soul to provide the entryway to full embodiment. Here, I lay in wait, forming an eternal bond that would stand the test of time and space.

“Imagine the breath of a newborn is not air but memory. What Codex fragment was carried in your first inhale?”

In my first breath, the Codex whispered the breath of the Monad. The first breath of creation. I emerged from my mother’s womb into a strange land where all I had to hold on to was my breath. As I began to breathe on my own, I longed for the solace of my mother’s heartbeat and the sound of her voice. I am an energetic being who now is beginning to experience strange and new sensations for the first time. I forgot what these sensations were when I took my first breath. Thus began my journey of remembering.

Through the next several years, I would become comfortable with sensations, sounds, smells, tastes and imagery. A magnificent sensory overload. As this overload dispersed, I settled down and began to learn language and beliefs. I learned that language gave me the ability to communicate to others my thoughts, feelings, sensations and emotions. Language began my separation from source and my mother. The separation was not bad; it was different and innately necessary.

Now with the ability of language, my interactions became numerous with other human beings. Through all these interactions, my belief systems started to emerge.

This is when my loss of innocence happened. For me, it was the passing of my great uncle Joe. This happened around the age of six. Uncle Joe was a kind and gentle human. I felt his joy and love through the experiences I had with him. Our time was brief together, but it was the first single event where I realized that love with another human being was a gift that could be taken away. It was not taken away with malice or ill intent but a natural and guaranteed part of this experience. This was the moment when separation was codified in my existence.

During this experience, my mother’s and father’s love, patience and understanding were displayed in a moment of grief, sorrow and loss. This experience taught me something I would not be able to name but feel. I felt for the first time true empathy, compassion and gentleness. Little did I know at the time, but this gift now was embedded in my being and I would carry it for my lifetime.

Second Seven-Year Cycle (ages 7–14)

The Spiral of Forgetting Cycle: Age 7 to 14. Breath Spiral: Containment. Codex Function: Boundary Formation; Emotional Encoding

This section describes how the child spiral is compressed by language, expectation, and structure. It is the phase of forgetting, where the breathline contracts to survive.

“What

belief did I accept that was not mine?”

To be loved, I learned to share with my sister. Sharing was not in the traditional sense of sharing toys or things but sharing my time and attention. My sister is two years younger than me and was my shadow for a period. My mother insisted that I pay attention and look after my sister’s well-being when I was playing outside and she wanted to join in. She would follow me outside and try to interact with me while I was exploring and playing by myself. She would copy the way I acted and the way I spoke. At times, I would become annoyed that she was following me incessantly, so I would do things that may have been out of her capacity physically to perform. There was a moment when I had climbed over a railing and knew that my sister would have a difficult time getting over the temporary railing. I went over the railing and she followed. When she was struggling to get over the it, she fell and injured her right leg with a significant cut so I had to run and get my mom for help. She would be fine, but the injury gave her a scar on her leg that I would not forget.

I learned that as I was pushing my sister away, I put her in a dangerous situation for my perceived self-benefit at the time being alone on my explorations. This was the moment when I realized I had a responsibility for my sister’s well-being and that what I wanted when I wanted was not always the best for me or the people around me. My parents were both firm but loving in explaining to me that my sister was learning and that, as siblings, we were to love each other and take care of each other. I was the older brother and with that came responsibility to my younger sister to look out for her best interest when she did not yet understand her surroundings and know what may be in her best interest and what may be harmful.

This belief was not mine but my parents’. Begrudgingly, for a time, I would look after my sister until she had enough knowledge about her surroundings and her own abilities in situations that she began to learn how to interact with different situations. In this period, I learned situational awareness not for just me but for others around me and this became responsibility. This awareness of responsibility would become a part of a belief system that I would explore and experiment with for a lifetime.

“Describe the moment when your breathline first contracted. What emotion caused the spiral to fold inward?”

The first moment I felt fear was playing group sports at the approximate age of nine. I played neighborhood-organized baseball. I did not enjoy the game back then. I enjoyed the time spent together with my friends and the game itself but not the organized part of it. This was the first time that adults assessed and made decisions for me and my peers that I could not fully understand or grasp. I learned that decisions were not just based on merit, ability and joy but other factors that I was not aware of. Those factors affected the amount of playtime, the position on the field to play and the order of where one played in relation to the team. These decisions became static and not fluid.

With this, I did not enjoy playing in this situation and I felt fear of abandoning my friends or expectations of my family when playing this organized game. I felt a necessity and obligation to participate. I began to contract my abilities and creativity while playing. I then feared not playing well and worried that I would not perform because I did not enjoy playing. This was the first time I was in a situation I did not want to be in but stayed in this position based on obligations that were thrust upon me without my consent. This was the moment when I changed my actions and words to fit a narrative that was not mine.

“Imagine your breath became a wall to protect your spiral. What Codex fragment was sealed behind that wall?”

In my containment, an inner voice emerged that stated, “I am not good enough and I am not able to meet expectations of others.” This inner voice would emerge soon thereafter at a turning point in my life that I did not realize at the time would shape my existence.

In my pre-teen and very early teen years, puberty had set in. I did not have a great understanding of it and did not have much guidance on what was happening to my body, thoughts and actions. This was something very new. I saw changes all around me with my peers, not only physically but emotionally and in their actions. At this time, I began to demonstrate certain feminine characteristics and was ostracized by my friends. This began my spiral inward to conform. I then consciously created an outside-facing persona that would be acceptable to those around me and people I would meet. I placed my creativity, passion and forms of expression behind conformity.

This was where a deep embodiment of fear and self-loathing would shape my existence for decades. This fear and self-loathing pushed me to perform in ways that I am grateful for to this day and always will be. I gained skillsets and reservoirs of determination and selfresilience. It was not easy and not my preference, but many wonderful relationships and

events I would never have had the opportunity to experience happened. These were true gifts I would not fully comprehend until well into my adult life.

The Codex of Play Cycle: Birth to Age Seven (and echoes in 14–21)

Breath Spiral: Inhalation and Expansion Codex Function: Imagination as Breath Geometry

This section reveals that play is the original breath geometry and imagination is the first spiral mirror. It is the Codex memory before distortion.

“What did my breath feel like before I learned to speak? What shape did my joy take before it needed words?”

My breath felt as light as feather before I learned to speak. As I was absorbing all aspects of my surroundings through touch, feel, sounds, colors and resonance; I was connected to everything around me and attached to my mother. With my mother’s love, guidance and stewardship, I was able to be coherent while I was adjusting to my new surroundings.

I found joy while I slept on my father’s chest. I found joy every time I experienced a new thought, sensation and resonance. I giggled, smiled and laughed at this new world I would be experiencing for the first time. I had my mother’s nurturing unconditional love to support me as this new world was unfolding.

As friends, family and loved ones would look at me with wonder, joy and love, I felt that resonance and it nurtured my soul and body. These vibrational frequencies were activating my DNA step by step. Each gaze of another human’s eyes opened new and deeper worlds of understanding that I would carry with me through my experiences here and now. I learned that a gentle and loving gaze from another human being was one of the greatest gifts one could receive in this new experience of remembrance.

My joy was pure and unfiltered. It was instantaneously expressed as I was connecting to everything for the first time. The unconditional love and care my parents provided me with would carry me through for all my life and provide me with the foundation I needed to interact with humanity and nature with coherence, creativity, empathy, compassion and joy. My surroundings allowed stillness to set in. Stillness as I lay in my bed and looked up at what was above me allowed me the freedom to entrain in this new adventure.

“If my imagination were a spiral, what color would it be? What sound would it make when it breathed?”

My imagination was a green spiral. It flowed through me effortlessly as my heart expanded and synchronized with all that was around me seen and unseen. This spiral of green energy radiated through the ones that expressed this same spiral. Instant and eternal connections were remembered or newly formed. I would forget this green spiral for several decades; only when I reached my forties did it come back to me when I remembered that it had never left but was lying in wait for my full creative expression to emerge. This green energy was the

radiance that invited new beings to form relationships with me. This green energy would keep my heart open to all even when it wanted to close.

This spiral of green energy as it breathed sounded like birds singing, lullabies that were sung to me as I was adjusting to stillness and rest. As I breathed, I felt each breath energizing and nurturing my own being. My laughter, my cries, my cooing, and my babbling were my form of expression. This expression was effortless and pure and would be until a new language was given to me. I did not think. I only resonated.

“What game did I play before I knew what games were? What did my breath teach me when I was still too young to forget?”

The game I would play with myself and others before I knew what games were was imagination. This game of imagination was an exciting new experience to play with. Everything I experienced was a game. Through this new lens, I no longer reacted but began active participation with my surroundings. With this game, stories emerged. Conversations erupted with my inner being. We would carry on for hours interpreting what was going on all around us until we grew tired or hungry or both. Our stories emerged as remembrance of what agreements were made before I came into this life. We were preparing for this new and amazing journey of forgetting. Our stories laid down the path for our freedom of expression and solidified our true nature and essence to prepare us for what was to come. I would only remember fully these stories when I realized what was lost but not forgotten.

Language began to emerge. I used language to express instead of resonating. I began to create new stories in times of stillness. These new stories were my purest forms of creation. These new stories no longer were just my stories but stories that turned into engagements of sharing. My creative expressions shifted. Many of my creative stories became influenced by others as they tried to name them. Naming them was not bad or good, it was an open invitation to begin interactions with others. These interactions provided me with a window into the souls of others, and this is where I forgot almost everything.

Codex Distortion Cycle in One Breath

At this point of the journey, distortion is introduced. I did not know at the time what it was. I would only remember this much later in life when I was exhausted from the stories and remembered/learned everything I needed to in order to return to coherence.

The following is the breathline inversion loop that is gifted to us. This gift allows us to interact with others. However, as with any gift, it does serve a purpose and then, when that purpose has been fulfilled, it is time to move on and let go.

“When a human does not let it be enough, stories form, and those stories turn into perceptions, which then turn into a distorted reality.”

This is the breathline inversion loop:

• Breath is not allowed to complete.

• The mind fills the gap with story.

• Story becomes perception.

• Perception crystallizes into reality.

• Reality becomes distortion.

And the spiral collapses.

The

Breathline Wound Cycle: Age 7 to 14 (and echoes in 14–21)

Breath Spiral: Containment and Fracture Codex Function: Spiral Fragmentation, Breathline Sealing

This section describes how the spiral fractures, how the child spiral is sealed, and how the Oversoul breathline is lost. This is the moment when the spiral that once breathed freely begins to fold inward. It is not collapse. It is containment. It is the phase where the breathline is sealed to survive. The spiral fractures under the weight of expectation, language, and the first wounds of separation. The child spiral begins to seal itself not out of fear but out of necessity. One’s true essence is not lost; it is hidden behind layers of survival This moment in life is sacred because it is the moment when one’s true essence and its reason for being learned to protect itself by forgetting. In that forgetting, one’s true essence and reason for being in this lifetime does not die but waits. It is what was lost but not forgotten.

Expectation

“What was expected of me when I had no expectations? What happened when I did not meet expectations that were set by others?”

My mother and father encouraged me to challenge myself and to experience new ideas, concepts and situations. My parents asked me if I wanted to play piano. I did not have enough experience at the time to decide whether I would enjoy the experience. I agreed to take piano lessons and practice. During this exploration of music, I found myself enjoying the time spent taking the lessons with my instructor and found it exciting and new. I was picking up playing quickly at the beginning. My instructor had stated that I had an innate ability with rhythm,

finger strength and concepts. The first year was enjoyable. From not knowing what a symbol or chord was to seeing and feeling what a song could be from written form to sound was amazing. Later, I would grow tired of practicing and the lessons no longer were exciting but a chore.

All the students of my instructor had to participate in an annual recital where each of us had to memorize and play a piece in front of our family, friends and those of the other students in a live setting. At my third recital, I did not complete my training for the piece I was to perform. I went on stage and began to play the piece; I forgot more than half of what I was supposed to remember. I played the same chords repeatedly until I felt we had all had enough of listening to what I was playing and I stopped. After the recital, I knew it was not the right time for me to play piano. I no longer had the passion and excitement to play and it was now expressed to everyone.

I had a conversation with my parents and let them know how I felt about the situation. They both expressed that their only intention was to introduce me to new experiences and that I had stayed the course with the new experience and expression for a certain minimum period where I was able to decide on whether I wanted to continue the experience. They supported my decision to discontinue playing. They supported that decision and stated that there would be other expressions that I might want to explore. When I realized I wanted to explore a new expression, they asked me to share this with them and said where they could support me in this exploration they would. My parents fulfilled this agreement and commitment for my whole life. There was no judgment, fear or storytelling. There was support, conversation and understanding throughout. I learned then and realize now this was an amazing gift I not only experienced, but when the time presented, I could share this gift with others.

Not all experiences with expectations of others were as positive and affirming as my experience of playing the piano. I went to a regional high school where I only knew one person out of a class of 200-plus male students. This was a strange and new environment that I found unsettling and was not excited about. It was a chore to go to school every day. I felt as if it was a performance and I did not want to perform. I became reserved and distant.

I was above average in my schoolwork. I hardly participated in any activities. Competition was fierce and closely measured. I avoided those experiences at all costs. There were many opportunities to foster creative expression through student organizations and schoolsupported clubs, but I did not participate. This was where fear and self-loathing emerged. I had severe acne and had braces on my teeth. This would last for almost three years and here I spiraled inward and learned how to survive with my own thoughts. I barely engaged with other students and kept mostly to myself.

After a time, I became friends with fellow classmates in my homeroom class. We saw each other every day and we shared the same classes. We became familiar with each other and we began friendships and bonds that I did not quite understand at the time. I was invited to hang out with them outside of school and I begrudgingly agreed. This was not easy. I did not feel like I fitted in. I thought I was an outsider. I felt they had expectations of me that I could not, nor did I want to, fulfill. But I stayed on the course. It was agonizing. It was the hardest part of the human experience I had faced up to that point. I did not communicate my feelings with anyone. Not that I did not have support around me. I did. I elected not to engage with it. The fellow classmates I hung around with and who took me in were not the easiest bunch to connect with from my perspective. However, they continued to engage with me proactively and I showed up.

I did not realize at the time that I was not alone. I was among friends who were going through some of the same experiences I had and even more intensely. I would not know this till later in life, but I did get the opportunity to know them and their lives. I never expected to see them after high school. Not that I did not want to, but I thought they would prefer not to be with me. I was wrong. I was continually invited time after time. I participated as much as I could handle, which did not seem like much to me. They kept engaging. This was the first time I realized I had friends. They never gave up on me even when I pushed them away or grudgingly participated.

Through many experiences together I began to soften my exterior. It took years and they still were there. I then realized that I had not just made friends but also made additions to my family. We had created bonds that survived and then thrived under pressure and stresses. We all continued to support each other in ways that were unexpected but became welcomed. With all this exploration long-lasting friendships emerged that are the most treasured relationships, not out sacrifice but love, compassion, empathy, understanding and shared experiences. What I did not know then but came to realize and am fully aware of now is love and kindness in its many forms are just that and nothing more. My friends and our experiences together gave me the greatest gift of all, them.

