Gentle Daltec intake systems for pelleted feed
The new 24 VDC intake systems are specifically designed for very gentle handling of pelleted feed up to Ø10 mm and meal feed.
The new design is available as a Daltec 24 VDC single-line intake system and a Daltec 24 VDC double-line intake system. The latter is specially designed for feeding systems where two different feed lines need to take feed from the same silo.
The new design is distinguished by:
• Ample space around the auger, preventing pellets from getting stuck or crushed.
• The height of the auger above the bottom of the intake system can be adjusted to accommodate different types of feed.
• Specially designed seamless transition with a ”laminar” zone, ensuring gentle handling of feed pellets.
• Transition with adjustable guide rails.
• Same installation dimensions as older Daltec 24 VDC intake systems.
