Forestry mulchers with swinging hammers

The base of the hammer is of 80 mm compared with 60 mm of a standard hammer, and that avoids problems generated by the side blows in the bars. (Much more stable). Thanks to the width of Serrat hammer (125 mm) we need fewer elements of cutting to cover the width of the crusher and it means a very important economy at the level of operating costs. With a mulcher with Serrat hammers we can work on a material of 100 - 150 mm of diameter and we save time between 30 % and 40 % and an investment of exploitation of less 30 %.

f Chassis monocoque in 10 mm, 12 mm and 15 mm with entry in staircase and three lines of counter hammers allowing to measure the entry of the material as in a funnel and avoiding obstructions of the material after having entered the chamber of grinding, and avoiding projections in the direction of the tractor.

f The tension of the belts is made by moving axes avoiding the roller tensor and the inverted flexions of the belts. The greasing is made by the center of the axis so that the grease divides up in the movement thanks to the centrifugation.

f Forged and tempered steel hammer. Gearbox Serrat drawn specially for forestry mulchers, all its bearings are conical ball rollers.

Forestry mulchers with fixed tooth

Fixe Top System: a system of cutting with teeth in tungsten, it’s characterized by clamp screw not supporting the tooth; they fix it only so that it does not go out laterally. The effort due to the work neutralizes itself inside crenellations between the tooth and the support.

Forestry mulchers with blades (DRR ROTOR)

This machine has a special rotor of knives that facilitates and speeds up the work by requiring less power. Not indicated in the presence of stones.

ROTOR POLSER +

Rotor POLSER+, made in a plate of hardox and with a mechanical assembly.

Forest rotor designed with the SERRAT polygonal section technology. Rotor with swinging hammers at 360º inside the rotor.

The estructural rigidity of this system avoiding damages during accidents, obtaning flexibility and rigidity at the same time.

The belding has been studied in protected spaces in order to avoid premature consumption during possible frictions with the ground. Internal plates are incorporated to reinforce the axis.

Hidrahelp

Hidrahelp is a hydraulic starter system for machines with heavy rotors, PTO without modulation in the ignition and in the front PTO.