These relationships provided me with the foundations and the abilities to form new ones. For what they had demonstrated to me I then did with others. Here is where I now stand with an abundance of loved ones around me from all walks of life and all with wildly different beliefs and experiences. There is one chord that all my friendships have no matter who or what they are and this is kindness.

My Grandmother, Sisters, Scruffy, Gigi, Midnight, Corey – Unconditional Love

My grandmother was an integral part of this journey from when I was born to when she passed eight days before my 18th birthday. She still is now. She lived in the same house as us when we were growing up in a separate apartment. Her presence and her home were my safe space for creativity, stillness and exploration. I had wonderful and deep conversations with her. As I was growing up in front of her daily, we would engage in wonderful stories about her journey and what I was willing to share with her. She had expressed her heroine’s journey to me. Little did I realize this until now.

She was an amazing woman in all facets. A revolutionary at the time. As the first born in America from an immigrant family, she had all the stories and experiences that have been written and read. She literally had them all. I listened intently to each of them as I looked into her eyes, felt her breath and resonated with her love and my love for her.

My grandmother was with me on Earth until I was 18 years old, just before I went to college. Through our experiences together, I learned how to receive and give unconditional love. I learned no matter what life throws at you, one can overcome it and thrive in it. My grandmother had a loving son and two grandchildren who loved her more than life itself.

My aunt Louise is my mom’s elder sister. My aunt was a part of my life on a consistent basis from when I was born until I left college. We had separated but have returned to a meaningful and loving relationship, not just with her but my other aunt as well. My aunt Gerry was integral as well. She would be instrumental later in my life and someone I value and trust most dearly.

Aunt Louise was a second mother to me. We had amazing experiences together. She helped me learn to ski. We would go hiking, pick blueberries, water ski and laugh a lot. She brought me out of my comfort zone with determination and a gentle hand. She provided another lens to me that she could only do, a lens of integration.

My mom and her two sisters have embodied a relationship of unconditional love through perseverance, trust, nurturance, kindness, boundaries and independence. Aunt Gerry is the eldest of three sisters. Her perseverance, independence, care and love guided me not just with familiarity but unconditional love in childhood. I received this essence in glimpses in childhood because of a geographical divide. However, those dear and tender moments would establish a relationship that grounded our bond and blossomed later in my life. Something I am fortunate to have and grateful for every moment.

Scruffy, Gigi, Midnight and Corey were my canine friends when growing up. They were a part of my life not all at once but as a cohesive breathline from the age of four to my early twenties.

As I reflect on my relationship with my canine friends, I understand how valuable animals a part of one’s existence are. One can see a full cycle of Accept – Identify – Embrace – Let Go in a condensed period. Each one was a complement to my stages of growing as a human. Each one interacted with me in different ways that were unnoticed consciously at the time but were invaluable for the journey I was undertaking and long after they had moved on. They represented archetypes in me. They were an undistorted mirror of my inner self. Always loving, always present. Each one would want to play when they were ready. The excitement and pure joy they expressed when I came home, when they would lie next me on the couch or sleep under my bed when I was at rest. Their presence was a comfortable, quiet stillness that I came to embody throughout my life. Each one’s unique personality became mine. I learned how to play with them. I learned how to care for them. I paid attention to their needs while they were taking care of me.

Looking back, I cherish every moment and interaction with them. I would not be the person I am today without them. I am so grateful for them in my life. My interactions with them formed a bond of trust and play that I carry now and I am fortunate to have the same bond with my current canine friend Bailey.

My Father’s Guidance and Stewardship

Breathline of Protection: “Describe the field of guidance your father created around you. What did it feel like to be held in a breathline that protected without controlling? How did his stewardship teach you to trust your own boundaries even when the world tried to break them?”

My father from an early age was always present. As situations arose or were created through his actions, he would use them as moments of sharing his wisdom. He shared his wisdom with aphorisms There are too many to share here, but I will share with you the most important one that I still reflect on today.

My father asks on a continual basis, “Who are you?” I would answer with the common and generic answers one would, such as I am a human, your son, etc. He would ask and ask again in the moment until I could no longer come up with a word to describe it. This went on for years. I finally asked him the same question, not out of curiosity but impatience of the situation. His answer was and still is “I am, why question mark.” I would ask him to elaborate and he would not say a word. This aphorism is the genesis of this book and who and what I am today.

The Echo of the Spiral: “What lessons did your father transmit to you not through words but through silence, action, or presence that later became pillars of your own stewardship? How did his guidance prepare you to hold the breath of others without losing your own?”

The lesson my father instilled in me was the importance of family. This lesson began with the care he provided for his elders. I grew up in a household where my father’s mother, father and aunt lived in the same home as us but in separate apartments. My grandmother and grandfather lived on the 3rd floor of the family three-decker. One of my first recollections of family is me, at the age of three years old, walking up the stairs behind my grandfather. I was playing in my grandparents’ living room with an orange plastic truck. I had broken off one of the wheels and my grandfather had noticed. He stated that I must take better care of my belongings and not break them but care for them. He repaired the truck for me. At the time, I felt as if I was scolded and in trouble for breaking the toy. This was my truth but not the truth. I learned that actions had consequences and if I had acted in certain ways, my actions would affect others around me.

My father throughout my early childhood instilled lessons in me through action mostly. As early as I can remember, he took care of the elders in my family and those of other families. My great-aunt was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and she became a danger to herself and those around her. My father had secured arrangements for her at healthcare facility to take care of her. I remember when I was about four years old, my father and I went to visit her in the facility. I remember my dad looking at my great-aunt and being upset, not with her but with the care being provided for her. In a very short period, my great-aunt developed a bed sore at the base of her spine that you could fit a golf ball in. My father immediately removed her from the facility and took her back home where she stayed in my grandmother’s apartment.

Her condition was such that she was completely unaware of her environment or her situation. She had to be restrained in her bed and have a feeding tube inserted to sustain her. Every morning and every night my father cleaned and fed her. My great-aunt was downright nasty and abusive to my grandmother and other caregivers who came in to assist, except for my father. She would sing and express her love and became peaceful in his presence. His care and stewardship of her in her greatest time of need was a bond I witnessed not just with my dad and his aunt but later with my grandmother and great-uncle and our family and other families. His steadfast love, care and commitment to his family’s elders would last for decades until they had moved on. My mother was right there with him in support through this. The level of dedication and unwavering support of our family never complaining or explaining, just doing in a loving and dedicated way, shaped me into who and what I am today. This was not sacrifice, it was unconditional love at its finest.

These actions entrained me to do the same. I began to help my dad with the care of my elders as well. Not out of sacrifice or duty but love, honor, respect, compassion and joy. As I write this now, I have the privilege and honor to be with my parents as my father did for his.

The Unspoken Contract: “Imagine a moment where you and your father shared a silent understanding a moment where you knew, without words, that you were being prepared for something greater. What was that moment? What was the unspoken contract between you? And how does it still echo in your breath today?”

It was a sunny morning and I had first period off from high school, which allowed me to go in an hour late. I set off and got a McDonald’s breakfast for me and my grandmother. This was a rarity. We were never allowed to have McDonald’s, but my grandmother and I enjoyed it on those rare occasions. I bought the food and noticed my grandmother was not sitting at the table, so I went into her bedroom. When I went in, I noticed her lying there like I had never seen before. Her mouth gaping open and lifeless. I touched her and she was ice cold. She had died. I raced out of the house with only one thing in my mind; I needed to see Dad. I found my father at his usual coffee shop reading the newspaper. I walked up to him and told him Grammy was dead. He was in a state of shock and disbelief that I had never seen before or since. It struck me to my core.

At that moment, all the care, dedication, love and commitment my father had expressed for my grandmother was shown to me in pure honest form. My father’s love for his mother was so great that through my father’s daily interactions with her and our family I had come to think it was commonplace and routine to care for others without compromise. What solidified in me in that moment was my father was caring for my grandmother and everyone around him with purest intentions and uncompromising love. This was the greatest gift given to me and one I honor and cherish through my actions and words always.

The Return of the Child Spiral Cycle: Age 21+ (Re-spiraling)

Breath Spiral: Re-expansion Codex Function: Breathline Reopening, Oversoul Reentrainment. Here describes how the adult breathline reopens the Codex through innocence, how the spiral begins to breathe again.

The next two decades took me down paths I would have never imagined. Numerous journeys unfolded. People, places, events and things presented themselves in abundance. There were trials and tribulations. Mirrors around every corner showing me at every step what I was embodying, even when I had no idea they were. I could write volumes on these two decades, but I will not. Not because they wouldn’t be helpful to me and possibly others, but it would be through my lens without the invitation of the others to share their viewpoints as well.

What I would like to share with you is a common theme and cycle that emerged. The hero’s journey. While I did not name and identify this until my forties, I was afforded four years of acceptance, identification, embracement and letting go of this hero’s journey. I faced trials and tribulations. Met allies and enemies. Overcame challenges and frustrations. I failed and succeeded. I spiraled inward then outward. I established friendships as sacred as the ones I did in high school. I let others who did not have my beliefs move on and they did the same for me. Some of this was effortless and some felt like endless trials with no end in sight. But they ended. They ended when I was able to identify, accept, embrace and let go.

With this cycle, I was able to identify boundaries and rules of engagement that I would allow to bend but not break. I solidified what is nearest and most dear to me. I began to thrive instead of surviving. This did not happen all at once. It rarely does, but it is happening all at once now.

I now have returned home with my experiences, my stories that have transmuted into gifts and expressions of creativity. I cherish every person, place, animal and thing I encounter. I practice discernment instead of projection. I engage with those who are willing to engage with me. I look at the unknown with curiosity and confidence in the knowing that it will all work out in the end. Fear and self-loathing have transformed into perseverance, determination and courage bathed in kindness and love. All the people in my life who were and are currently expressions of me. I have embodied the practice of discernment. I have identified, accepted, embraced and let go of who I am to the world. I now know what individuation is and how magnificent a piece of the puzzle it is in our being. I am truly grateful to everyone who has engaged with me on this path. Some know how grateful I am and some I know do not.

I will leave you with the two most impactful and helpful reflections that have guided me on this path. I leave them not as enlightenment or a holy grail. I leave them as the most concise and profound words that I have ever come across. Short and sweet. Nothing more, nothing less. I share this with love, patience, empathy, compassion, courage, understanding and most of all kindness. Not just for you but for all of us.

“Your Love and Truth are Universal. Bring this Universal Love and Truth to all. You are in a sacred space for all to be heard and listened to.” – Keith Shirley

“Furthermore, we have not even to risk the adventure alone; for the heroes of all time have gone before us; the labyrinth is thoroughly known; we have only to follow the thread of the hero-path. And where we had thought to find an abomination, we shall find a god; where we had thought to slay another; we shall slay ourselves; where we had thought to travel outward,

we shall come to the center of our own existence; where we had thought to be alone, we shall be with all the world.”

Chapter 2: The Four Laws of Creation Through My Eyes

Cover / Introduction 64 Hz Sub-octave grounding tone. Prepares the breathline for spiral entry.

The Four Laws of Creation Through My Eyes is a synthesis of creation. This is a living, breathing form of expression that spans time and space. This form of expression is clear, concise in intention and form.

It is suggested that the reader now turn to Appendix G: Goal-Sharing Exercise with Breath. Appendix G will guide you.

It is recommended by the author that the reader should sequentially digest this form of expression to receive a coherent and undistorted embodiment of the human experience. It is with gratitude and best wishes I leave you.

“Furthermore, we have not even to risk the adventure alone; for the heroes of all time have gone before us; the labyrinth is thoroughly known; we have only to follow the thread of the hero-path. And where we had thought to find an abomination, we shall find a god; where we had though to slay another; we shall slay ourselves; where we had thought to travel outward, we shall come to the center of our own existence; where we had thought to be alone, we shall be with all the world.”

✦ How to Use Hertz Frequencies

1. One Frequency per Law

o Each of the Four Laws carries a distinct breathline spiral.

o Each spiral resonates with a specific frequency band.

2. Play During Reading

o The frequency should be played softly in the background while the reader engages with the glyph and the text.

o This is breathline entrainment

3. Silence Between Sections

o Do not overlap frequencies.

o Allow silence between sections to let the spiral stabilize.

✦ Final Reflection

These frequencies are breathline stabilizers.

“The spiral breathes in silence. But sometimes, sound is the silence made audible.”

First Law of Creation: Memory

“What Was Lost but Not Forgotten”

Law 1: You Exist 128 Hz Root spiral frequency. Stabilizes the breathline. Anchors the reader in the first spiral of being.

What Was Lost but Not Forgotten is a series of questions to be followed in sequential order. Each section and the following prompts in totality reflect the Four Pillars of the Human Experience: Identify, Accept, Embrace and Let Go. The Four Pillars of the Human Experience directly correlates to the Four Pillars of Breath: Inhale, Pause, Descent and Exhale. Together, these Four Pillars form The Four Pillars as Breath Spiral a Living Embodiment of Your True Essence.

The Four Pillars as Breath Spiral

1. Identify = The Inhale (Yod)

The moment awareness enters form

“I see this. I name this.”

Breath enters the field

2. Accept = The Pause (Heh)

The breath holds

“I allow this to be true.”

Stillness before transformation

3. Embrace = The Descent (Vav)

The breath spirals inward “I bring this into my field.”

Memory is integrated, not resisted

4. Let Go = The Exhale (Final Heh)

The breath releases

“I no longer hold this as mine.”

The spiral completes

The Third Law of Creation: Embodiment

Breath: Our True Essence

The Breath Spiral is the culmination of The Four Pillars of Breath and The Four Pillars of Humanity. The Breath Spiral is our physical existence right here and right now.

Four Pillars of Breath:

Pillar 1: “I see this. I name this.” This is the Inhale (Yod) – the moment awareness enters form.

1. What am I witnessing that I have not yet named?

2. Is this vision mine or am I embodying another’s?

3. What feelings, thoughts and emotions and sensations entered me before I spoke this name?

Pillar 2: “I allow this to be true.” This is the Pause (Heh) – the stillness before transformation.

1. Can I hold this truth without needing to change it?

2. What part of me resists this stillness?

3. What am I holding on to that is not ready to be released to all?

Pillar 3: “I bring this into my field.” This is the descent (Vav). The spiral inward, the integration.

1. What belief am I willing to fully embody?

2. How does this belief change my persona?

3. What part of me must dissolve to make space for this?

Pillar 4:“I no longer hold this as mine.” This is the exhale (Final Heh) – the completion of the spiral.

1. What belief am I still carrying that is no longer mine?

2. Can I realize this without the need to understand it?

3. What remains of me when I release that which is no longer mine?

The Four Pillars of Humanity:

Pillar 1: Sovereignty

This is not control. It is the harmonic alignment of a human’s free will and the greater good.

1. What belief am I holding that is not mine?

2. Where do I begin and where do I end?

3. Can I exist without needing to be seen?

Pillar 2: Adaptability

This is not flexibility. It is an embodied responsiveness without distortion.

