It was no wonder that Forbes chose Orlando as one of the best US cities for real estate investments in 2018. Among the demographic studies; population, jobs, and house prices, financial performance indicators were also discovered in vacation home rentals. It does not end there, equity is the highlight, with a 9% increase in 2017 many home owners were positively surprised with all the dynamics of the market. Expectations are the best, this scenario shows promise that the city of Orlando has secured this trajectory for growth in the next 3 years. Forbes notes and emphasizes that investments and research studies are not a guarantee of increased value in properties, but of course that with tendency, the probability of recovering a positive return on your investment increases. Without a doubt the increase of tourists and the arrival of Brazilians to reside in the city are also determinants for this growth. The great news is the increase in quantity of investment opportunities in Orlando open doors in other areas that aren’t restricted to Real Estate. Today we know, the arrival of new business also increased rapidly and with that increasing the
quantity of investors looking for assistance in regards to expanding their business in the USA. As we can see, the United States is offering many opportunities for one who wishes to grow through efforts, working with competence and honesty. The time is now! If we’re talking about economics and business; especially the stock market boom, the low unemployment rate, the growth of GDP and the increased confidence of entrepreneurs, these factors have effectively paved a new path for many US businesses. In fact, many indicators are showing the great performance in this American economy, certainly better than many economists had previously predicted. For us Brazilians, I believe that there many successful years to come, this is because the American Entrepreneurial Soil has been fostered by a dynamism and entrepreneurial intelligence brought by the Brazilian breeze. I cannot mention enough the difference Brazilians are establishing in new business ventures, and a notable emphasis on our daily animosity to work harder and increase the possibility of new business, so the opportunities keep growing. The prospect for those who want to start and live in Florida are excellent, I can say that we are at the apex of the moment; all you need is some good advice, proper planning and a great deal of courage, because the will already exists!

HOW EVERYTHING STARTED Juliana did volunteer work in a cancer hospital in Florianópolis, Brazil, and saw the importance of the eyebrows, because of hair loss caused by chymeotherapy. It was there that she decided to become a specialist in permanent makeup and she never looked back. Juliana became a business woman and the owner of a respected and well known brand in transforming eyes through permanent make-up, giving self-esteem to women the world over. “I believe that natural beauty comes from what we already have. Therefore, I’m very meticulous with my work to ensure good results. Learn about US business models As in Brazil, there are different types of companies that you can open in the US, and to choose one you need to know their particularities because this choice will influence everything from daily workflow to taxes. That is why it is important to work with a specialized consulting firm that knows the laws and will always show you the best path to take with your business. Sole proprietorship Similar to the Individual Entrepreneur model in Brazil, there are no members, only an owner who can opt to get a commercial name if he/she wishes. The owner is the one who is fully responsible for the administration of the business and may have his/her assets confiscated to pay any debts contracted by the company. Banks do not usually make loans for this type of company. This business model may be a good choice for low-risk companies and homeowners who wish to test their business idea before forming a more formal business.
LLCs protect the partner from personal liability in most cases. Its members are considered independent and must contribute to their own to Medicare and Social Security.
LLCs may be a good choice for middle or high-risk companies, homeowners with significant personal assets they wish to protect, and homeowners who wish to pay a lower tax rate than they would have to with a corporation. C Corp A corporation is a legal entity completely separated from its owners and it provides greater protection against personal liability. They also require more comprehensive records, operational processes and reports. Unlike sole proprietorships, partnerships and LLCs, corporations pay income tax on their profits. Corporations have an advantage when it comes to raising capital because they can raise funds through the sale of shares, which can also be a boon to attracting employees.
It is the simplest structure for two or more people wanting to form a business together. There are two common types: Limited Partnership (LP) and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).
Corporations can be a good choice for medium to high-risk companies, companies that need to raise capital, and companies that plan to “open up capital” or that will eventually be sold.
Partnerships can be a good choice for multi-owner companies, professional groups (such as lawyers), and groups that want to test their business idea before forming a more formal business.