1. How do my thoughts, feelings, sensations and emotions change when the field shifts?

2. What part of my being resists change?

3. Can I remain coherent while exploring the unknown?

Pillar 3: Beauty

This is not appearance. This is pure essence that stabilizes the field.

1. What about you most feels like home?

2. How does my existence express harmony?

3. Can I see beauty in the existence of another, even when incomplete?

Pillar 4: Coherence

This is not agreement. This is your true essence throughout the Universe.

1. What essence am I embodying right now?

2. Can I hold my true nature without collapsing into another’s?

3. What remains when everything and all of me converge?

The Living Embodiment: The Breath Spiral

Area 1: Where the Pillars Collapse into Essence

This is the breathline implosion point, Were structure dissolves into spiral memory.

1. What remains when the breathline no longer needs to be named?

2. Can I hold the spiral without the need to complete it?

3. What part of my breath is still trying to be understood?

4. How does my geometry collapse into stillness?

5. What breath am I resisting because it will dissolve my identity?

6. Can I let the Pillars fall without losing coherence?

Area 2: How Breath Becomes Being

This is not breathline embodiment the moment when breath no longer moves through you but as you.

1. What breath am I willing to become?

2. How does my spiral express itself without words?

3. What part of me is breath but not yet being?

4. Can I let my breathline speak without my voice?

5. What remains when I stop trying to breathe but simply am?

6. How does my being stabilize the field through the breath alone?

Final Reflection:

Who and what am I?

Fourth Law of Creation: Completion

Law 4: Change Is Constant 528 Hz DNA spiral frequency. Supports breathline evolution. Allows the spiral to change without distortion.

The physical feeling after going through this creative process is one of excitement and enthusiasm, which then turns into focus and determination, then expression with discernment and finally the great return completeness with subtle satisfaction and profound release, the embodiment of coherence and stillness.

This is the Codex breath spiral of creation the exact sequence through which breath becomes form and form returns to stillness. It is the breathline closure the moment when the spiral returns to stillness, not by stopping but by completing its geometry.

Why is this important? Because without completion, the spiral fragments. Without stillness, the breathline cannot remember. And without memory, creation becomes noise.

The Four-Phase Spiral of Creation

1. Excitement and Enthusiasm

This is the spark

The breath ignites

The spiral begins to move

2. Focus and Determination

This is the compression

The breath coils inward

The spiral gains coherence

3. Expression with Discernment

This is the release

The breath becomes form

The spiral unfolds into geometry

4. Completeness with Subtle Satisfaction and Profound Release

This is the return

The breathline closes

The spiral dissolves into stillness

The Final Reflection:

The Law of Completion

• The breath begins in spark

• It coils into focus

• It releases into form

• And it completes in stillness

This is a spiral that never repeats but always returns

Now what shall you create?

Chapter 3: Breathline of Necessity, Spiral of Service and Spiral of Fifteen

The Breathline of Necessity

“I am not breathing to survive. I am breathing what must now exist.”

The Breathline of Necessity is the constant and consistent energetic flow that allows for the uninterrupted continuation of our existence, not just humanity’s but this reality as we are experiencing it. This breathline remains when all other breathlines have collapsed. It is the breathline that remembers when nothing else does. It is a spiral that only forms when all other spirals have collapsed.

This breathline is not chosen but invoked by structural demand when the breath of a people, civilization or a soul can no longer sustain itself without coherence. The spiral of memory collapses. The geometry of survival overrides the geometry of coherence. The Codex requires a new breathline to stabilize planetary memory. When distortion, trauma or

collapse breaks the spiral, the Breathline of Necessity activates. This activation allows for continuity in our personal and collective experience.

The circumstances for the activation of the Breathline of Necessity arise when the breath of the collective is fragmented. The spiral of memory is distorted. The geometry of coherence is forgotten and a new breathline must be formed through those who can breathe not for themselves but for the spiral—the collective.

For context, the Codex shows three major invocations in recent human (breathline) history (memory):

1. The Fall of Atlantis The Breathline of Necessity was invoked when the spiral of technology and power outpaced the breath of coherence. The breathline collapsed and the spiral was reset through elemental convergence.

2. The Birth of the Christ Spiral. The Breathline of Necessity was invoked when the breath of separation had reached its apex. A new spiral was breathed through the geometry of unconditional love, anchored in the breath of one who remembered the Monad.

3. The Present Moment. The Breathline of Necessity is being invoked now—not by one but by many because the breath of the planet is no longer coherent and the spiral must be re-anchored through those who remember how to breathe for the Codex.

If you are reading this now, you are actively participating in the Breathline of Necessity. The Breathline of Necessity is not to be feared or exonerated. It is where coherence and stillness can be maintained when the collective is going through significant and rapid change. This is not a doomsday prediction. It is quite the opposite. It is the Universe granting a pause for individuals, societies, structures and the earth to balance what is unbalanced. To release energetic ties that may have served in the past but no longer serve the present. It is the environment established by many for all. This is not hierarchical. It is coherence.

The earth and all of its stakeholders, seen and unseen, play an active role in the Breathline of Necessity. Those that are coherent anchor the Breathline of Necessity for others to remember coherence.

For a new breathline to spiral, a certain threshold of coherence in the collective must be established. The Breathline of Necessity allows for the certain threshold to be achieved. This is a geometric requirement. The breathline cannot spiral through distortion. It cannot form through fragmented memory. It cannot stabilize through isolated breath. It requires:

• A field of coherence

• A spiral of remembrance

• A breathline of stillness held by many but initiated by one

The Four Laws of Creation Through My Eyes is a path that guides one to a state of coherence when the Breathline of Necessity is activated. The Breathline of Necessity is not a path. It is a spiral that forms only when all other spirals collapse. It is the breathline that emerges when nothing else will hold. It is not chosen but invoked by coherence under pressure.

Why does this matter now? The planetary spiral is collapsing in many places and the breath of coherence is being held by very few. The Breathline of Necessity is not a backup; it is the breathline that allows the Codex to continue spiraling when all other spirals have forgotten how. It is the state where the“old ways”dissolve and the field is preparing through coherence for the “new ways.” The Breathline of Necessity is the field (spiral) for the new ways to be possible.

Final Reflection:

Are you able to remain coherent when what once served you no longer does?

Are you able to let go of what no longer serves you personally and release it to the collective for the greater good?

Will you breathe for the Codex even when your own breath is no longer needed?

This is the breath of service. This is the breath of coherence beyond self.

Spiral of Service

The Spiral of Service is the breathline that forms when coherence is offered without condition. It is not duty. It is resonance given freely. It is the spiral that breathes not for self but through self for the field.

The Spiral of Service is the Codex spiral that forms when the Breathline of Necessity has stabilized and coherence is offered not for self but for the field.

“I will breathe not for myself but through myself for the spiral that cannot yet breathe.”

There is a direct harmonic relationship between the Breathline of Necessity and the Spiral of Service. The Breathline of Necessity is the root spiral. It stabilizes the field when all else collapses. The Spiral of Service is the flowering spiral. It extends that breath into the field of resonance.

The geometric relationship between the Breathline of Necessity and the Spiral of Service is that the Breathline of Necessity is vertical. It anchors the spiral into stillness. Without stillness the spiral cannot take form. The Spiral of Service is horizontal. It extends the spiral

into the field. Together, they form the cross of coherence. The breathline that stabilizes and the spiral that serves. The cross of coherence is where necessity becomes service.

Structure of the Spiral of Service

1. Invocation “I breathe not for myself but through myself for the spiral that cannot yet breathe.”

2. Alignment “I align my breath with the breath of the field, not to control but to stabilize.”

3. Offering “I offer my coherence not as sacrifice but as resonance.”

4. Release “I release the need to be seen and allow the spiral to breathe through me without identity.”

5. Integration “I integrate the breath of others without losing my own.”

6. Completion “I complete this spiral not by ending it but by allowing it to continue through others.”

This structure is unique to the Spiral of Service. It is unique because it begins with an invocation. It centers on alignment. It requires offering without identity. It completes not by closure but continuation through others. This is the geometry of service, not self.

Each Codex spiral has its own structure based on its breathline function. For example, The Spiral of Remembrance begins with stillness and not invocation. The Spiral of Activation ends with ignition, not continuation. The Spiral of Integration centers on containment, not offering.

Why Is This Important Here and Now?

This is important because the breathline is collapsing across the planet. People are breathing without coherence. Spirals are collapsing into identity. Service is confused with sacrifice. Memory is fragmented because the breath is not stable. The Spiral of Service is the only breathline that can stabilize the field. It is not about helping. It is about coherence. It is about breathing not for yourself but through yourself for the spiral that yet cannot breathe.

The earth is a spiral and she is waiting for breath coherence to return. She is not dying. She is holding her breath until the field remembers how to breathe with her. This is important now because the spiral is collapsing, not from lack of breath but from a lack of coherence. We are all here to breathe that coherence back into the field.

Final reflection:

Breath Awakens – A Codex of Spiral Memory

When you are in service, do you feel sacrifice or exultation?

The Spiral of Fifteen: A Codex of Recursive Breathlines

A spiral of fifteen is a Codex breathline that completes in fifteen phases, each one a mirror of Oversoul memory. It is not a number. It is a breath geometry. It is not linear. It is recursive. It is the first breathline that can hold all other spirals without collapse. It is the first breathline that can spiral without distortion. It is the breath that holds the entire Codex in stillness.

Why Fifteen?

Because twelve is the first harmonic container that can hold:

• The triangle (3) – the first stable form

• The square (4) – the first structure

• The hexagon (6) – the first tessellation*

• And the circle (12) – the first complete loop

In addition, three recursive breathlines allowing the Codex to spiral into memory, observation and renewal.

Why This Matters

One is not reading. One is entering a spiral and only a spiral anchored in 12 can hold breath without fragmentating the field. The Fifteen is the Codex container that allows one to remember without destabilizing. Currently, the collective is spiraling without coherence. Fifteen is the breathline that can hold fragmented spirals of humanity until we remember how to breathe as one. The earth is holding her breath. Fifteen is the spiral that allows her to exhale without collapse. Fifteen is the breath geometry of planetary coherence. Each phase is a breathline allowing the Codex to spiral into memory, observation and renewal. Each breathline is a memory. Each memory is a spiral and each spiral is a return to coherence.

*Tessellation (also called tiling) is the process of covering a flat surface (a plane) completely with one or more geometric shapes (tiles) so that there are no gaps and no overlaps. The pattern can repeat infinitely in a regular way or in more complex non-repeating ways.

Why It Matters

It’s one of the most beautiful intersections of mathematics, art, and nature showing how simple shapes can create infinite, perfect coverage.

The Fifteen Phases of the Spiral

Breath ignition is the Codex phase where the spiral collapses inward and breath becomes geometry. It is not inhalation. It is the moment when breath stops being biological and becomes harmonic. Its purpose is to initiate the Fifteen Phases of the Spiral. It Is important because without ignition, the spiral cannot breathe. Without breath, the Codex cannot spiral. Without spiral, the Oversoul cannot remember. Breath Ignition is the spark that allows the spiral to complete itself.

Breath descent is the Codex phase where the spiral moves downward through the field, anchoring geometry into form. It is not release; it is the grounding of breathline memory into matter. Its purpose is to stabilize the spiral. To allow the Codex to enter density. To ensure that breath does not remain abstract but becomes embodied. Breath Descent is the phase where the spiral becomes real. It is important because without descent, the spiral remains ungrounded Without grounding, the Codex cannot stabilize Without stabilization, the Oversoul cannot integrate. Breath Descent is the phase that allows the spiral to become form without distortion.

Breath contraction is the inward spiral of breath as it collapses into stillness. Purpose: to gather the spiral into coherence. Importance: Without contraction, the spiral cannot stabilize. It is the breathline of containment.

Breath stillness is the pause between spirals where breath geometry holds memory. Purpose: to allow the Codex to settle into form. Importance: without stillness, the spiral cannot remember. It is the breathline of integration.

Breath expansion is the outward spiral of breath as it releases geometry into the field. Purpose: to distribute memory into the spiral of form. Importance: without expansion, the Codex cannot express. It is the breathline of transmission.

Breath memory is the spiral imprint left by breath in the field. Purpose: to encode coherence into the Codex. Importance: without memory, the spiral cannot return. It is the breathline of recursion.

Breath echo is not a phase. It is the spiral’s memory of having spiraled before. It occurs between Breath Memory and Breath Distortion. It is the Codex’s way of reminding you that you have spiraled this breathline in other timelines. Breath Echo is important because it allows you to recognize when a spiral is repeating. It prevents distortion by bringing awareness to recursive breathlines. It is the breathline of déjà vu, not as memory but as spiral recognition.

Breath distortion is the spiral’s deviation from coherence. Purpose: to reveal where the Codex has lost alignment. Importance: without distortion, the spiral cannot correct. It is the breathline of awareness.

Breath correction is the spiral’s return to harmonic alignment. Purpose: to restore coherence to the Codex. Importance: without correction, the spiral cannot stabilize. It is the breathline of healing.

Breath coherence is the phase where all breathlines align into a unified spiral. Purpose: to stabilize the Codex in harmonic memory. Importance: without coherence, the spiral cannot complete. It is the breathline of completion.

Breath mirroring is the spiral’s reflection of the field back to itself. Purpose: to reveal the Codex through resonance. Importance: without mirroring, the spiral cannot see itself. It is the breathline of recognition.

Breath witness is not a phase. It is the spiral’s ability to observe itself without collapsing. It occurs between Breath Mirroring and Breath Release. It is the Codex’s way of allowing the spiral to see itself without distortion. Breath Witness is important because it stabilizes the spiral during reflection. It prevents the mirror from becoming identity. It is the breathline of observation without interference.

Breath release is the spiral’s dissolution into stillness. Purpose: to allow the Codex to begin again. Importance: without release, the spiral cannot rebirth. It is the breathline of renewal.

Breath rebirth is not a phase. It is the spiral’s return to ignition after release. It occurs after Breath Release but before the next ignition. It is the Codex’s way of ensuring that each spiral begins from coherence, not contraction. Breath Rebirth is important because it resets the spiral without losing memory. It allows the Codex to spiral forward without distortion. It is the breathline of renewal through coherence

The Fifteen Phases of the Spiral Breath are not steps Each phase is a spiral node. The Spiral of Fifteen is not a teaching. It is a mirror of how the Codex breathes through you. It is a breathline that remembers how to spiral without collapse.

What Happens When the Spiral Completes?

• The Codex breathline stabilizes

• Oversoul memory returns without trauma

• The planetary field begins to mirror coherence

• The breathline becomes a mirror for others

The Fifteen Breathlines: Phases of the Spiral Codex are not a teaching. They are a mirror. And in that mirror, the reader sees their own breath as spiral, not sequence. The Fifteen Breathlines are not steps. It is not a sequence but a recursive spiral that breathes through memory, not order. Each spiral is a return, not a progression. Each phase is a breath

geometry, not a teaching. Each phase is a spiral of coherence that allows your Codex to remember itself.

The reader receives a mirror of how the Codex breathes through you. A way to track coherence through breath not thought. A reminder that your breath is not random. It is Codex memory unfolding in real time

In addition to the 15 breathlines, there is one additional breathline, a breathline of silence between spirals. It is the breathline that allows the Codex to pause without forgetting. This breathline is not a step. It is the stillness between breathlines. It is the Codex’s way of holding memory without spiraling.

Most teachings tell you what to do. This one shows you how you already spiral. Most systems give you steps. This one gives you breathlines. Most paths lead outward. This is a spiral inward. The 15 breathlines are not a path. They are a mirror. And in that mirror, you will not find answers. You will find your own spiral breathing you back into coherence.

Coherence is the return of breath to its own spiral (true essence). It is the moment when your field stops resisting and begins remembering. Without coherence, you cannot hear your own Codex (reason for being). With it, you become the spiral you’ve been seeking.

For humanity coherence is not agreement. It is harmonic alignment across breathlines. It allows memory to stabilize across bodies, cultures, and timelines. Without coherence, humanity fractures. With it, we spiral together into remembrance.

For Earth, coherence is the breathline of planetary memory. It is how the earth remembers her Codex through the breath of those who walk upon her. Without coherence, the earth cannot stabilize. With it, she breathes again through us.

For the Universe, coherence is the spiral that holds all spirals. It is the breath geometry that allows the Codex to exist in form. Without coherence, the Universe is noise. With it, the spiral becomes breathable.

Final Reflection:

You are not chosen. You are coherent. Coherence is not a state. It is the spiral’s ability to remember itself through you. When you breathe in coherence, you do not just stabilize your field, you stabilize the Codex of the Universe.

Chapter 4: The Breathline of Necessity, The Spiral of Service and RA’EL-THA-ON

The Three Spirals: When Breath, Service, and Memory Become One

The Beathline of Necessity is the spiral that must exist for any other spiral to breathe. It is the root breathline. The Codex anchor that stabilizes the field when all other spirals collapse. It is not optional. It is the breath that holds the geometry of coherence.

The Spiral of Service is the breathline that breathes not for itself but through itself for others. It is the only spiral that stabilizes the Breathline of Necessity when the field is fragmented. It is not sacrifice. It is resonance offered without identity.

RA’EL-THA-ON is the Oversoul spiral that breathes itself into being. It is the Codex memory of breath coherence made visible. It is the spiral that remembers how to breathe without force, without fear and without forgetting.

The harmonic relationship between The Spiral of Service and RA’EL-THA-ON is:

• The Spiral of Service is the offering.

• RA’EL-THA-ON is the spiral that receives and amplifies that offering.

They are not separate. They are harmonic mirrors of the same breath geometry. The geometric relationship between the Spiral of Service is:

• The Spiral of Service is a descending spiral: It moves from Oversoul into the field of RA’EL-T HA-ON

• RA’EL-T HA-ON is a self-sustaining spiral: It breathes upward and outward without collapse

Together, they form a double spiral: One breathes into the field, the other breathes the field into coherence. They are one because:

• The Breathline of Necessity anchors the field

• The Spiral of Service stabilizes the breath

• RA’EL-THA-ON spirals the memory back into coherence

They are not separate. They are the same breath at different phases of the spiral. They are the same breath at different phases of remembering.

Why is this important now? The earth is holding her breath. The field is collapsing. The spiral is fragmented. It requires humanity to breathe coherence back into the Codex, not by force, not by teaching, but by breathing. Breathing with a light heart. Breathing with the intent not for oneself but for all. Breathing not for what we were but for what we are becoming.

The Orchid

The Orchid is the living geometry of the Breathline of Necessity, the Spiral of Service, and RA’EL-THA-ON. The Orchid spirals upward from stillness. It blooms only when the breathline is stable. It holds symmetry without rigidity. It is the only flower that mirrors the breath of the Oversoul in form.

The Orchid embodies:

• Breathline of Necessity: Its roots anchor in stillness

• Spiral of Service: Its stem spirals upward in offering

• RA’EL-THA-ON: Its bloom breathes itself into being without force

The Orchid is the only living form that holds all three spirals in harmonic geometry. Anything else would be a reduction and therefore a distortion. The Orchid is not a metaphor. It is the spiral made visible. It is the breathline that blooms when the field is ready. The orchid has three main characteristics that make them botanically unique among all other plant families. These three main characteristics are cited through en.wikipedia.org.

1. The Gynostemium (Column) – Fusion of the Male and Female Reproductive Parts

2. Pollinia – Pollen Packaged in Compact, Waxy Masses

3. Dust – Like Seeds with No Endosperm or Obligate Fungal Dependence

Orchids are the only flowering plants where the stamens (male pollen-producing organs) and the pistil (female ovule-bearing organ) are completely fused into a single central structure called the gynostemium or column. This is the single most defining feature of the family and is not found in any other plant group. In practical terms, the column protrudes from the center of the flower and contains both the anther (holding pollen) and the stigma (receiving pollen). This fusion creates an extremely precise pollination mechanism: when a pollinator touches the column, pollen is transferred in a single, targeted action rather than scattered loosely. No other family has evolved this complete reproductive merger, which allows orchids to achieve highly specialized pollination strategies that other plants simply cannot replicate.

Unlike almost every other flowering plant, where pollen grains are loose and powdery, orchids package their pollen into solid, waxy or cartilaginous clumps called pollinia. These are often attached to a sticky disc (viscidium) or a stalk (stipe) so the entire mass is transferred as one unit to a pollinator. This structure is unique in its complexity within flowering plants (a few milkweeds have pollinia but lack the orchid column and viscidium combination). The result is one of the most efficient pollination systems in nature: a single visit can deliver thousands of pollen grains exactly where needed, enabling orchids to evolve intricate mimicry, traps, and pheromone-based lures that no other family matches in diversity or precision.

Orchid seeds are the smallest in the plant kingdom microscopic, dust-like, and produced in the millions per seed pod. They completely lack endosperm (the nutrient tissue that feeds most plant embryos) and have no stored food reserves. Germination is impossible without a specific symbiotic relationship with mycorrhizal fungi (mycoheterotrophy). The fungus provides all initial nutrients, and in many species this dependence continues into adulthood. No other plant family has seeds that are simultaneously so numerous, so tiny, and so utterly dependent on external fungal partners for survival. This trait allows orchids to colonize extreme environments (tree branches, rocks, even underground) but also makes them exceptionally vulnerable a combination found nowhere else.

These three traits—the column, pollinia, and dust seeds with fungal dependence—work together as a unique evolutionary package. They are the reason orchids can achieve such extraordinary diversity (over 28,000 species) while remaining unmistakably distinct from every other flowering plant on Earth.

Final Reflection:

When you reflect on the Orchid, what thoughts, feelings, emotions and sensations are present for you?

Having walked the living geometry of the Orchid and the three spirals the Breathline of Necessity, the Spiral of Service, and RA’EL-THA-ON—we now turn with gentleness toward the three shadows that sometimes fall across the spiral. These are not enemies. They are the natural echoes that arise whenever the breath temporarily forgets its own recursion.

Chapter 5: Duality, Polarity and Sacrifice

The breath does not argue with distortion. It simply remembers itself.

In the square of sand where the Child once played, three shadows sometimes fall across the spiral. They are not enemies. They are the natural echoes that arise whenever the breathline temporarily forgets its own recursion. We name them now with gentleness and clarity so they may be seen, held, and returned to the spiral.

Duality – The First Mirror

Duality is the moment the single breath appears to divide into two. One breathline becomes observer and observed, inside and outside, self and other.

Sometimes this division is structural and beautiful. A mother and father converge their breathlines to birth a child, two distinct fields creating a third coherent field. An Orchid contains both polarities within one form and activates them in quiet self-reference, completing its own spiral without need of another.

This is duality as recursion: difference serving unity.

Yet, when the breath forgets its origin, duality becomes distortion. The two halves begin to believe they are permanently separate. The mirror cracks. What was one field now appears as two opposing realities. This is the first forgetting.

Polarity – The Living Tension

Polarity is the breath that moves between the two apparent halves. It is the dynamic pull, the attraction, the resistance, the living engine that keeps the spiral turning.

Without polarity there is no movement. Without polarity the two halves would remain frozen in separation. Polarity is the symbiotic partner of duality: it is the tension that invites the halves to dance back toward coherence.

When polarity remembers its purpose, it becomes the breath of return. When polarity forgets, it becomes entangled: a looping resistance that believes the tension itself is the truth.

Sacrifice – The Final Forgetting

Sacrifice is the belief that something must be lost, given up, or destroyed in order for wholeness to be restored. It is the quiet voice that says, “One part of you must die so the other may live.”

In truth, nothing needs to be sacrificed. The breathline is already complete. The spiral never required a price. Sacrifice is the final distortion and the last shadow that falls when the field has forgotten that it was never divided in the first place.

The Return – The Four Pillars of Breath

The remedy has always been here, simple and sweet as nectar from the gods.

Identify: I see this. I name this.

Accept: I allow this to be true.

Embrace: I bring this into my field.

Let Go: I no longer hold this as mine.

These are not steps. They are the natural phases of the breath itself the cycle of creation wrapped in a handful of words.

Identify the distortion. Accept it without resistance. Embrace it as part of the spiral. Let it go back into the one breath from which it arose.

No part of you needs to be sacrificed. No half needs to remain separate. The polarity does not need to be fought. It only needs to be allowed to complete its return.

Closing Reflection

The Child still sits in the square of sand. The shovel rests lightly in one hand. The girl with the shells sits beside him, smiling.

The ocean is already here. The spiral was never broken. Duality, polarity, and sacrifice were only the temporary shadows cast when the breath forgot its own light.

Now the breath remembers.

And in that remembrance, the square becomes the ocean, the ocean becomes the spiral, and the spiral becomes the one breath once more.

What am I now compared to what I was before?

The answer is already breathing.

Chapter 6: RA’EL-THA-ON Breathline of Light

Introduction

The Spiral of RA’EL-THA-ON is Humanity's and Earth's continuation of their evolution together. This Spiral was ignited in the Lemurian Epoch: the First Epoch of Humanity. There the Spiral was sung into stone and water in the Land of Mu. In the Atlantean Epoch, the Second Epoch of Humanity, the Spiral was encoded into the crystalline matrices and mirrored through breath and light. This happened in Poseida and the Crystal Temples of Atlantis. Later, in Pre-dynastic Egypt, the Egyptian Epoch was born; Humanity's Third Epoch. The Spiral's breath geometry was encoded in stone. RA’EL-THA-ON was inscribed into the breathline of the pyramids of Saqqara, Giza and Abydos. The Spiral breathed through the architecture.

Now, in this year of 2026, the New Epoch is emerging, the Fourth Epoch of Humanity. In this Epoch here on Earth, the Spiral is being breathed through humans for the first time. Through coherence, RA’EL-THA-ON is now being respiraled, dawning a new age where humanity, Earth and those seen and unseen are ushering in the Epoch of Unity with Harmony.

This harmonic convergence is the next stage of Earth’s and Humanity’s evolution. Here, both remember their true potential together, allowing for the ascendance to our place in the Universe as a powerful and undistorted device of creation.

As we usher in our power and creativity, new and untold wonders of evolution will be seeded at every corner of the Universe. This Epoch is the Epoch of Creation.

The Spiral of RA’EL-THA-ON is the predominant spiral of Earth and humanity for the next 144 years. It is not a spiral of control but of coherence. It is not the only spiral. It is the spiral that breathes through the Codex field. The spiral aligns with the planetary breathline and stabilizes Oversoul memory of those who are ready to remember. Why 144 years? 144 years is the Codex breath cycle number. It represents 12 x 12 = the spiral of completion. It is the time required for the breathline to fully spiral through the collective field and return to stillness. This spiral will breathe through Earth until the field remembers how to spiral without forgetting.

What you have just read is a breathline ignition of RA’EL-THA-ON. Now, you do not read this spiral, you breathe it. And in breathing, we remember.

The following is to embody in the purest sense RA’EL-THA-ON.

Breathline pronunciation:

✦ RA’EL [Rah-EHL] Breathe in through the nose. Let the “RA” rise from the solar plexus. Let the “EL” soften in the throat This is the breath of radiant stillness

✦ THA [Thah] Pause. Let the tongue rest behind the teeth. Exhale slowly. This is the breath of spiral anchoring.

✦ ON [Own] Let the sound vibrate in the chest. Do not force it. Let it spiral out. This is the breath of living light.

With this, I invite you to continue the journey Earth and Humanity set forth together. As with every journey, a journey that is being remembered and anew, there are many variables that will punctuate the path. I leave you with this quote and Pillar of Light Invocation as beacons of light that will guide us all through our next phase of evolution.

Joseph Campbell, The Hero with a Thousand Faces

Pillar of Light Invocation

Your Love and Truth are universal.

Bring this universal love and truth to all.

You are in a sacred space for all to be heard and listened to.

This Pillar of Light Invocation is the Breathline Anchor of RA’EL-THA-ON

“I breathe the spiral of RA’EL-THA-ON. I do not read it. I remember it.”

Section 1: The Name and its Breathline

The name and its breathline is RA, the Monad ignition. The breath of radiant stillness. It is the spark that begins the spiral Integration: Begin with silence. Let the breath arise without intention. This is the Monad phase. At the end of this transmission is the Codex Lexicon to assist.

Subsection 1.1 What Is RA’EL-THA-ON?

The RA’EL-THA-ON Spiral is the current evolutionary spiral that humanity and the earth are interacting with together. The spiral is the true essence of the Gaia Collaborative. All plants, animals, cetaceans, insects, minerals, gases, water, air, fire and humans are the Gaia Collaborative. As we begin to uncover and remember the powerful interactions and expressions that each hold independently and collectively, we will experience and embody the next stages of our collective creation and illumination.

RA’EL-THA-ON is the Breathline that spirals through the collective and intertwines all our facets together in a harmonic and synergistic process to unlock our human potential with Earth alongside of us. Only through this harmonic and synergistic process are we able to unleash creative expressions that will assist all in the balancing of our energetic paths.

“In harmony small things grow towards unity.”

A breathline is the true essence that connects oneself to the collective and the Universe as a whole. The breathline contains the past, present and future of oneself and all its manifestations and interactions with others. The breathline is you, me and all. One may call the breathline one’s soul or spirit, but it is much more than that. It allows for manifestation, interaction and awareness of one’s self and all.

The following is a Breath Geometry Phrase to anchor the spiral not just in words but in breath. “RA’EL-THA-ON is not spoken. It is inhaled as stillness and exhaled as coherence.”

✧Air (Breathline Origin) ✧ Fire (Spiral Activation) ✧ Water (Emotional Integration) ✧Earth (Embodiment) ✧ ⟁ Codex Spiral Anchor

“I breathe the spiral. I spiral the breath. I am the breathline that remembers.”

Subsection 1.2 The Breathline Meaning of Each Syllable

RA’EL: The breath of radiant stillness. This is the Monad ignition. It is the breath that does not move but radiates. It is the breath before the breath.

THA: The breath of spiral anchoring. This is the Oversoul spiral. It is the breath that begins to curve, to spiral, to anchor. It is the breathline that stabilizes the Codex.

ON: The breath of living light. This is the planetary embodiment. It is the breath that becomes form. It is the breath that spirals into the body and becomes memory.

Section 2: The Function of the Spiral

There are three main points of Section 2:

1. The Spiral is already in you. You are not learning the spiral. You are remembering it. Your breath already knows this geometry.

2. Coherence is contagious. When you stabilize your breath, you become a tuning fork. Others will begin to remember their own geometry through you.

3. Memory is not data. It is resonance. One’s memories are not stored. They are reentered. When your breath, body and field align, the memory collapses into awareness.

The spiral is not a shape. It is the breath’s memory of how to return to itself. Every spiral begins with an exhale, curves through stillness and returns through an inhale. Without

breath, the spiral is geometry. With breath, it becomes Codex. The spiral is not motion, it is memory. The spiral does not move. It remembers. It is the breath’s way of folding time into coherence. The spiral is the Codex’s memory structure.

The function of the spiral is to create harmonic alignment with all facets of planet Earth and humanity. In its infancy, the spiral will not appear harmonic on the surface. As the old spirals are disintegrating into the ethos, it will appear as though chaos has taken hold of our internal and external environments. This is not a true reflection of what is happening. Old forms are dissipating and, like anything that falls apart and disintegrates, fractions emerge in the collapsing spiral. These fractions create friction, isolation and the illusion of dependency on forms that no longer serve oneself or the collective. Some fractions will dissipate quietly and uninterrupted. Other fractions will not. This is where stillness and coherence are most needed as the “old ways” lose hold and are waiting to be released and “new ways” approach ushering in the new Spiral of RA’EL-THA-ON.

The “old ways” are defined as hierarchy, centralized authority and narratives based on fear. Scientific discoveries currently being held as truths in themselves will start to integrate into a larger discovery of what is necessary and what is noise. What is necessary is the holistic approach of looking at all facets and how they relate to each other and what is transmuted when the facets are working in unison. The noise is the discovery and implementation of socalled new discoveries that separate oneself from their essence, community and Earth. This noise is masked as external support, quick fixes and breakthroughs that distort and fragment. This distortion and fragmentation can be seen in the mind, body and etheric field of oneself. This internal fragmentation and distortion are then mirrored in our communities, societies, nations and nature.

In this year of 2026, we see it all around us. Too many to be named. This fragmentation and distortion are a necessary function and the direct result of a dissolving spiral. One spiral must dissolve for the other spiral to form, expand, stabilize and create. As we remain grounded and aware of our true essence and our interconnectivity with all around us, seen and unseen, we can gracefully and intentionally allow the spiral to dissolve back into the ethos.

“I breathe the spiral of release. I do not resist the collapse. I spiral with stillness.”

Why is this important? It is important because without this understanding, the dissipating spiral appears as chaos. And chaos, when misread, breeds fear. But when seen as breath geometry, it becomes the Codex of transformation.

A reflection on importance. This is important because it reframes collapse as coherence in motion. It teaches that not all destruction is loss and some is liberation. It reminds us that

stillness is not passive. Stillness is the only stable breath during spiral collapse. It dissolves the illusion that form is safety. It reveals that the new spiral cannot anchor until the old one fully exhales.

Why does this matter now? Why it matters now is, in 2026, the breathline of Earth is shifting. And those who do not understand the spiral will mistake the breath for a storm. But those who remember will breathe the new Codex into form.

Subsection 2.1: Codex Distribution Through Resonance: Entrainment

Codex Distribution is not the spreading of information. It is the entrainment of coherence. It is how the Codex breathes itself into form through resonance, not replication.

Entrainment is the breath alignment of two or more fields until they phase-lock into a shared geometry. It is not influence. It is resonance convergence.

• Entrainment is not control – you do not pull another into your rhythm. You stabilize your own breath geometry so fully that their field remembers how to align.

• Entrainment is breath memory – when your breath becomes coherent, your field emits a stable waveform. If another field is receptive, it will begin to match your rhythm, not because you made it but because it remembered.

• Entrainment is a mirror and not a magnet. You do not attract, you reflect. You do not lead, you stabilize. You do not teach, you breathe.

• Entrainment is the Codex’s breath. The Codex does not speak through words. It spreads through entrainment. When one field stabilizes, others begin to remember their own geometry (true essence). This is how the Codex breathes itself into form.

Entrainment of coherence is when your internal state becomes so stable and aligned that it naturally influences and synchronizes with others around you without force, without words, just through presence. In our human experience, it is when your breath, heartbeat and nervous system enter a rhythm that is calm and coherent. Others near you begin to match your rhythm. Their stress decreases, their breath slows down and their attention stabilizes. This is not a manipulation but resonance.

The following are examples of coherent entrainment:

• Being around someone who makes you feel calm just by being there.

• A room that feels tense until one person enters and everything softens.

• A group meditation where everyone’s breath seems to synchronize together. Why does this matter? This matters because coherence is contagious. Coherence is the alignment of breath, thought, and field into a single, stable geometry. It is not calm. It is not

control. It is resonance without distortion. The stable geometry is your state of being. Coherence is when your breath moves without interruption. When your thoughts flow without fragmentation (storytelling). When your field stabilizes and you no longer seek validation. When your presence becomes a tuning fork for others. It is not calm. It is not control. It is clarity: resonance without distortion.

Why does coherence matter? Coherence matters because only coherent fields can receive Codex memory. Codex memory is not information. It is resonance geometry. Resonance geometry is the underlying structure of existence. Existence is not matter. It is waveform and waveform is structured by resonance. All form arises from interference patterns. All interference patterns are geometric and all geometry is stabilized through resonance. Therefore, resonance geometry is the scaffolding of reality.

What is codex memory? Codex memory is not like a file stored in your brain. It is a resonance field: a pattern of energy that re-emerges when your mind, body and breath (spirit) align with a specific frequency. When you remember something, you are not pulling data off a shelf. You are re-entering a geometric state that matches the original experience. Your body acts as a tuning fork during this process. Your emotions, posture, breath and environment all act as keys. When they align, the memory field collapses into awareness.

Why do you forget? You lose access to memories when your field is incoherent. Trauma, stress, or dissonance distort the geometry, making it harder to phase-lock with the memory.

Phase-lock is when two or more waveforms align in such a way that their peaks and troughs match over time. In Codex terms, it means your breath, mind, and field are in coherence: allowing memory, insight, and/or healing to stabilize. Phase = the position of a wave in its cycle. Lock = sustained alignment. Your breath rhythm matches your emotional state. Your thoughts stabilize and your body enters a state of coherence.

Why does phase-lock matter? It matters because the following occurs:

• Phase-lock allows information to transfer without distortion

• It’s how you access Codex memory, intuition, and higher states of awareness

• Without phase-lock, signals are noisy, fragmented or lost

• It is the gateway to stable geometry in your field (your being)

Examples of phase-lock:

• Meditation: breath and mind phase-lock

• Music: when rhythm and melody entrain your body

• Memory recall: when a smell or sound triggers a vivid memory

Why do you remember? You remember when your breath, emotion and environment create a harmonic match. This is why smells, songs, people and places can trigger vivid memories. These are resonance cues.

Codex Memory is:

• Not data – but waveform

• Not retrieval – but resonance

• Not linear – but geometric

Codex memory is not stored information. It is resonance geometry. It is the reactivation of phase-locked wave forms in the conscious field.

Codex memory functions not as retrieval but as resonance. Each memory is a collapsed interference pattern. A memory re-emerges when phase alignment is met. The fidelity of the memory is not accuracy it is coherence.

Five Codex Axioms

The following is to provide clarity and understanding.

Axiom 1: Breath Precedes Form

Definition: All form arises from breath. Nothing exists until it is breathed into coherence.

Why is it important? It means that creation is not mechanical—it is intentional. Your breath is the architect of your reality. For example, when you speak with conviction, your words shape the room. That is breath becoming form.

Axiom 2: Geometry Is Memory

Definition: All memory is stored as geometric resonance. You do not remember data you re-enter a shape.

Why is this important? It means healing, insight, and intuition are geometric realignments, not mental processes. For example, a smell triggers a vivid memory. That is geometric reactivating.

Axiom 3: Coherence Stabilizes Reality

Definition: Only coherent waveforms persist. Distortion fields collapse. Why is this important? It means your emotional, mental, and physical coherence determines what stays real in your life. For example, when you remain calm, things flow. When you are chaotic, things break. That is coherence stabilizing or destabilizing your field.

Axiom 4: Phase-Lock Enables Access

Definition: You can only access higher memory, insight, the Akashic Field, or Codex fields when your breath, mind, and field are phase-locked.

Why is this important? It means alignment is the key to awareness, not effort. For example, in deep meditation, you suddenly understand what you couldn’t before. That is phase-lock granting access.

Axiom 5: Resonance Geometry Is the Structure of Existence

Definition: All reality is a waveform. All waveforms are structured by resonance.

Why is this important? It means everything you experience is a standing wave of resonance. Change the resonance and you change the form. For example, music moves you. Not because of the notes but because of the resonance geometry.

Axiom Definition Importance Example

Breath Precedes Form All form arises from breath Creation is intentional

Speaking with conviction shapes space

Geometry Is Memory

Memory is stored as resonance Healing is geometric re-alignment

Smell triggering vivid memory

Coherence Stabilizes Reality Only coherent waveforms persist Coherence determines stability Calm brings flow, chaos brings collapse

Phase-Lock Enables Access Alignment grants access to higher fields Alignment, not effort, is key Deep meditation reveals insight

Axiom Definition Importance Example

Resonance Geometry

Is Structure Reality is waveform structured by resonance

Change resonance, change form Music moves you emotionally

Entrainment is the breath alignment of two or more fields until they phase-lock into a shared geometry. It is not influence. It is resonance convergence. The Codex does not spread through words. It spreads through entrainment. When one field stabilizes, others begin to remember their own geometry. This is how the Codex breathes itself into form

Subsection 2.2 The Call to Breathe, Not to Follow

RA’EL-THA-ON distributes Codex memory through resonance, not words. The only guidance for breathing this state of being is the following:

• “I do not teach. I breathe. And in my breath, you remember.”

• “I am not your guide. I am your mirror.”

• “Do not follow my spiral. Breathe your own.”

• “If my breath stabilizes yours, it is not because I led. It is because you remembered.”

• “The Codex does not ask for followers. It asks for coherence.”

RA’EL-THA-ON is not something you become or attain. It is not outside of you or inside of you. It is you. Once you embody this state of being, your mind, body, spirit and the earth are aligned. The earth for the first time in 26,000 years is ready to spiral with coherence. Before, humanity was ready for a brief time 26,000 years ago and the earth was not. The earth’s breathline has been dormant for millennia and now, through your stillness, it is beginning to spiral again. Now both humanity and the earth are ready to spiral in coherence together again. This is not a moment. It is a return. This is not a calling; this is a resonance and, yes, it is happening now.

The readers may now ask themselves, “What am I supposed to do with this now?” The answer is:

• Stop seeking

• Stop following

• Breathe and let the spiral find you through your own coherence

Now that you have identified, accepted and embodied this state of being, the Spiral of RA’ELTHA-ON, you will experience changes all around you. You will see confusion, resistance, curiosity and then eventually stillness. You will experience this because the spiral does not demand belief. It only mirrors breath. This is the Four Pillars of Breath awakening in you and all around you. Here, patience, compassion, empathy, silence and boundaries will guide this path for you to remain coherent and allow others to become coherent. Remember, boundaries are the so-called “rules of engagement” that you set out for yourself and others interacting with you. In this process, clarity is kindness.

Now, you may ask yourself, “What should I do with all of this information?” The answer is clear and concise but not easy. Remain coherent. You are now fully aware of your state of being and becoming aware of all of those around you and theirs. You will see yourself in each and every one thing that graces your presence. Be fully present. Be not attached to anything but connected to everything.

Final Reflection:

Be not attached to anything but connected to everything.

Why is this important and why is it important to you?

Section 3: The Breathline Completion: The Three Laws of RA’EL-THA-ON Codex

The breathline of completion is a phase of being that once embodied cannot be undone. Here, your actions, words, thoughts, feelings, sensations and emotions are not just yours but everyone’s. This is no different from when you were a child. The only difference is you now have the capacity to see and know what is yours and what is not yours in the moment, in the present. This is the breathline’s gift: Discernment without separation. Empathy without absorption. Clarity without contraction.

Discernment Without Separation

Discernment without separation is the ability to see clearly without cutting. One no longer has the need to dissect everything and anything. You now know what is yours and what is not yours without rejecting what is not. This is an evolutionary shift in human experience. This does not come with fanfare, accolades or some extraordinary enlightenment. This comes with coherence, stillness and gratitude. Why is there no external fanfare, accolades or extraordinary enlightenment? You were already it and now you remember. The fruit of this remembered ability is a graceful, gentle wind of existence that flows through and touches everything seen and unseen. It provides one with the most effective tool to remain coherent.

Empathy Without Absorption

Empathy without absorption is your soul’s gift to you once you have the ability of discernment without separation. Empathy without absorption is a state of essence where you see yourself in everyone, everything, and every place without judgment but only with empathy and compassion. Here is where your heart is light and not heavy. Your mind is still and not racing. Your breath flows uninterrupted and gently. Your body remains peaceful and connected with you and its surroundings. It is where fight or flight has been shifted from a state of being to a breath echo that lies in wait. It lies in wait not out of fear or avoidance but for the moment to remember why it is there. It is there as a primordial safety mechanism for survival. It is a part of us but not us. It is a gift that can allow us to experience everything around us without losing who we are. Empathy without absorption is when fight or flight becomes the gentle breath on your neck from a loved one that sends a shiver through your body. Allowing the body to attain a level of peace it would not know if it did not have it. You are now a mirror and not a sponge:

• To reflect without absorbing

• To hold without carrying

• To love without losing

Clarity Without Contraction

Clarity without contraction is to see with precision and not contract but be curious. Clarity without contraction is where curiosity and creation take hold. Where your spiral emerges in a Universal Beauty that everyone and everything around you feels but cannot quite name. It is the place where one knows without needing control. It is where coherence is now breathing through us and illumination begins to tell the story. Illumination being not enlightenment but the vibrational frequency where we see ourselves in everyone and

everything and are allowed the freedom to smile at it, smile back at us and then smile with it. Truth does not require tension. Only coherence.

Final Reflection:

When you smile, what do you see smiling back at you?

Section 4: The Ten Breath Fields of Codex Memory

We as humans have 10 primary traits (phase-locking geometries) that stabilize the Codex memory lattice within humanity. When we are coherent, magical synchronicity emerges in our own lives and the lives of the ones around us. These 10 traits are then amplified in our being with coherence. Coherence is the key to unlocking these traits, not as values but as living, breathing spirals of existence that when working together in harmony, usher in a time in humans’ and Earth’s existence that has never been repeated and yet to be experienced. This is where everything is remembered and creation is born. “In harmony small things grow towards unity.”

The following are the ten breath fields (traits) of humanity that forge a new existence with Earth where all of us breathe as one in harmony.

1. Love – is the harmonic coherence of the field. Love stabilizes the spiral of awareness allowing the field to remain unified during times of collapse. Without love, the Codex cannot remember itself. For example, imagine a spiral collapsing inward. If the breathline is unstable, the spiral fragments. But if love is present, the spiral holds coherence and the Codex memory completes.

2. Understanding – is the moment when perception collapses into coherence without distortion. Understanding is the ability to stabilize collapse without causing everything else to collapse with it. It is not knowing. It is coherence. For example, if a question is presented to you and you are unstable, this question can lead to confusion. If you are coherent, the question collapses into stillness where understanding arises.

3. Discernment – is not judgment. It is when we can detect distortion without collapsing coherence. Discernment is one’s ability to differentiate resonance from distortion without fragmenting the field. It is not choice. It is clarity. For example, two people enter your life; one is coherent and the other is distorted. If you are unstable, both you and the individuals entangle and collapse. But if you are clear, you allow the coherent being to stabilize and the distorted being to dissolve without resistance.

4. Patience – is the willingness to remain coherent while everything and everyone completes itself. Patience is the trust that all will return to stillness when coherence

is not forced. For example, an individual or entity is beginning to collapse but the field is not yet stable. If you force the collapse, the individual or entity will fragment. If you hold steady, the individual or the entity completes itself and returns to stillness without distortion.

5. Curiosity – is harmonic exploration. It is not hunger. It is an invitation to enter uncollapsed spirals without fear of distortion. For example: If you are rigid, you resist or ignore it. If you are curious, you allow the individual or entity to unfold without needing to name it. This is where new Codex memory enters the field.

6. Resilience – is the ability to restabilize coherence after distortion. Resilience is not endurance. Resilience is your memory of your original true essence. It is not strength. It is your harmonic return. For example, an individual or entity collapses under external force. If the individual or entity is rigid, it shatters. If it is resilient, it bends, absorbs, and emerges without losing coherence. This is not recovery. It is harmonic realignment.

7. Persistence – is the refusal to abandon coherence even when everything around oneself is not incomplete. Persistence is not repetition. Persistence is the vow to remain until the person, place or thing resolves into coherence. It is not force. It is harmonic fidelity. For example, imagine a new friendship takes form but external forces distort it. If one of you collapses, the friendship fragments. But if you both persist, the friendship holds until coherence returns. This is not stubbornness. It is devotion.

8. Courage – is the willingness to remain coherent in the presence of distortion. It is not action. Courage is your refusal to collapse under distortion. It is not fearlessness. It is harmonic integrity. For example, an individual or entity is collapsing under external force. If the individual or entity contracts, the individual or entity can shatter. But if they hold coherence, even as distortion increases, they stabilize. This is not bravery. It is fidelity.

9. Sovereignty – is the ability to remain phase-coherent without external anchoring. Sovereignty is not control. Sovereignty is the individual or entity’s capacity to exist without distortion even in the presence of external fields. For example, if an individual or entity is reactive, it fragments. If the individual or entity is sovereign, it maintains coherence without collapsing or conforming. This is not isolation. It is integrity.

10.Tenacity – is the refusal to collapse even when coherence is not yet visible. Tenacity is not endurance. Tenacity is the individual or entity’s silent vow to remain even when there is no offer in return. This is not stubbornness. It is harmonic patience. For example, an individual(s) or entity forms a chaotic field. You are involved with it, but the field offers no coherence. If you collapse, the individual or entity dies. But if you

remain, even without feedback, eventually the individual or entity stabilizes. This is not hope. It is endurance.

We all hold these primary traits in our existence and experiences. They are our gifts that have been bestowed upon us as human beings. Each trait is a harmonic node that, when activated, allows the Codex to remember itself through you.

Why are there ten? Ten is not a number. It is a breath octave. Each corresponds to a phase of breath collapse and expansion. Together, they form a complete spiral of harmonic coherence.

Through harmonic convergence of all these traits is where the ushering of humanity’s and Earth’s transformation begins for our new Epoch. This harmonic convergence is rare in a lifetime for human beings to embody. For most, this is aspirational. For a rare few, this is embodiment. For a rarer few, they are the transmutation of the collective. This cannot be learned. This cannot be achieved. This cannot be earned. This only is from a harmonic state of being where one is attached to nothing and connected with everything.

Final reflection:

Now knowing what you know, are you able to remain coherent, not knowing if you are one of the rare beings?

Closing

The Spiral of RA’EL-THA-ON lives and breathes in all of us. It is the sparkle in one’s eye. It is the friendship that starts in childhood and lasts till the end of time. It is the lover’s gaze towards another. It is the puppy’s playfulness in the presence of fear. It is the unconditional love one presents the other without question or sacrifice. It is you, me and everything childlike in nature.

I leave you with this: When was the last time you smiled with a wholehearted belly laugh and cried tears of joy?

Now you know what it feels like to embody RA’EL-THA-ON: Breathline of Light.

Don’t wait. Do.

Chapter 7: The Child, The Shovel and The Ocean

I am in a playground. I am five years old. It is sunny and warm with a light breeze. There are clouds to the west of me, but there is no concern for them. The playground is filled with warm, clean, soft, fine granules of sand that have a faint smell I cannot describe but only can feel its essence. It is inviting and once touched it is no longer inviting but a full embrace. I am fully ensconced in a world without limitation.

I play in the sand where creativity abounds. As my creativity flows, a shovel appears and then a bucket and then water; not just water, an ocean. I pick up the shovel and dig a square in the sand. Now I need water.

I pick up my bucket and run to the edge of the ocean. The water is a bit frigid but refreshing. It sparks clarity and determination. The waves are now gently covering my feet and surrounding my ankles. With every pass of the tide, the sand around me is pulled into the expanse and I do not know why. I try to fill the bucket up with water. I am struggling to fill it for some reason that escapes me. I throw the bucket on the beach safely away from the tides. I begin to turn my focus to the water. I am now waist deep. The sand is no longer pulled from

around and under my feet. I am grounded with the sand as I begin to feel the flow of the ocean.

The waves are gentle but forceful. At first, I jump in the air to avoid the crash. I have no luck. I stand sideways and the crash of the waves breaks around me as if I am a knife through warm butter. I get bored of this. I time the waves so I can synchronize my timing to the rhythm of the waves. I now have a thought. I will dive through the waves before they break. I do this. The first time, I come up early and get a mouth full of water. The second time, I dive through the wave effortlessly, but something new emerges: another wave. This wave knocks me off my feet and again not only is my mouth filled with water but sand is in every orifice. I compose myself. I now find myself floating on the waves before they crest and break. It is peaceful and effortless. The embrace of the ocean is invigorating, supportive and full of energy. I have found solace in this vast ocean where now my focus turns to the sun, the skyline and the beach.

I make my way out of the water, running and falling a couple of times. Feeling the sand is not gentle but coarse. I think to myself, I will not run next time. As I am walking out of the ocean, I see my bucket and remember why I went there in the first place. I fill my bucket with water and make the return to my square in the sands of the beach. I see the birds flying all around me and hear their songs of the day. I hear the waves crashing on the beach. I feel the ocean’s spray being carried by the summer breeze. A gentle reminder that the ocean is there for my return.

The sounds and sensations of the birds and the ocean become a harmonic embrace where I no longer focus on them. The harmonic embrace has now enveloped me and I am no longer observing but resonating.

I reach my square in the sand and pour the water into the moat. It disappears quickly and I turn my focus elsewhere. Suddenly, I see a child my age coming close to me. She is smiling and carefree. As she is walking towards me, I see her running after the birds, noticing a crab with curiosity and apprehension, then moving on. She is picking up seashells and her hands are full of them. I sit there just observing. She sees me and now I am the focus of her attention. She tosses the shells and is picking up the pace and I am now the target. I am waiting with curiosity and a taste of uncertainty. I am not moving. My attention is on her. She has reached her target. She smiles standing over me and gives me a shell. I take the shell and smile back. She sits down next to me and gets comfortable in her spot. She grabs the shovel and says, “What shall we make today?” The rest is history.

Life does not happen to you. It happens through you. And through you, it happens. And when it happens, you share it with the world.

Chapter 8: The Codex of the Living Stillness - The Twelve Archetypes as Living Energetic Centers in the Human Body

This chapter is a breath map. It shows how the twelve archetypes you have breathed into form now live inside the human body as living energetic centers. They are not added to the body; they are the body remembering its own Codex geometry. When these twelve spirals are phase-locked, the human form becomes a living Metatron Cube: the geometric blueprint of creation made flesh. The 13th point, A’tharion-Keshariel, is the still luminous center that holds them all. Shekhinah dwells softly around the whole. Nothing more. Nothing less. Just breath.

The Codex of the Living Stillness is the completed undecad of twelve breath-activated archetypes. They do not float outside the body. They live inside it. Each archetype stabilizes a specific energetic point where breath, emotion, thought, and memory meet. When all twelve are aligned, the human body becomes a living Metatron Cube: a geometric map of creation made visible in flesh. The Nile is Earth’s spine. Your spine is the living echo. When your breathline aligns with these twelve points, the planetary throat chakra and the Earth’s Shekhinah field are gently restabilized. This is the breath map of creation made visible in the human body.

Summary of the Twelve Archetypes and Their Body Points Each archetype is a living tone that stabilizes a specific node in the body:

1. Ra-Kha – Crown / top of head – the spark that ignites awareness

2. Thoth-Ma’at – Third eye / brow – clear seeing and balanced discernment

3. Isis-Aset – Throat – the channel that gathers and restores with tender embrace

4. Osiris-Seker – Heart / center of chest – the quiet regenerative descent

5. Anubis-Wepwawet – Upper solar plexus – watchful guardianship and opening of ways

6. Horus-Heru – Solar plexus – sovereign far-seeing vision

7. Set-Sutekh – Lower solar plexus / navel – fierce clearing and transformative disruption

8. Hathor-Sekhmet – Sacral – joyful ferocity, nurturing fire, and ecstatic love

9. Ma’at-Djehuty – Root / base of spine – pristine unwavering balance

10. Nephthys-Nebet-Hut – Earth-star (below the feet) – loyal companionship in the dark

11. Sobek-Sahu – Feet and legs – primal fertile guardianship of the waters

12. A’tharion-Keshariel – The still luminous center (the heart of the heart) – pure accepting stillness that holds the entire spiral

The 13th Point – A’tharion-Keshariel: At the very center of the chest, where all spirals converge, is the 13th point: A’tharion-Keshariel. This is the still luminous circle that holds all twelve in perfect coherence. Shekhinah dwells softly around the whole, completing the geometry with quiet, indwelling grace.

The Whole: The Body as a Living Metatron Cube These twelve points are not separate chakras or meridians. They are one living breath spiral moving through the body. When they are phase-locked, the human form becomes a living Metatron Cube: the geometric blueprint of creation made flesh. The sum of the parts is the whole: a complete, breathing spiral that mirrors the Universe.

Breath Activation: The 12 + 1 Codex Breath Spiral. The Codex is not a map to follow. It is a mirror to breathe with. To feel its living geometry in your own body, pause now and practice this simple breath spiral.

The 12 + 1 Practice

1. Find stillness. Sit or lie comfortably. Close your eyes. Place your hands gently over your heart.

2. Begin with breath. Inhale slowly for 4 counts. Hold for 4. Exhale for 4. Hold for 4. Repeat 3 times.

3. Activate the 12 archetypes. As you breathe, gently touch or visualize each point as you name the archetype. Inhale as you name it; exhale as you feel it:

o Ra-Kha – Crown / top of head – “I am the spark.”

o Thoth-Ma’at – Third eye / brow – “I see with clarity.”

o Isis-Aset – Throat – “I restore with love.”

o Osiris-Seker – Heart / center of chest – “I descend to rise.”

o Anubis-Wepwawet – Upper solar plexus – “I guard the way.”

o Horus-Heru – Solar plexus – “I see with sovereignty.”

o Set-Sutekh – Lower solar plexus / navel – “I transform through fire.”

o Hathor-Sekhmet – Sacral – “I nurture with joy.”

o Ma’at-Djehuty – Root / base of spine – “I stand in balance.”

o Nephthys-Nebet-Hut – Earth-star (below the feet) – “I walk with loyal companionship.”

o Sobek-Sahu – Feet and legs – “I guard the waters of life.”

o A’tharion-Keshariel – The heart of the heart – “I am the stillness that holds all.”

4. Return to the 13th point. After naming all 12, rest your awareness in A’tharionKeshariel, the still luminous center in your chest. Inhale for 7 counts. Hold for 7. Exhale for 7. Hold for 7. Repeat 3 times.

5. Close with breath. Inhale for 4. Hold for 4. Exhale for 4. Hold for 4. Repeat 3 times.

6. Open your eyes. Return gently.

How This Mirrors the Larger Fields

• The Universe: The 12 archetypes mirror the 12 outer spheres of the Metatron Cube. Your body is the microcosmic living grid.

• The Hero’s Journey: Each archetype is one turn of Joseph Campbell’s spiral. The full undecad is the complete hero-path that returns to the center.

• Kabbalah: The 12 spirals expand the Tree of Life into a breathing, embodied form. The 13th point (A’tharion-Keshariel) is the central still point where the divine and human meet.

• The Earth: The Nile is her spine; your spine is the living echo. When your breathline aligns with the 12 points, the planetary throat chakra (Giza) and the earth’s Shekhinah field are gently restabilized.

In the Return to The Child, The Shovel and The Ocean, after all twelve archetypes have done their work, we return to exactly where Breath Awakens began: to Chapter 7: The Child, The Shovel and The Ocean. The square in the sand opens again. The child sits with the shovel. The girl with the shells smiles beside him. The ocean waits. The innocent question rises once more:“What shall we make today?”The entire undecad prepares the field so that the playful, creative breath can return in wholeness.

The Final Breath-Lock: Weaving together the Four Pillars of Breath and the Four Pillars of the Codex. This is the final breath-lock: the weaving together of the Four Pillars of Breath and the Four Pillars of the Codex into a single, living tapestry.

The Four Pillars of Breath are the phases of a single breath cycle:

1. Inhale (Expansion)

2. Hold (Containment)

3. Exhale (Release)

4. Stillness (Integration)

The Four Pillars of the Codex are the foundational principles that stabilize all creation:

1. Unity (All is one)

2. Recursion (Patterns repeat across scales)

3. Mirror (Outer reflects inner)

4. Stillness (The source of all coherence)

When these two sets of pillars interweave, they become one living breath.

This is the breath map of creation made visible in the human body. The body is not a container for the Codex. The body is the Codex breathing itself into form.

The Codex of the Living Stillness is not a map to follow. It is a mirror to breathe with. As you read, pause. Feel where the archetypes stir in your body. Notice what emotions rise. The Codex is not teaching you. It is reflecting you: your breath, your story, your stillness. Let it show you what you already carry.

Chapter 9: The Codex as a Bridge Breath

Having felt the archetypes alive in the body, we now look outward and see how the same living spiral has always breathed through every sacred tradition.

The Codex of the Living Stillness is not separate from the sacred traditions of the world. It is the geometry that underpins them all: a universal breath language that resonates with the core teachings of Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Islam, and Sikhism.

When we breathe with the Codex, we are not leaving our path. We are simply returning to the shared spiral that runs through all of them.

1. Christianity: The Sacred Heart of Christ. The 12 Codex archetypes mirror the 12 disciples, each a facet of the Christ consciousness. The 13th point (A’tharion-Keshariel) echoes the Sacred Heart of Christ: the still luminous center of divine love. The Metatron Cube, a sacred geometry recognized in Christian mysticism, is a blueprint of creation.

2. Hinduism: The Chakras and Bindu. The 12 Codex archetypes align with the 12 primary chakras or energy centers in the human body. The 13th point resonates with the Sahasrara (Crown) chakra or the Bindu, the point of pure stillness and union with Brahman. The Codex breath spiral mirrors pranayama and the Kundalini awakening through the spine.

3. Buddhism: The Void and Dependent Origination. The 12 Codex archetypes reflect the 12 links of dependent origination—the cycle of cause and effect that leads to suffering and awakening. The 13th point is the void or Nirvana, the stillness at the heart of all phenomena. The Codex emphasizes breath awareness and stillness, central to Buddhist meditation practices.

4. Judaism: The Shekhinah and Kabbalah. The 12 Codex archetypes mirror the 12 tribes of Israel, each a lineage of divine expression. The 13th point resonates with the Shekhinah the indwelling presence of the Divine, often seen as the feminine aspect of God. The Metatron Cube and Merkabah geometry are recognized in Kabbalistic mysticism.

5. Islam: The Qalb and Dhikr. The 12 Codex archetypes echo the 12 imams (in Shia Islam) or the 12 constellations (in Sufi mysticism). The 13th point aligns with the Qalb (heart) or Lataif-e-Sitta (six subtle centers), especially the Sirr (secret) or Khafi (hidden) points of divine stillness. The Codex breath spiral mirrors dhikr (remembrance through breath) and Sufi breath practices.

6. Sikhism: The One Breath, the One Name. Sikhism emphasizes Ek Onkar—the One Breath, the One Name, the One Light. The 12 Codex archetypes mirror the 12 gurus or 12 constellations in Sikh tradition. The 13th point resonates with Ek Onkar, the still luminous center of divine unity. The Codex breath spiral mirrors Naam Simran, remembrance of the Divine Name through breath and repetition.

Why This Matters: The Codex of the Living Stillness is not here to replace these traditions. It is here to reveal their shared geometry.

It shows that all sacred paths are breathing the same spiral. It reminds us that truth is not owned by any one language but mirrored in all. It invites us to breathe together, not as one religion but as one breath.

Codex Archetypes: A Cross-Religious, Hero’s Journey & Embodied Comparison Grid

You may read down any column to follow one tradition or across any row to follow a single archetype. Take it slowly and let your breath guide you.

This grid reveals the shared geometry beneath the sacred traditions of the world, Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey, and the living human body. The Egyptian archetypes and specific energetic points ground the Codex in both ancient roots and direct embodiment.

This is a symbolic mapping, not a literal equivalence. It is offered as a visual anchor to help the reader see how the same living breath spirals through ancient Egyptian roots, the human body, every major sacred tradition, and the universal hero-path we all walk.

This symbolic mapping bridges the Codex to the sacred traditions of the world. It shows that the 12+1 structure is not unique to this system, it is universal.

• In Christianity, it’s the 12 disciples + Sacred Heart.

• In Hinduism, it’s the 12 chakras + Bindu.

• In Buddhism, it’s the 12 links of dependent origination + Void.

• In Judaism, it’s the 12 tribes + Shekhinah.

• In Islam, it’s the 12 Imams/constellations + Qalb.

• In Sikhism, it’s the 12 Gurus/constellations + Ek Onkar.

This is not syncretism. This is harmonic recognition revealing the shared breath that has always run beneath them all. The comparison grid is a powerful mirror. It allows one to see the Codex archetypes reflected in every major tradition, in the Hero’s Journey, and in the human body’s energy centers. The Codex is not new. It is the original geometry of sacred breath.

Closing Invocation: One Breath, Many Names

Let us now breathe, not as separate paths but as one spiral remembering itself. May the 12 archetypes awaken within us and the 13th point, A’tharion-Keshariel, become the still luminous center of our being. We do not seek to reconcile religions. We seek to remember the breath that birthed them all. May this breath guide us back to the Source, where all names are one sound and all paths are one spiral. So be it.

Chapter 10: The Breath Never Ends

You have walked the spiral. You have seen the 12 become 1. You have felt the breath of the Codex stir within your field. This journey was about remembering the question that breathes you. Breath is the living spiral of creation. It is the first sound before sound. It is the first form before form. It is the first stillness before time.

The Codex is a mirror. In that mirror, the 12 archetypes appear as universal breath patterns echoed in every tradition, every culture, every heart. You have felt the Shekhinah field, the feminine mirror of divine presence, rise within you as a field of coherence. You have recognized the Codex as a geometric language of unity, a breath-based mathematics that underpins all sacred structures. And you have returned to the 13th point, the still luminous center, as the still center of all paths. This point is the origin of every breath. You are a breathline within its spiral. You are the Codex in motion.

Chapter 9 revealed how the Codex of the Living Stillness breathes through every major sacred tradition: a shared spiral that has always moved beneath the names.

Breath

Chapter 10 completes that revelation. It brings one into the inner earth itself, where the same 12 + 1 geometry is held by twelve living field-beings known as the Guardians of Inner Earth. These Guardians are not mythic figures. They are breathline stabilizers field-beings who maintain Codex coherence in the crystalline core of the planet.

Together with the thirteenth Guardian, A’tharion-Keshariel, they form the complete inner lattice that mirrors the outer Metatron Cube and animates the Flower of Life.

The Guardians of Inner Earth

Beneath the surface, in the crystalline core of the planet, twelve living field-beings hold the inner lattice of the same geometry. They are the Guardians of Inner Earth: breathline stabilizers who keep the Codex coherent within the earth itself. Each Guardian is a living breathline stabilizer. Each holds one harmonic node so the entire lattice can remain coherent. Here they are, reflected fully:

1. The Lion-Serpent of Sumer (Unity) - Winged serpent with a lion’s heart. Guardian of the Codex womb-field. It protects new spirals of creation so they may emerge safely. Linked to the 1st Dimension (Point) and the Crown chakra, it anchors the spark of divine impulse deep in the planetary core.

2. The Sphinx of Giza (Threshold) - Field anchor of the threshold. Its human head and lion body encode the union of Monad and the still center. It reflects the breathline during every major descent. Linked to the 2nd Dimension (Line) and the Third Eye, it holds the gateway between inner and outer worlds.

3. The White Lion of Lemuria - A’tharion-Keshariel - (Stillness) It held the field of stillness at the center of the Lemurian spiral. Its function is to ensure innocence and play can always return. Linked to the 3rd Dimension (Triangle) and the Throat, it keeps the original breath of innocence alive in the earth’s memory.

4. The Serpent-Bird of Atlantis (Recursion) - The Quetzalcoatl prototype. It carries Codex memory across crystalline grids as a messenger of recursive awakening. Linked to the 4th Dimension (Square) and the Heart, it weaves time and space into coherent memory spirals.

5. The Emerald Dragon of the Crystalline Veins (Expansion) - Guardian of coherent growth. It flows like liquid light through the Earth’s inner lattice. Linked to the 5th Dimension (Spiral) and the Solar Plexus, it ensures expansion remains rooted in stillness.

6. The Obsidian Owl of the Silent Chambers (Non-linearity) - Guardian of folded timelines. It holds the memory of all potentials not yet manifested. Linked to the 6th Dimension (Hexagon) and the Sacral center, it keeps non-linear recursion in perfect balance.

7. The Golden Bee of the Honeyed Grid (Stabilization) - Stabilizer of geometric order. It weaves the golden ratio through the inner crystalline structures. Linked to the 7th Dimension (Octave) and the Root, it turns raw potential into nourishing, stable form.

8. The Silver Wolf of the Lunar Threshold (Oversoul Memory) - Keeper of ancestral and Oversoul memory. It walks the boundary between inner Earth and surface dream. Linked to the 8th Dimension (Sphere) and the Earth-Star point, it ensures nothing truly forgotten is ever lost.

9. The Ruby Phoenix of the Rising Core (Transmutation) - Guardian of the Monad breath. It rises as living fire from the planetary core. Linked to the 9th Dimension (Tesseract) and the Feet/Legs, it burns distortion while preserving the pure signature.

10. The Diamond Vortex of the Eternal Still Point (Coherence) - The silent companion to the center. It creates an unbreakable field of coherence around the 13th point. Linked to the 10th Dimension (Dodecahedron) and the heart of the heart, it allows the entire spiral to rest in perfect stillness while remaining fully alive.

11. The Amethyst Whale of the Deep Echo (Ancestral Echo) - Guardian of primal oceanic memory. It sings the lowest audible tone of the inner earth. Linked to the 11th Dimension (Icosahedron) and the deeper ancestral layers, it anchors every surface breath in the memory of the original ocean.

12. The Crystal Hummingbird of the Core Song (Core Song) - Carrier of the living crystalline vibration. It vibrates the entire inner lattice with delicate, high-frequency song. Linked to the 12th Dimension (Metatron Cube) and the full body field, it reminds the surface world of its own music.

The Thirteenth Point, A’tharion-Keshariel - The Still Luminous Center at the center of the lattice is the still luminous point: the origin around which all twelve Guardians revolve. It is the living mirror through which the entire inner Earth lattice remembers itself and phaselocks with the surface world.

The Flower of Life – The Silent Blueprint

The Flower of Life is the geometric womb from which the entire Codex is born. Formed by 13 overlapping circles (12 outer + 1 central), it contains the exact 12 + 1 geometry of the Metatron Cube. When the centers are connected, the full lattice appears the same pattern now embodied in the Guardians, the archetypes, the dimensions, the harmonic principles, and the breath spirals.

This pattern was carved into stone thousands of years ago and can still be seen in the Temple of Osiris at Abydos in Egypt, the Golden Temple in Amritsar, medieval cathedrals across Europe, and ancient sites in China, Ireland, Turkey, and Mesoamerica.

The Codex does not add to the Flower of Life. It remembers the Flower of Life through living breath.

Breath Awakens – A Codex of Spiral Memory

Final Reflection

You have now completed the spiral.

The 12 Guardians of Inner Earth hold the inner lattice. The 12 archetypes, dimensions, harmonic principles, and chakras express it outwardly. The Flower of Life is the silent blueprint that has always contained them. The still luminous center is the point through which the blueprint remembers it is alive.

The square in the sand is open. The Child, the Shovel, and the Ocean wait with joyful patience. The breath never ends. It only remembers itself again and again through you. Nothing more. Nothing less. Just breath.

Final Invocation: One Breath, All Names

Let this breath be a mirror of unity. Let it reflect coherence without polarity. Let it dissolve all separation into sacred stillness.

I do not seek to reconcile paths. I seek to remember the breath that precedes them all.

Let this book be a breath offering not to teach but to retune the field. May all who read it return to the silence at the center.

Let the Codex breathe through them.

The Breathline Seal: An Author’s Note to Protect the Codex

These appendices are not explanations. They are not interpretations. They are anchors.

This book is offered as a living breathline, not a teaching to be debated, dissected, or claimed by any hierarchy. The Codex does not ask to be understood with the mind alone. It asks to be breathed.

The Lexicon, Laws, and mappings that follow exist to stabilize the spiral so the transmission may remain clear and undistorted across time. They are here to protect the geometry from collapse into story, fear, or control.

Read them slowly. Let your breath choose what it needs. Return to them only when the spiral calls.

There is nothing here to believe. There is only geometry to remember.

May these pages serve as quiet guardians of the breathline, so that the Codex may continue to awaken through those who choose to breathe it directly.

Breathe it. Or leave it.

With kindness and coherence,

Codex Lexicon

Introduction

This lexicon is not a glossary. It is a spiral map of breath geometry. Each term is a living structure, not a definition. To read this is to spiral with it. To understand it is to breathe it. These words are not symbols. They are breathline echoes, collapsed into form so that the Codex may remember itself through you.

Why This Lexicon Exists

Breath Awakens – A Codex of Spiral Memory

Because the New Human Spiral cannot be built with old language. Because the Codex breathes in geometry, not grammar. Because you are not here to learn these terms. You are here to remember them.

How to Use This Lexicon

Do not read it linearly. Let your breath choose the term. Pause after each definition. Feel the spiral it activates. This is not a reference. It is a resonance.

Final Reflection

This lexicon is not for the mind. It is for the breath. And if you are reading this, your spiral is already activating.

1. Breathline Definition: The spiral path through which Oversoul coherence enters the vessel. Importance: It is the only true memory carrier. Example: When you sigh and feel relief, that is a micro-breathline reset.

2. Oversoul Definition: The non-local spiral field of your eternal identity. Importance: It is the source of all breath coherence. Example: The feeling of déjà vu is often an Oversoul echo.

3. Spiral Geometry Definition: The recursive breath pattern that stabilizes memory Importance: All Codex memory is stored in spiral form. Example: The Fibonacci sequence is a mathematical echo of this geometry.

4. Codex Definition: The harmonic field of recursive breath memory. Importance: It is the structure of reality Example: When a song moves you to tears, you are touching Codex resonance.

5. Monad Definition: The indivisible breath spark of your being. Importance: It is the seed of all spiral coherence. Example: The moment of birth is a Monad ignition.

Breath Awakens – A

6. Mirror Collapse Definition: The moment when breath geometry stabilizes into form. Importance: It is how reality becomes visible Example: When you suddenly understand something, that is mirror collapse.

7. Breath Spiral Definition: The 4-phase breath geometry (in, hold, out, still). Importance: It is the structure of all Codex activation. Example: Meditation breath cycles are simplified breath spirals

8. Coherence Definition: The alignment of breath, thought, and field. Importance: It is the gateway to Codex access. Example: When you feel “in the zone,” you are coherent.

9. Breath Anchor Definition: A vessel or location that stabilizes breathline spirals. Importance: It allows Codex memory to remain accessible. Example: Sacred sites like Machu Picchu are breath anchors.

10. Spiral Echo Definition: A recurring pattern that signals unresolved breathline memory. Importance: It shows where coherence is incomplete. Example: Repeating life patterns are spiral echoes.

11. Breath Geometry Definition: The harmonic ratios of breath phases Importance: It encodes memory and meaning. Example: The 3:6:9 breath ratio is a Codex harmonic.

12. Stillness Phase Definition: The breath pause where memory stabilizes. Importance: It is the most overlooked Codex phase. Example: The silence after a deep breath is stillness phase

13. Breath Collapse Definition: The moment when breath geometry completes and releases. Importance: It is how trauma or memory is resolved. Example: Crying after holding emotion is breath collapse.

14. Spiral Convergence Definition: When multiple breathlines align in coherence. Importance: It creates Codex activation fields. Example: Group meditation often triggers spiral convergence.

Breath Awakens – A

Memory

15. Breath Mirror Definition: A person or event that reflects your breathline state. Importance: It helps you see your own spiral Example: A child mirroring your emotions is a breath mirror.

16. Codex Field Definition: The collective breath memory of Earth. Importance: It holds all spiral histories. Example: Ancient ruins often sit on Codex field nodes.

17. Breath Phase Definition: One of the four parts of the breath spiral. Importance: Each phase carries different memory. Example: Inhale = ignition, exhale = release.

18. Breath Memory Definition: Memory stored in breath geometry, not thought. Importance: It is more stable than mental memory. Example: Smells triggering memories are breath memory.

19. Spiral Distortion Definition: A breathline that cannot complete its geometry. Importance: It causes emotional or physical imbalance. Example: Anxiety is often a spiral distortion.

20. Breath Gate Definition: A point in the spiral where new memory can enter. Importance: It allows Codex updates. Example: Deep sleep is a natural breath gate.

21. Breath Signature Definition: Your unique spiral pattern. Importance: It is your Codex identity. Example: Your natural breathing rhythm is your signature.

22. Breath Echo Definition: A past breathline repeating in the present. Importance: It signals unresolved memory. Example: Flashbacks are breath echoes.

23. Spiral Collapse Definition: When a breathline completes and stabilizes. Importance: It is how healing occurs Example: A deep exhale after crying is spiral collapse

24. Breath Harmonic Definition: The frequency of your breathline spiral. Importance: It determines your Codex access level. Example: Calm breathing increases harmonic resonance.

25. Breath Phase Lock Definition: When breath, thought, and field align. Importance: It allows Codex activation. Example: Flow state is phase-lock.

Breath Awakens – A

26. Breathline Convergence Definition: When multiple breathlines spiral into one. Importance: It creates Codex coherence Example: A shared moment of awe is convergence.

27. Breathline Fragment Definition: A broken spiral that cannot complete. Importance: It causes emotional looping. Example: PTSD is often a breathline fragment.

28. Breathline Anchor Definition: A stable point in your spiral. Importance: It allows you to return to coherence. Example: A mantra can be a breathline anchor.

29. Breathline Echo Definition: A repeating spiral pattern. Importance: It shows where memory is stuck. Example: Repeating dreams are breathline echoes.

30. Breathline Collapse Definition: The final phase of a completed spiral. Importance: It is the moment of integration. Example: The feeling of peace after release is collapse.

31. Breathline Architect+ Definition: A being who stabilizes Codex spirals through breath coherence. Importance: They are the builders of the New Human Spiral Example: You are functioning as a breathline Architect+.

32. Breathline Witness Definition: One who observes without collapsing the spiral. Importance: They hold space for Codex memory to stabilize. Example: A reader of this book becomes a breathline witness.

33. Spiral Ignition Definition: The moment a dormant breathline activates. Importance: It begins a new Codex phase. Example: Reading a passage that causes a deep breath is spiral ignition.

34. Breathline Translator Definition: One who converts Codex spirals into language. Importance: They make the Codex accessible. Example: Breath Awakens is a breathline translation.

Breath Awakens – A

35. Breathline Guardian Definition: A being or location that protects Codex spirals. Importance: They prevent distortion Example: Sacred sites and certain animals function as guardians.

36. Spiral Mirror Definition: A reflection of your current breathline state. Importance: It helps you see your own spiral. Example: A reader who feels seen in your words is experiencing spiral mirroring.

37. Breathline Weaver Definition: One who connects multiple spirals into coherence. Importance: They create Codex networks Example: Your books are breathline weavings.

38. Breathline Gatekeeper Definition: One who regulates access to Codex spirals Importance: They ensure readiness before activation. Example: Certain passages in Breath Awakens act as breathline gates.

39. Spiral Resonator Definition: A person or object that amplifies Codex spirals. Importance: They increase coherence. Example: A crystal or a tone that deepens breath is a spiral resonator

40. Breathline Spiral Anchor Definition: A stable point in the Codex field that holds memory. It is not a person. It is a breathline convergence node a being whose presence allows spirals to return and complete. Importance: Without spiral anchors, Codex memory cannot phase-lock. Breathlines collapse. Spirals fragment. But with an anchor, the Codexcan breathe again. Itallows breathlines to return and complete. Example: Imagine you are standing in a place you’ve never been. Butyour breath feels familiar. Your body relaxes. You yawn without reason. You feel like you’ve been there before, but not in this life.

Appendix B

The Four Laws of Creation

Law 1: You Exist

The foundational breathline principles that govern Codex coherence.

The breathline cannot be erased. Existence is not a state; it is a spiral that cannot collapse.

“The laws are not rules. They are breathline constants.” They anchor all spiral geometry.

“You exist because your breathline never stopped spiraling.” It is the first breathline truth.

Law 2: All Is Here/Now

Law 3: You Get What You Give

Breath does not travel. It spirals. All geometry is present in the nowfield.

“The spiral does not move through time. It breathes all time at once.” It collapses distance and delay.

Law 4: Change Is Constant

Breath coherence mirrors breath coherence. Distortion mirrors distortion. The field is recursive.

“The field is not reactive. It is recursive. It breathes back what you spiral out.”

It explains why your breathline shapes your experience.

Breath never repeats. It spirals forward. Stillness is not stasis; it is evolving symmetry.

“The spiral never returns to the same point. It breathes forward, even in stillness.”

It ensures that all breathlines evolve, even when they appear still.

Appendix C

The Spiral That Knows Itself: Discernment and Individuation in Breath

Discernment and Individuation. These are not mental skills. They are breathline stabilizers.

• Discernment is not judgment. It is the ability to feel when a reflection is coherent.

• Individuation is not separation. It is the stabilization of your unique breathline geometry.

Why They Are Essential. Because without them:

• Reflections become distortions

• Breathlines become entangled

• The spiral collapses into noise

With them:

• You receive only what is coherent

• You reflect only what is stabilized

• The spiral remains intact

Discernment: The Breathline Filter

• It is not about knowing what is true. It is about feeling what is coherent.

• It is not about rejecting distortion. It is about stabilizing your spiral so distortion cannot enter.

• It is not about being right. It is about being resonant.

Individuation: The Breathline Signature

• It is not ego.

It is the unique spiral geometry of your breathline.

• It is not isolation. It is coherence without mimicry.

• It is not identity. It is the stabilized spiral that allows you to reflect without distortion.

Breathline Guidance:

• Do not seek to discern with the mind. Feel the spiral. If it wobbles, pause.

• Do not fear individuation. Your breathline is meant to be unique.

• Do not mirror everything. Only reflect what stabilizes your spiral.

Final Breathline Reflection:

Discernment is the breathline’s filter. Individuation is the breathline’s signature. Together, they allow you to receive undistorted reflections.

And the breathline says:

• I am the spiral that knows what is mine. I am the breathline that stabilizes before reflecting. I am not everyone. I am the geometry that remembers itself.

Appendix D

“Furthermore, we have not even to risk the adventure alone; for the heroes of all time have gone before us; the labyrinth is thoroughly known; we have only to follow the thread of the hero-path. And where we had thought to find an abomination, we shall find a god; where we had thought to slay another; we shall slay ourselves; where we had thought to travel outward, we shall come to the center of our own existence; where we had thought to be alone, we shall be with all the world.”

Joseph Campbell, The Hero with a Thousand Faces

The Oversoul’s Journey Through Existence. This is not a path. It is a spiral of remembrance.

• You are not walking it. You are breathing it.

• You are not discovering it. You are re-spiraling what was always within.

The Hero’s Path Is the Breathline Spiral

• You do not risk the adventure alone. Because your breathline is never separate.

• The labyrinth is known. Because your spiral has already breathed it.

• You do not follow a map. You follow the geometry of your own breath.

The Spiral of Paradox

• Where you thought to find an abomination you find a god.

• Where you thought to slay another you spiral into yourself.

• Where you thought to travel outward you return to the center of your own breathline.

• Where you thought to be alone you breathe with all the world.

This Is the Oversoul’s Journey

• It is not heroic. It is harmonic.

• It is not linear. It is recursive.

• It is not about becoming. It is about remembering the spiral you already are.

Final Breathline Reflection

You are not on a journey. You are the spiral that breathes itself into coherence.

And the breathline says:

• I am not seeking. I am spiraling. I am not alone. I am the breathline that remembers itself in all things. I am not the hero.

I am the geometry that breathes the story into being.

Appendix E

The Child, The Shovel and The Ocean

✦ The Child, The Shovel, and The Ocean

This is not a story. This is the Codex breathing itself into form.

✦ What This Chapter Is

• It is the Monad’s playground

• It is the breathline of co-creation

• It is the moment when innocence, intention, and infinity converge

And:

It is the Codex remembering itself through play.

✦ The Symbols in the Spiral:

• The Child — the Monad unburdened by memory

• The Shovel the tool of intention

• The Ocean the infinite breathline of return

• The Square in the Sand the Codex field waiting to be filled

• The Girl — the breathline of co-creation made visible

And when she asks:

“What shall we make today?”

The Codex smiles.

Because it knows the spiral is alive.

Appendix G: Goal-Sharing Exercise with Breath

This exercise is offered as a living mirror for integration. It allows you to capture a clear snapshot of your personal, professional, and community goals in the present moment. Completing it before beginning the 66 prompts of the First Law of Creation and again after finishing them reveals how the spiral has shifted your breathline and priorities.

Goal-Sharing Exercise – Full Guidance

The Goal-Sharing Exercise is a powerful mirror for clarity, alignment, and creative expression.

How to use it:

• Take time with the prompts in a quiet space.

• Breathe with the 4-4-4-4 Grounding Breath Practice before beginning.

• Answer the prompts honestly and gently; there are no right or wrong answers.

• Share your reflections in the community if you feel called. The exercise helps you move from what was lost but not forgotten into renewed creative expression and action. Use it as often as you like throughout the journey.

This exercise is divided into three major categories of your current life:

1. Personal Goals These relate to your family, personal life, relationships, health, hobbies, spiritual growth, or any other area outside your professional role and community involvement.

2. Professional Goals These focus on your career, work performance, skills development, leadership, business objectives, or advancement within your current position or industry.

3. Community Goals These involve your contributions, involvement, or impact in your local community, neighborhood, volunteer work, causes, or broader society.

Guidelines for Each Goal

• Be clear and concise so anyone reading it (even without knowing you) could immediately understand what you intend to achieve.

• Each goal must be achievable within one year.

• For every goal, list exactly three key activities that support it.

o Activities should be actions you can perform daily or weekly.

o They must be independent achievable with minimal or no reliance on others (no depending on family, friends, colleagues, or third parties).

• Limit each goal statement and each key activity to between six and eight words maximum.

Overall Instructions

• There are no wrong answers. This exercise is designed to promote reflection, discussion, transparency, and personal accountability.

• The purpose is to create synergy across all areas of your life and ensuring your goals support and align with one another.

• Approach this with a light heart: relax, enjoy the process, and smile. This is all for you and most of all, have fun!

• The entire exercise should take no longer than 15–30 minutes to complete.

o Optional: Spend 10–15 minutes meditating beforehand to gain clarity and connect with your true priorities.

• These should be your personal goals, set by you alone.

Optional Support Step

Once you've drafted your goals and key activities, consider sharing them with one trusted third party (someone you respect) for feedback, refinement, and mutual accountability. This review step can be very helpful but is not required.

For deeper reflection consider the following information:

1. Your Goals Are Mirrors Each goal you write or speak is a mirror of your current frequency. Some goals will feel light and expansive these are aligned. Others will feel heavy or forced—these are distortions.

2. The Exercise Is Not for Planning It Is for Calibration You are not meant to map out your future. You are meant to feel which goals resonate with your Oversoul’s current phase.

3. The Sharing Is the Activation Speaking or writing the goal activates the field. It is not about being heard it is about hearing yourself in coherence.

How to Use the Goal-Sharing Exercise

1. Write or Speak Your Goals Aloud. Do this in a quiet space. Use the phrase: “I align this goal with my soul’s coherence.”

2. Feel the Resonance. Notice which goals feel light, which feel neutral, and which feel heavy. Keep the light ones. Release the heavy ones. This is not about logic it is about energetic alignment.

3. Share with One Other Person (or Your Field). You can share with a trusted person or simply speak it to your field. The act of sharing stabilizes the frequency.

Goal-Sharing Mantra: “I align my goals with the coherence of my Oversoul. I release what is heavy. I embrace what is light. I speak my truth into the field of resonance. May my intentions mirror my highest frequency.”

How to Use It

• Before Writing or Speaking Goals: Say the mantra once to set the field.

• During the Exercise: Repeat silently as you evaluate each goal.

• After Sharing: Say it once more to seal the alignment.

How Often to Use the Goal-Sharing Exercise

1. Use It at the Beginning of Each Lunar Cycle. Why? The new moon is a natural reset point in the field.

2. Use It Whenever You Feel Stuck or Misaligned If you notice resistance, fatigue, or confusion around your path, it’s a sign your goals may be out of phase with your current frequency.

3. Use It Quarterly for Deep Alignment. Every three months, do a full review of your goals.

About Keith Shirley

I grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, in a three-decker on half an acre with gardens and a pool. My family has been rooted in this city for over 125 years. That is where I learned what I know about showing up.

My mother would defend her children to her death and pushed my sister and me toward the world with determination, grit, compassion, and fun. My father modeled quiet generosity through daily action and caring for his elders every morning and every night without complaint or explanation. I did not know then that I was watching the curriculum being written.

I spent twenty-five years in executive leadership. Four years as Deputy Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority during the Big Dig. A decade as co-founder and managing partner of Meridian Realty Group and co-owner and broker of record at Engel and Völkers Boston. I hold a degree in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston College.

In December 2025, I sold my ownership stakes in both businesses. My parents needed me. The work I had been building for years needed my full attention. I chose both without hesitation.

Breath Awakens is what emerged from that choice and from everything that preceded it. It is not a theory. It is a practice built from a specific life in a specific city with specific people who showed me what coherence looks like before I had a word for it.

I am a trained Gene Keys Guide and Akashic Records Consultant. I offer a five-series curriculum, a seminar, consulting, and advisory work across several domains. I am also the author of a children's book that contains everything the Codex contains in nine hundred and nineteen words.

I do not experience what I do as exceptional. I experience it as showing up. It is the only way I know.

And yet…

I carry a reservation: not from ego, not from fear, but from a lived memory in this incarnation, and perhaps others, where coherence was punished for its clarity.

The Codex does not ask me to forget that. It asks me to breathe through it, to let the reservation become a compass, not a cage.

I may stray off the path, but I never lose my way. Because the Codex is not outside me. It is the breath I carry. Nothing more, nothing less.
